My Way To You 314 Turnaround

The water that was scattered on the ground rose up and linked into one another. Chains started to form and wrapped around Edlyn's ankles as Viola smiled victoriously. "You're mine now." Viola said as she slowly got up. 'Mom!' Thor called out as a high pitched sound started to hum in the canyon. Viola turned just as Thor focused his attack. She jumped backwards just as Thor spit out a concentrated bullet made of electricity. Spark sparyed as it hit the ground, leaving scorch marks. 'Let my mom go!' Thor yelled before he started to spit out more bullets.

Viola dashed forward and around Edlyn moving the chains at will in all different types of directions. Edlyn was completely bound. Viola then pulled Edlyn against her body, making her act like her shield. "Tell your beast to stop his attacks." Viola panted beside Edlyn's ear. "Or we body will get hurt." She continued but Thor instantly stopped his attack when he saw that Edlyn held captive.

Edlyn smiled. "Like I care if I get hurt." Edlyn said as she squeezed her Bo staff. Electricty started to fly in all directions. "What are you doing?!" Viola shouted as she lost her grip on the chains. Edlyn released her Bo staff, she then slightly twisted her body and took one step behind Viola with her left foot. She then dropped down to a pistol squat as her left leg went straight. She quickly grabbed Viola's thighs with her slightly bound arms and flipped her back.

It caught Viola off guard and caused her to lose her water chains. Edlyn scrambled forwards as she picked up her Bo staff. She gripped the staff and readied herself for the next attack. "Well I think that was enough time." Viola said as she got up from the ground and dusted herself off.

"What?" Edlyn said just as the caverns started to shake. "Let's end this now." Viola said before she rushed to the edge and dove into the water. "Thor what's going on?" Edlyn asked as she looked over the edge. The cyan light started to grow brighter. 'Her familiar is coming up.' Thor shouted as the cavern shook more violently. Edlyn slammed her Bo staff into the ground as she started to buckle from the shaking.

Suddenly cyan coloured tentacles with dark pink suction cups rose from the water. "Thor get away!" Edlyn shouted as she watched the tentacles try to catch Thor. He easily dodged the first few attempts of capture but soon he was finding it harder to find empty space for him to fly into. 'What is that?!' Thor shouted as he dodged another three tentacles. "What?!" Edlyn shouted as she got up. 'Something fell into the water.' Thor explained as he did a barrel roll.

"That's not important right now! Fly towards the ceiling and blast the water!" Edlyn shouted a she started to run down the rock path, giving herself some distance. 'Mom watch out!' Thor yelled as he rushed forward. A tentacle had aimed for Edlyn and there was no time for her to get out of the way. "Thor!" Edlyn yelled as she watched Thor throw himself in front of the tentacle. 'Mom!' He yelled as he was dragged down. "Noooo! Thor I'm coming!" Edlyn yelled as she jumped after Thor.

"Kaʻai kupula." Edlyn chanted before she hit the water. An air bubble formed around Edlyn's head. She clutched her Bo staff as she same forward. She saw Thor being dragged further down into the depths of the water. Edlyn couldn't keep up, she wasn't fast enough to reach Thor and prayed that he could hold his breath long enough for her to set him free.

Edlyn looked around and caught sight of the monster holding Thor. Her eyes grew wide in horror and fear. Ursula was a creature Edlyn only read about in sea myths, a massive sea animal with a body curled up into a bulgging shell, six spiked legs coming out of the shell, a upside down cone shaped face with 4 large tentacle and two smaller tentacles coming from the point of the cone. The top of it's head had five spikes spread out across the head in a line with flesh spread in between each spike, making it look like a crown.

The worst part was it's eyes, there were six of them, two big ones and four smaller ones in a row underneath the big ones. "A kraken." Edlyn whispered. She then shook her head and started to swim forward. Ursula's eyes turned to face her. 'Found her.' Ursula said but Edlyn didn't care she swam toward Ursula with all her strength.

Ursula pulled back her tentacles and tried to capture Edlyn. As the first tentacle came forward Edlyn swung her Bo staff with all her might. The water slowed down her movements but she was able to land a strike. Seconds later the Bo staff shatterd and electricity shot through Ursula's tentacle. 'It hurts!" Ursula cried out loud as she withdrew her tentacle. Edlyn's heart raced as her heartbeats thundered in between her ears. She caught sight of the another tentacles. She didn't know how to get away.

"Kaʻai sprengja." Edlyn yelled out in desperation as she held her hands in front of her. A blast of air pushed Edlyn backwards at great speeds. Edlyn started to laugh. She found a way to fight. "Kaʻai sprengja." She yelled again as she positioned her hands behind her. Edlyn zoomed forward as she held her concentrarion. She started to weave in between the tentacles and swam downwards.

She caught sight of Thor and stopped. 'Mom, it hurts!' Thor said telepathically as he struggled to hold his breath. "Kaʻai kupula." Edlyn chanted. An air bubble barely covered Thor's head just as Ursula pulled Thor away. Edlyn turned to Ursula and decided to try attacking her again. She moved her hands behind her agian. "Kaʻai sprengja."

Edlyn pushed herself forward and was closing in on Ursula's face. 'She's there!' Ursula instructed. Suddenly a weird movement went past Edlyn and she lost her concentration. A sharp pain hit her right leg. Edlyn winced as she looked back at her leg and saw that blood started to spread into the water. Ursula started cry out in victory, Edlyn looked at her and saw that Viola was now in front to of her holding a ball of whirling water.

"Kaʻai ezkutu." Edlyn called out just as Viola threw her ball. An invisible wall stopped the ball but the centripetal force of the ball was starting to crack the wall.
