My Idle Gaming System Chapter 6

Among the many Systems Noah had read about in the myriad of trashy novels...he could make a case for his System being the most ridiculous.

It truly fit his personality of not wanting to do any work but still getting wonderful rewards!

He heart thumped as he felt relief washing over him, thanking whoever was watching down over him for this beautiful system as he had a gleeful smile on his face when he watched the timer on the Burning Domains Rift slowly go down over time.

In the lush greenery behind the Blessed Academy, Noah lay among the grasses that shone with green lights as an hour very quickly passed.

[Loot resources are available for collecting in the Burning Domains Rift.]

A sound similar to a notification rang in Noah's mind as he opened his eyes slowly, going into the Interface of the Idle Gaming System and clicking on the box that represented the Burning Domains Rift.

RUMBLE!

An explosion of light blinded him as graphics of 5 boxes appeared in front of his eyes.

[+5 Idle Exp][+13 Iron Rank Cores][+1 Blazing Sword][+1 Iron Rank Minotaur Shard][+30 Iron Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals]

[All items have been placed in Host's Inventory.]

His eyes nearly bulged out at the abundant rewards of the 1 hour of Idle Mode, watching with incredulousness as the timer in front of the Burning Domains Rift icon automatically reset to 65 minutes as it began to count down again!

It meant that approximately every hour for the foreseeable future...Noah would be gaining stupendous loot and resources of varying amounts!

If he cleared other Dimensional Rifts and also had them in Idle Mode…

The mere thought nearly caused his adrenaline to shoot through the roof as he breathed out to calm down.

He focused on the mentioned rewards as he viewed each of them in detail.

[Idle Exp] :: The Experience gained from using the Idle Gaming System. Can be used to level up the system and unlock new features. 5/1000 Exp until the next upgrade.

[Iron Rank Cores] :: Cores that can be used to strengthen the body up to the Peak of Iron Rank.

[Blazing Sword] :: A sharp sword of the Iron Rank. Has slight fire essence contained within that can burn enemies.

[Iron Rank Minotaur Shard] :: Collect 100 Shards to be able to summon an Iron Rank Minotaur to aid you in real life and in Idle Mode. Every equipped Summon reduces Rift clearing time by a certain percentage. 1/100 Shards until Summoning.

[Iron Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals] :: Crystals that can be used to upgrade the strength of the Summons. When two Iron Rank Summons achieve Peak Iron Rank, Evolution into the next tier is possible.

He was speechless.

Truly speechless.

The System came with so many things that he had to read over it a few times, but a singular glaring message was shouting in his mind.

'Too OP!'

That's right!

It was too damn overpowered!

By doing nothing, he would receive tremendously valuable loot every hour from the single Dimensional Rift he cleared- with some loot that he had never even heard about.

Things like Unit Shards capable of Summoning the boss monsters of Rifts as his pets or the Unit Upgrade Crystals that increased their ranks...he hadn't come across such a thing before!

It was all so ridiculous that he couldn't help but tear up.

He wasn't a useless transmigrator! He wouldn't accidentally be killed by a passing Blessed!

Maybe...just maybe with this System, he would be able to rise up and shine even brighter than any of the trash main characters he read about while protecting himself in this dangerous new world.

The fear of mediocrity he had these past weeks...he would wash this fear away as fast as he could as he rose to the top!

'Ah…!'

His thoughts calmed down as he came out of his soliloquy and glanced to the lower right of the huge blue screen interface where he saw multiple square boxes that had the label of [Inventory] above them.

There were 5 rows and columns, and he could see the number of pages written as 1/1000 ar the bottom of the inventory.

This was another stupidly ridiculous feature as he merely sighed in amazement.

He saw that the aforementioned [+13 Iron Rank Cores][+1 Blazing Sword][+1 Iron Rank Minotaur Shard] and [+30 Iron Rank Unit Upgrade Crystals] were all placed in the Inventory, his mind merely thinking about the Blazing Sword as it disappeared from the Inventory and appeared in his hands.

It seemed as if he had one of the shocking treasures that were known as Space Rings which could contain things in a separate space, but he had an Inventory that was just monstrous!

The Blazing Sword disappeared from his hands as the Iron Rank Cores appeared instead.

They were all Peak Iron Rank Cores- every single one without exception as this was another huge fact with Noah's system.

The Cores always had qualities of Low, Medium, and Peak, with Bosses of Dimensional Rifts being the only ones capable of dropping Peak Cores of their respective levels!

Yet...Noah got all Peak Cores from a single run of the Burning Domains Rift in Idle Mode…

He continued shaking his head in amazement as he barely believed it even now.

'I might as well put in some work and absorb the Cores to go towards Peak Iron Rank…'

He had a thought that would cause others to spit blood in jealousy, pulling the single glimmering Peak Iron Rank Core in his hands as he began absorbing it while lying down on the verdant grassy plains.

Wisps of energy flowed into his body as his cells drank everything with fervor, his eyes closed as he continued to absorb a Peak Iron Core that very few Iron Blessed would get to enjoy.

He was truly working hard!

But everything was made possible with a single interface that awakened the moment he cleared a Dungeon Rift for the first time.

'Idle Gaming system…'

This thought passed through his mind over and over again as he couldn't help but form the biggest smile.

This was his cheat system.

This was his tool to a wondrous life in this new Ethereal Realm!

'This...is My Idle Gaming System!'
