In the Boundary Between Realities, two beings were discussing with calm voices as each of them tried to etch their own destiny.

"Apart from Antiquity...you need to help me take care of him- of Oathkeeper! I've been beaten time and time again by his Cosmic Treasure that utilizes the abstruse Primordial Essence...I hope you can handle this and we can forge an agreement of never being able to harm each other!"

Chronos spoke out about the challenges he faced as for Noah, it all seemed to just perfectly bring him exactly what he wanted.

His clone released a cluster of light that was an extremely small and barely conscious cluster of his soul, putting it in front of Chronos as he spoke out slowly.

"My descent can be made faster with the involvement of the inhabitants of the Universes within your Primordial Cosmos. However you wish to do it is fine, but as long as you can collect the allegiances of existences with my soul taking them in...my descent will occur."

"The quicker you move, the faster you can have this Oathkeeper put aside, and the faster you can reach Antiquity!"

Chronos listened to the enticing words of the Antiquity before him as he took the pulsing cluster of a soul slowly within his hands, his eyes already shining sharply as he nodded and spoke out.

"I already have an idea of what to do. I've lived through many time lines as I've found unique things in each of them, and in one I saw the method of gathering the strength of the souls of others to be most efficient with a uniquely designed Universal Construct."

"I will build these Constructs and tie your consciousness to them for your descent...and if I figure out everything else, I will let you know!"

A plan was already unfolding within Chronos's mind as he was very proactive to make sure he got what he wanted.

Noah nodded with a smile as he looked around the vast Boundary Between Realities and spoke out.

"You mustn't be stuck in the river of your Reality for too long. Return and let me know how it all goes!"

WAA!

As agreements were made and two souls shook hands in a unique environment, Chronos continued to flow back in the river of time as Noah watched this soul move back a bit further before it disappeared from his eyes along with the incredibly small portion of his soul.

"As expected, it's much easier for the natives…"

He could barely send thoughts to the small cluster of his soul, and it had to be this way for it to pass through the incredible Boundary of this Reality! If he did it normally, this small portion of soul wouldn't really be able to move as it would dry out of its essence in time- but now a Native took him as this native would move to gather the influence of existences on his behalf!

"Now…" Noah's eyes flashed brightly as he was about to spread out his consciousness and study this unique Reality he was staring out of the boundaries of, but his eyes shifted in the next second as he saw an unexpected scene.

THRUM!

Essence coagulated before his eyes once more as uniquely, the small illusory form of Chronos's soul formed once again as it began to talk.

"Usurper...I have been successful in the method I mentioned before and built multiple Universal Constructs across the Universes of the Primordial Cosmos. This is the only way I can move without drawing attention from Oathkeeper and being forced to reincarnate yet again...let me know if you can sense them when they become active!"

Chronos spoke as if nothing was wrong as Noah looked at this soul with interest, his booming voice ringing out.

"Exactly how much time has passed since you left me to finish your Reincarnation?"

"Hm? Over 384 years. Does time move differently here? No matter, let me know if you feel anything soon!"

WAA!

Noah's eyes shone brightly as he affirmed the difference in the speed of time in the Boundary Between Realities and within Realities themselves! Many years could have passed within a Reality while a mere few seconds passed in this unique space!

Noah was curious about the applications of this, but he came to a stop in the next second when he finally felt a strong reaction from the Cluster of his soul he sent with Chronos.

He felt it anchored to 9 unique Constructs in 9 different Universes, these Constructs drawing in a unique energy of soul strength that sunk into Noah's bound soul clusters and strengthened them ever so slightly!

If this strengthening continued, he would be able to descend into this Primordial Cosmos in no time!

"I sense 9 Tools of Descent providing me strength...this method of yours is unique, Chronos!"

Noah voiced out strongly as the soul of Chronos nodded and laughed with an excited gaze.

"Good! We shall continue and see how things go. I put myself in a half state of death to come here, and I have to return now before this becomes permanent!"

With such words Chronos disappeared once more as he left behind the huge form of Noah staring at him with cerulean beams of light.

The purple eyes of Chronos opened dangerously a second later as beanie him, a Hegemony wiped his brows as this being was the one to help induce the state of death that allowed Chronos to use his essence of Reincarnation to appear before the Usurper once more.

"It was successful?" The Hegemony of Slaughter asked Chronos carefully as this being nodded.

"Yes. Expand the reach of these Universal Constructs and draw in more existences- focus on Universes like the Animus Universe, Chthonian Universe, Microbial Universe...all of those filled with battles and war."

Chronos spoke with eyes shining with a crazed light as the Hegemony of Slaughter nodded.

"The more of them that fall within these Constructs, the soul strength that will be sucked up will be even stronger than any influence one could obtain. When these Constructs obtain enough power...we can anchor them to the very Universes themselves as this guarantee the descent of this Great Usurper in no time…"

The light in Chronos's eyes was maddening as he continued.

"This will be the process of Universal Amalgamation...with it, it will also be our last effort as the Usurper will arrive in mere weeks if not days with this in place!"

A grand plan mostly designed by Chronos bloomed, one that involved silently collecting the soul strength of inhabitants of souls through 9 Universal Constructs or Tools of Descent spread out across 9 Universes!

Back in the Boundary Between Realities where time moved differently, Noah's Origin shone with increased brightness as he felt the connection with these 9 Tools of Descent gradually increasing, seeing 9 thin lines begin to form from him to the vast location where the Primordial Cosmos was past the thick Boundary of this Reality.

It was a process that would take time, but Noah was patient as he smiled calmly while watching the process, sensing being ever closer to entering a Cosmos of this unique Reality as within it, he saw a Primordial Treasure that could grant him the comprehension in the Primordial Dao as such a thing...it would effectively open up the limit of him being capable to explore only a single Cosmos in a Reality!

With it, he could traverse the Ruination Sea within a Reality as he went on to conquer the myriad of Cosmos within them. To obtain this....he would do whatever it takes!
