She never dreamt in her wildest dreams that she would have met people her own age, who were willing to call her friend. The moment was bittersweet, she didn't tell them everything. Ariana sighed again before closing the door behind her. "Can I assume that you have sided with me now?" Ariana asked in a hush tone as she walked down the corridor. 'We just want to further observe you, that's all.' Duko replied as Davita and Loralei looked at Ariana with happy, blushing faces. Ariana stayed silent as she walked down the stairs and out the door. 'There are no yoga classes scheduled for today, why must you wake up so early?' Rahul asked as he landed on Ariana's head.

"I want to talk to Mrs. Dabney." She answered as she started to pick up her pace. 'Is there a rush?' Duko asked as he jogged beside her. "I must not be late for my appointment with Vanessa Brenton." She answered. 'What?!' Rahul roared, digging his claws into Ariana's head. Ariana instantly started voicing her pain as she ran at full speed. Tears filled her eyes as she tried to remove Rahul from her head as she ran. 'You are insane! Why would you even want to keep that appointment?! The girl is vile and you know this!' Rahul hissed.

"Ow! Please Rahul, retract your claws!" Ariana shouted. 'Never! Maybe the pain will jump start that brain of yours and make you think!' Rahul hissed again. 'Rahul...' Vasu said as he picked up his pace and floated beside him. '.... Fine. But I am retracting my claws because I have already given you a sufficient amount of punishment for your ridiculous decision.' Rahul said arrogantly as he retracted his claws. "Thank you." Ariana cried as she rubbed her head while she slowed down her pace.

Rahul swatted at Ariana's hands, hissing as they got close. He didn't want her to make the pain go away but he didn't want Vasu to inflict pain on him either. So he kept silent while avoiding Vasu's gaze. "Ah! Finally here." Ariana said as she rushed up to the entrance of the training grounds. 'Why would Mrs. Dabney be here so early in the morning?' Loralei asked as she looked around. "That's why." Ariana said as she pointed towards Mr. Dabney who was practicing against some moving targets. "Any devoted wife will want to watch... cough... spend more time with their husband. Especially if said husband is doing an eye catching work out every morning." She explained with a sly smile.

Ariana rushed up to Mrs. Dabney, who was happily sitting on a bleacher. Her eyes were sparkling as she cradled her face with both of her hands, balancing her elbows on her lap. "Mrs. Dabney!" She shouted happily. Mrs. Dabney looked up and caught sight of Ariana. "Hi hun! What are you doing here?" Mrs. Dabney shouted as she waved her hand in the air. "I need your help." Ariana answered.

Ariana stood outside of the female dorm, happily humming to herself as other girls left and entered the building. "Still waiting?" Some girls giggled as they were walking back. "Sure am! I don't think Ms. Brenton would let me wait much longer." Ariana said happily. "Are you sure?" One girl said awkwardly. "Why yes... unless she wants me to spout out certain truths about her." Ariana said as a dark smile appeared on her face. The girls hugged eachother as they shivered in fear. "Well we will be taking our leave." The girls said before they rushed into the dorm.

Ariana waited a full two minutes before she took a deep breath in. "Miss Vanessa Brenton is not only tiny in stature but is also incredibly under developed in her-?!" Ariana shouted but was instantly silenced when she saw Vanessa run up in front of her. "You b*tch! What are you spouting?!" She spat as her face turned blood red. "Good morning Ms. Brenton." Ariana said happily as she tilted her head to the right. "Tell me what the hell were you just shouting?!" Vanessa hissed.

"Simply that you you need to develop your mannerisms. I mean it's very rude to leave your date waiting outside for so long. We even scheduled this outing in advance. I had no doubt in my mind that you had forgotten but at the same time you had already made me wait so long. I am glad to see you are ready to go." Ariana said innocently as she placed an index finger against her cheek. Ariana giggled as she watched Vanessa's jaw drop. "Y-o-u!" Vanessa said through gritted teeth. "Now no time to ideal here pointlessly, let's go." Ariana said as she hooked her arm around Vanessa's and dragged her forward.

At full speed Ariana ran to the entry building. "Morning guys!" Ariana shouted as she and Vanessa passed through. "Ms. Drake the carriage is waiting for you at the bottom." One of the guards shouted. "Thank you." Ariana said enthusiastically as she waved back at the guards. Some blushed at her smiling face while others waved back. "Flirt." Vanessa mumbled under her breath. "You think so? I see it as treating them as equals not like pieces of furniture that one has turned blind too. They are people and should be given basic respect. It's up to the person to prove they deserve more." Ariana said as she flashed a smile.

Vanessa bit her bottom lip as she furrowed her brows. Cayden's words from yesterday was repetitively echoed in her head. "I'm apologizing for me rudeness in advance." Ariana shouted happily as she stepped behind Vanessa. "What?!" Vanessa screamed in horror as Ariana scooped her up in a princess carry. "What are you doing?!" Vanessa yelled as her limbs flailed. "You looked preoccupied with your thoughts. It's a giant distraction. I don't want you to trip and fall especially if we haven't gotten anywhere. So why not help you instead. See now you can think while I carry you." Ariana said excitedly as she started taking longer strides. The guards looked towards the road as Vanessa's screams echoed upwards. "PUT ME DOWN!"

Ariana couldn't stop laughing as they traveled towards the Abel's boutique. Vanessa fumed as she sat opposite of Ariana. "You can't stay mad forever." Ariana said as she wiped away her tears. Vanessa turned her head to the left as she pouted. "Really now Vanessa. You're going to ruin that youthful face of yours if you stay angry." Ariana said as she crossed her leg over the other. She raised her hand and put it under her chin while her elbow was placed on her slightly raised leg. A cocky smile appeared on her face as she stared at Vanessa. "How dare you call me by my first name." Vanessa sneered as half her face became shrouded in darkness.

"Vanessa, I feel so hurt! How are we supposed to become friends if you keep pushing me away?" Ariana said in an overly sweet voice. "Who wants to be friends with you!" Vanessa hissed as her hair stood on end. "You're so cute." Ariana giggled. "And you're insane!" Vanessa screamed as she blushed. "Young Miss Drake, we have arrived." The driver started to slow down the carriage.

"Wonderful!" Ariana shouted as she straightened up her back. "Vanessa would you like me to exit first or you?" She said playfully. Vanessa gritted her teeth as a vein popped on her left cheek. "Alright then me first." Ariana said as she pushed open the door. "Well my lady, what are you waiting for?" Ariana called out in a mocking tone. Vanessa swallowed back her pride and walked out of the carriage.

Ariana then rushed over to the boutique's door and held it open for Vanessa. "Are you hesitating?" Ariana said with a raised eyebrow. Vanessa sucked in a sharp breath. "I have no reason to hesitate!" Vanessa shouted as her body trembled. Ariana smirked as she stared at Vanessa, openly mocking her with her eyes. "Are you looking down on me!" Vanessa hissed as she looked at Ariana. "You act so much like a cat." Ariana laughed. "How can you compare me to a filthy animal?!" Vanessa screamed in hysteria. Ariana shrugged her shoulders and moved her hand across her body and gestured for Vanessa to walk in. "You're right an animal wouldn't wait for her master to command her to come in. They know better. Never the less... you are quite adorable, just like a stray kitty cat."

Vanessa turned beet red. "Ridiculous!" She shouted as she stomped into the boutique. Ariana followed closely behind her, humming happily as she looked around with her eyes. "Ariana! It's Miss Ariana! Quickly call the lady boss." They heard some staff shout as they scrambled. "Hello everyone!" Ariana shouted as she waved. "I'm here today with a friend. She needs a total makeover." She continued to shout, embarrassing Vanessa thoroughly. "Ariana! Sweetheart!" Everyone heard someone shout as heavy footsteps followed.

"Mrs. Abela!" Ariana yelled back as she rushed up to Mrs. Abela, jumping into her open arms. "Why didn't to tell me you were coming?! Is Edlyn with you?" Mrs. Abela asked as she looked around. "Sorry, it was kinda last minute and not today. She stayed behind at the Academy." Ariana said as she shook her head. "But she did write you a letter. I am here to deliver the letter and to help a friend makeover her image." Ariana said as she left Mrs. Abel's embrace. She then quickly handed over the letter. Mrs. Abela couldn't hold back and eagerly opened the letter. She quickly scanned over the contents and started to cry. She moved her hand to her mouth, blocking her sobs from escaping.

"Sorry dear... I just need to take a quick break." Mrs. Abela said as she waved goodbye to Ariana. "Alright, don't worry Mrs. Abela. I will take care of Vanessa here." Ariana said as she patted Mrs. Abel's back. "Thank sweetie." Mrs. Abela said as she walked away, towards the back of the boutique. "Vanessa for your small body I would suggest, yes the sleeveless, mesh, splice pleated, rhinestone chiffon dress, also this white lace romper, oh and the sequined, floral lace, princess tulle dress." Ariana said as she pulled some already made dresses.

"This pencil dress with chiffon asymmetrical train, oh, oh, oh a tennis style dress, some causal pattern dresses and finally a hoodie dress. I think all of these would suit you quite nicely." Ariana said as she pushed Vanessa to one of the change rooms. Ariana waited for Vanessa to change into the first outfit. She quickly grabbed a sales associate that casually walked by. The sale's associate happily waited to the side, ready to take measurements. "Oh wow! I knew these would look so much better on you then those lolita style dresses you have worn." Ariana shouted in excitement as Vanessa finished trying all the dresses and hesitated to change out of the hoodie dresd.

Vanessa averted her gaze, staying completely silent as she took one last look at the dresses then herself in the mirror. "How much for all of these?" Vanessa mumbled awkwardly as she pointed at the pile of clothes. "Sorry young Miss the account has already been settled." The sale's associate said with a small chuckle. Vanessa turned to Ariana with complete shock. "I-I-I-I-I t-t-thought I was s-s-supposed to p-p-pay?" Vanessa stuttered.

Once she is done I humbly ask that you find it in your heart to forgive her." Ariana said as Vanessa blushed. Mrs. Abela looked from Ariana to Vanessa and waited. Vanessa's lips trembled as her eyes watered. "... Mrs., Mrs., Mrs. Abela, I did something really awful.... I made tasteless, ignorant remarks re-re-regarding your business and items inside..." Vanessa stuttered as she slowly rose from the couch.

"Please forgive my stupidity!" Vanessa shouted as she bowed deeply to Mrs. Abela. "What made you change your mind?" Mrs. Abela asked coolly as she stared at Vanessa. "I tried on your clothes... I couldn't believe the difference from what I am used to wearing." Vanessa said as she kept her head down. "Oh and this is enough to change your mind?" Mrs. Abela said in a mocking tone.

"Yes! I promise to properly promote your shop and the items! I will wear every piece with pride and treasure each one!" Vanessa shouted as she kept her gaze glued to the ground. "Well then, I can only accept your apology humbly. Please lift your head or Ariana will think I'm bullying you. Besides for Ariana's sake I will only accept you this one time." Mrs. Abela said with a light laugh. "Thank Mrs. Abela!" Vanessa shouted as she straightened up her back. "Make sure that this never happens again. Well today has been exhausting. Ariana dear could you please deliver this letter to my little girl?" Mrs. Abela said as she handed Ariana a white envelope.

Ariana hummed as Vanessa meekly followed her out of the boutique. "So are you feeling a little bit more educated about the world and its people?" Ariana asked as she turned and faced Vanessa. "I don't know what you are even referring too! But... as for the Abela's shop, my opinion has definitely changed." She replied as she she averted her gaze and pouted. "Baby steps but at least there was progress was made." Ariana said happily as she spun on the balls of her heels and faced forward. "ari-Miss Drake!" Vanessa said with great difficulty. "Mmmmh?" Ariana replied.

"Do you think there is some time to stop by Mrs. Abela's father's shoe shop?" Vanessa asked shamelessly. "Oh are you by chance interested in looking around?" Ariana teased. "Of course not! But I do need new shoes to go with my new outfits." Vanessa said with a tiny smile. "Fantastic! Let's go then!" Ariana said as she quickly grabbed Vanessa's hand. "This doesn't make us friends you know!" Vanessa hissed as she stared at her clutched hand. "Baby steps Vanessa. Baby steps!" Ariana laughed wholeheartedly as they rushed towards the next shop.

Ariana jumped onto her bed with a giant smile on her face. "So was your outing enjoyable?" Edlyn asked as she walked over to Ariana's bed. "Why yes!" Ariana shouted as she pulled out an envelope and handed it over to Edlyn. "Did you hear anything Talisha?" Ariana asked as she sat up. "My girls are on it now." Talisha said as she gave Ariana a wicked smile. "Do you know when they will have anything?" Ariana asked as she crossed her arms. "Hopefully in a week's time." Talisha replied. "Halina, what about your end?" Ariana asked as she turned her gaze. "I wrote my family a letter. If it's intercepted by the church they will not be to decipher it without my brother's help. Even if he reads it... I can only hope that he won't fall for the trap." Halina said as she pulled her knees against her chest.

"Are you sure you want to help?" Ariana asked as she relaxed herself. Halina looked up and met Ariana's gaze. "There is still time to get the letter back." She said slowly. "No... I want to know the truth for myself." Halina said as she shook her head. "Well we will need to move to the next phase of our plans soon if I want to achieve my goals."

"I still think we should recruit Cayden's friends." Edlyn said as she sat down and opened her letter. "I want to wait for Cayden to come back before I make contact with the males." Ariana said as she scooted herself to the wall. She leaned back and sighed. "What did your mother say?" Ariana asked as she lazily turned her head. Edlyn started to cry, beautiful, happy tears. "She is so happy that I can talk. She thanks you from the bottom of her heart." Edlyn said with a giant smile. "You're my precious friend, I would do anything for you. The same goes for you two, Halina, Talisha, please remember that."
