This dominant thought echoed across Noah's heart as it caused his seas of destiny to rage madly, a profound sense of confidence rising within him when he had this epiphany.

He looked at the smug-looking Europa who finished her prideful words about her race as she expected him to be shocked and look towards her with reverence, but Noah simply gazed at her like he would gaze at any other being! It was a gaze one would give when staring at a normal human being or an existence multiple levels above them- no emotions were carried within it.

"Hmph!" Europa saw the light of confidence and arrogance in his eyes even after she spoke of the power of Primordials as she turned annoyed.

"We reach the Cosmic Realm in less than three years, and do you know what happens after that? How one reaches the Cosmic Filament Realm?"

A flash of prideful light flashed within Europa's eyes as she actually saw the normally calm and emotionless face of Noah reveal a light smile while he took the bait.

"And how exactly does this happen?"

Europa's eyes nearly released sharp lights that bisected the surrounding space itself as she voiced out sonorously.

"One has to refine their Cosmic Core and strengthen its barrier before stepping into the Cosmic Filament Realm…the realm that the vast Majority of Primordials and other Paramount Bloodline Races get stuck on for all their lives! But Primordials…they simply need another three years before they step into the Cosmic Filament Realm. The power of True Blood to generate 100 million Splendiferous Universes does not fade away as after successful refinement of the Cosmic Core, a Cosmic Filament Core will bloom…."

The secrets of the Realms above were revealed as Noah nodded lightly, his voice actually echoing out as after his realization of just how terrifying his capabilities were even when compared to Primordials, he became much freer in his words and actions!

"So after Higher Existences step into the Cosmic Filament Realm, they simply forge another Cosmos every three years. Going by how one needs to achieve 100 Billion Splendiferous Universes to form a Cosmos…I am guessing one needs to forge 100 Billion Cosmos within the Cosmic Filament Rank before they can achieve the next stage of power?"

Europa raised her eyes as they flashed with an indiscernible light, her silence acting as an agreement for Noah's words as even though he was smiling, he was utterly shocked!

The smiling expression on Europa was wiped away as she gazed up to the skies of the Helios Tribes Cluster, her gaze piercing through the layers of space and even the Ruination Sea outside as she seemed to be looking at a place extremely far away!

"To forge 100 Billion Cosmos and even get close to the next Realm…one needs to go through 300 Billion Years. An utterly horrific period of time that if one does not stimulate their Cosmos formation through treasures or battle, reaching it is utterly impossible."

"After all, most cosmic filaments forged within existences cannot beat the river of time to reach hundreds of billions of years before one perishes. This…is just the savage nature of Reality!"

Fantastical words left Europa's mouth as Noah continued to have his mindset expanded, realigning that even the truly powerful experts could still not beat time when one thought of billions of years. Everyone sought to live for as long as they could, but even those at the Cosmic Filament Realm were not able to do so.

"Well, that's just a reality that many of us had to overcome. But I don't know where your confidence is coming from, Rogue Champion!"

Noah was taken out of his stupor as he caught Europa's gaze once more.

Treasures, battles, and resources. This was what even the Higher Existences like Primordials have to go through for them to go towards achieving higher stages of power. He…needed exactly this as his rising confidence within his origin was nearly spilling out at this moment when he thought of his capabilities! Where was his confidence coming from?

It came from prior results and the Systems he had…and the Systems he would have!

His eyes released arcs of blue light at the mere thought of it as when he thought about what he had to do, he decided to be bolder and even wilder than he was currently, as this would mean he would achieve the next stage of power even faster. When he thought about this, his eyes flashed as he looked towards Europa and spoke out calmly.

"You said the next stop is one of the four Archaic Kings? What if we changed this up and made an even more exciting show for you?"

His words were laced with power as he wanted to use the unique nature of this Primordial to bring forth a stupendous possibility into fruition!

Europa looked at him carefully as she squinted her eyes while nodding, Noah continuing with his words.

"What if we truly make it exciting as instead of facing a single Archaic King, I will face all four of them! 4 Existences each with their own Edicts as above them…only the Champion Ragnar remains!"

His words caused the sky to tremble as Europa's eyes released sparks of golden light, her gaze becoming filled with excitement as Noah continued!

"I just don't know how you will be able to keep away the gaze of the Champion for me to do so…"

A challenge.

Noah actually threw out a challenge to the Primordial Europa after enticing her with a glorious show, the eyes of this being flashing with light as she puffed out her chest and spoke confidently.

"Hmph, isn't it just to keep away the gaze of a Lower Existence? I already know what to do, Rogue Champion!"

The skies vibrated with her words as her black hair danced wildly, her curvaceous figure illuminated in the light as she then locked her eyes on Noah, ideas seemingly leaking from her mind that she had to get out.

"Since I can forge Primordial Rifts, I will simply form an entire Isolated Dimension where only those below the Cosmic Realm can enter…and I will entice the four Archaic Kings with Treasures that nobody in the Universal Filament Realm can deny! Mmmm, what shall I call it…."

Noah's heart began to beat wildly as he didn't think his words would work out so perfectly, a set of events he couldn't have imagined playing out as Europa exclaimed as if she had a grand idea.

"I shall call it the Archaic Ancestral Treasure Dimension…and let little Ragnar know that the Cosmic Core of an Archaic Beast lies at its very center for his Kings to try claiming! Haha, then I can watch a battle royal between you and the Archaic Kings as we can see whether your confidence will get you killed…or something even more interesting happens!"
