Cassie watches her friends who're loudly and lively eating inside her hospital room. She looks around and notices that Quinn still not coming back.

Blaire gives her some light food and fruits for her dinner.

"Do you need anything?" Blaire asked Cassie when she notices her staring intently.

"Then, is something bothers you?"

Kenneth smirked. "Isabella is such a nuisance. Marivella should have already died a long time ago. Everything should become perfect. You shouldn't suffer like this as well, instead, have died not long after the Young is gone."

"Enough of your craziness, Klein." A woman speaks behind him.

"Blaire? What are you doing here?" Quinn is confused about what name she called to Kenneth.

Blaire walks towards him then she suddenly lost consciousness. Quinn runs to her side and catches her to protects from hitting on the ground.

"There you are, Isabella Bennett."

Quinn follows Kenneth gaze at a certain direction. He turned his head and looked at the woman who looks exactly like Blaire.

"You've been wandering for too long, Klein," she said.

"So are you, Isabella."

Kenneth and Isabella throwing dark gazes at each other. Quinn is even more confused about what is happening.

What was this woman's connection to his sister? Quinn is now asking himself.

"So, playing the good guy this time?" Kenneth's tone is full of sarcasm.

"Enough Klein."

Quinn on the other hand, cannot bear just listen to these two strangers.

"Who are you?" He asked Isabella then glance at Kenneth. "Why do you keep calling him with this name?"

"Of course, you know him very well Carlisle. He is your very own twin brother."

He wasn't sure what to react at this moment. He is confused more than before. He stared at Kenneth and the guy just laughed.

"And you? How? I don't understand? Why do you look exactly like Blaire?"

"Of course, Isabella is your very own wife. I wonder why she chose to be reincarnated as your sister in this life."

Quinn meets Isabella's gazes, but she looks away and fixes her gaze at Kenneth.

"Because I wanted to end this now, Klein! Enough! Haven't you get tired? Choosing to be a lost soul? And keep changing their fate? To keep interrupting their life together? No matter what, you can't stop their meeting in every lifetime existing for Carlisle and Marivella!"

Quinn looked up at the woman who is now standing in front of him.

"What do you mean she who killed Marivella?" Quinn cannot believe in all revelation he is hearing from the past.

Then Marivella wasn't died from giving birth to Carlene? And Carlisle? Did Klein who killed Carlisle?

"That's right. The very person who you love dearly as your sister is the person who killed your most beloved Marivella. It is now surprising to me that Blaire didn't kill her on this lifetime," Kenneth laughs.

He didn't see it coming when Quinn gives him a very strong punch on the face. Some blood now dripping from his mouth.

"So, you still human after all," Quinn said. "You only have the memories of the past, but it doesn't make you an immortal after reincarnating. Am I right?" Quinn glanced over his shoulder and waited for Isabella to respond.

"Not at all," Isabella answered.

"Now, Miss Isabella Bennett, tell me. . . why you choose to be my sister in this lifetime?"

It took for a long moment before she answered him. "This is the least I could do to pay the sins I did in the past."

Isabella fixes her gaze at him. It was the same gazes that Blaire give him when he misses Cassandra so much and she will comfort him.

They heard Kenneth clapping and laughs. "This is getting interesting, isn't it?"
