"Like I would know?! I only focused on one person and one person alone! Everyone else was a potato in my eyes!" Vanessa shouted furiously before she turned around and stormed off . "I am slightly offended . " Lobo said as his eyes suddenly turned in to sad puppy eyes . His tone had become weak and feeble that it caused Ariana's heart to slightly break . "You okay?" Ariana said as she released Vasu from her arms and walked up to Lobo . "I'm not a potato . " Lobo said miserably .
"I know . You're a very handsome young man . " Ariana said with a small, gentle smile as she stretched up on to the tips of her toes and patted Lobo's head . 'My master is leaving . . . I should be going too . ' Felix mumbled as he walked backwards, afraid to turn around . Ariana moved her hand from Lobo's head and turned to wave at Felix . "Thank you for your help today . Please continue taking good care of your master . " Ariana said as pleasantly . Felix hesitated and then raised his ears . He started to look less scared and stood up tall . "Yes, I will!" He shouted as he puffed out his chest and chased after his master .

" Ariana said as she shot a glance towards the shrubbery . Lobo said nothing and just quietly followed Ariana . "How long have you been watching me?" Ariana asked as they walked towards the lake . "Not long . " Lobo replied honestly . "Are you not missing family day?" Ariana asked . "Your parents probably want to spend some time with you . "
"I could ask you the same thing but you ran out on your family after that lovely show . " Lobo said with a giant smirk as he stepped beside Ariana . "Are you no longer shy?" Ariana asked as she raised an eyebrow . "Are you attracted to me?" Lobo asked in turn . "No . " Ariana replied flatly . "There's your answer . I know you love Cayden and he loves you back . So there is no reason I should be weary of you . " Lobo said matter-of-factly .
"You ran away when I tried to look you over at the library . " Ariana said bluntly as she narrowed her gaze at Lobo . "That was for a different reason . I wasn't supposed to say certain things and you already figured it out so why hide anything . " Lobo stated as he started to kick up the fall leaves . "So he's making all three of you keep tabs on me?" Ariana asked as Lobo started to really enthusiastically kick up leaves as they walked . "Yup . " He answered as his eyes started to sparkle with laughter and excitement . "What have you heard . " Ariana asked in a low voice that it stopped Lobo in his tracks .
"What are you trying to hide?" Lobo asked as he turned to face Ariana . "Duko!" Ariana called out and a flash of golden yellow light struck the ground . Lobo jumped back a few time . He dropped to his hands, his legs where slightly bent as he raised his head . His lips curled back as he bared his canine teeth .
A golden wolf stood in between Ariana and Lobo, Duko felt an imminent threat and assumed an attack position . His fur was puffed out on his back, his teeth were all showing, snout all scrunched up as he let out a deep growl .
"Can you sense him?" Ariana asked as she stepped around Duko and placed he hand on top of his puffed out fur . 'No . ' He replied as slobber and foam dripped from his mouth . "Wind, shadow or earth familiar?" Ariana asked as she stroked Duko's back . "What?!" Lobo asked as his eyes started to flash murderous intent . Ariana stopped petting Duko and looked directly at Lobo .
"What element is your familiar? Wind, shadow or earth?" Ariana asked more firmly . "You don't need to know!" Lobo shouted as grey hair started to sprout from his skin . "No, I think I do . " Ariana said as she started to walk towards Lobo . "Stay away!" Lobo shouted as his voice started to shift from human to something demonic . 'Ariana stay back!' Duko shouted but Ariana waved a dismissive hand in the air . "You're different . " Ariana said in awe as she watched Lobo change in front of her .
"What is wrong with you?! Run!" Lobo shouted as he shifted into a giant grey wolf with streaks of white and silver . The uniform he wore was now in tatters on the ground but his neon pink eyes stayed the same . "You're so beautiful . " Ariana gasped as she raised her hand to pet Lobo . "Don't touch me!" Lobo growled as he raised one of his clawed paws into the air . One one strong strike Lobo brought down his claws and made contact . Duko moved fast and blocked the attack with his own body .
"Duko!" Ariana screamed as she wrapped her arms around his neck . "Don't hurt Duko please! I won't touch you . I promise! Just let me take care of Duko . " Ariana cried as she tried to pull Duko away from Lobo . "Humans are always so deceitful . Putting on airs when danger is staring them in the face . " Lobo growl as he started to walk back and forth, keeping his eyes glued on Duko . "So what is humans are deceitful! Find some that aren't! I keep things hidden to protect myself, if I can protect others that's a bonus but I wouldn't attack unprovoked regardless of what form I take . " Ariana shouted as tears spilled from her eyes .
Lobo stopped dead in his tracks . He looked at Ariana with confusion as she scurried to Duko's wound . "You'll be okay . It's okay, it's not that bad . " Ariana said desperately as she tried to close the wounds up with her hands . "Vasu can you please help . " Ariana said as she wiped back some tears with her hands . 'He will be fine . ' Vasu said as he floated over and checked the wounds . It was three giant gashes that stretched across Duko's left side . Little Golden, yellow and white lights leaked out .
"Are you sure?" Ariana cried . 'I will heal him but he will need to rest . ' Vasu said with a sigh as he moved to Duko's head and sat down . 'Thanks Vasu . ' Duko said as he started to close his eyes . 'Thank Ariana, I could careless what happens to you but I can't let her cry like that . ' Vasu said as his body started to glow a soft pink .
