Chronos!

This was the name of the Soul before him as Noah's eyes flashed with gorgeous blue light, his voice continued to echo out.

"Why are you going against the tides of time of this Reality? I don't normally see any others in this space, especially not beings that can traverse through the river of time."

His words seemed to have taken Chronos out of his stupor as his eyes turned careful, but one could still see the light of envy and greed when he looked towards Noah's chest that shone with the light of dozens of Universes.

'So…he wants power?' Noah saw the eyes of this being as he smiled devilishly, waiting patiently as Chronos replied soon after.

"The future is not one I desired, so I am simply going back to change it."

Bold words rang out as Chronos continued slowly soon after.

"You? What are your aims here?"

The soul of the Hegemony before Noah's eyes turned careful as Noah laughed boisterously, his voice shaking the surrounding space as he came closer to Chronos and looked at this being carefully before he replied.

"I am a wanderer. I explore the Cosmos of a myriad of Realities as I've been intent on exploring this one without success so far. But my destiny churned as it pointed me towards you…"

RUMBLE!

Destiny!

Noah could feel it ringing, and the Chronos before him could actually feel it ringing too as the hearts of both beings thumped silently!

Noah rose up as he glanced at the expectant soul of Chronos, his voice continuing to come out grandly.

"I am known as the Great Usurper, and I am curious to know why Destiny has led me towards you."

The Great Usurper!

The name alone caused Chronos' mind to move faster as his soul sank into itself and looked at his destiny.

He had been trying to change his destiny over and over again in the past years, reincarnating and moving back through time constantly as the results were always the same!

'You cannot beat the prized chosen of a Cosmos...especially one with a powerful Treasure!' Chronos thought such a thing depreciatingly as his awareness locked onto the vast figure of The Great Usurper.

His destiny told him he had more chances for what he wanted to do to succeed if he leaned towards this being!

Of course, he was no fool and knew that the so called Usurper was most likely a terrifying figure that had their own aims...and he would have to watch what would happen carefully!

"I come from the Primordial Cosmos," Chronos was the one to start as his purple-colored eyes shone with coldness and regality.

"A brilliant Cosmos I have tried many times to expand my influence across and achieve Antiquity to no avail as a single being with a powerful Treasure always stands in my way!"

"Oh?" The blue eyes of the Antiquity before Chronos raised up in interest as he motioned for Chronos to continue.

"I have reincarnated time and time again searching for antiquity, and now my destiny tells me that an opportunity presents itself in you. An existence I know nothing about...but one that could possibly help me stand against the Oathkeeper and his Cosmic Treasure"

RUMBLE!

The tides of destiny turned and roiled as the eyes of the Great Usurper shone with an ever increasing brilliance.

It was triggered by the words Cosmic Treasure!

When Noah heard the words of a cosmic treasure, he felt his destiny rise and fall of chaotically as he thought this might be the reason why he was drawn into this reality.

A cosmic treasure!

More often than not, these were stupendous treasures that held within them the essence of a supreme Cosmic Dao. He had to obtain more information, but from the words of this Chronos, he knew it was most likely because of a Dao of Ruination or the Primordial Dao.

Even though something the Sword of Shattered Reality was a Primordial Relic that stood above rank of Cosmic Treasure, It was currently only capable of being utilized by 5% as this mere small percentage allowed Noah to traverse across Realities!

'Good. I can work with this!'

His cerulean eyes locked in on Chronos as he spoke out slowly.

"You want to reach Antiquity, yes? What if I told you I could guarantee that for you? You have something you want and naturally, so do I!"

"What is it that you want?" The question stemmed from Chronos as if he expected it, Noah smiling brilliantly as he replied.

"I spend millions of years wandering across boundaries of Reality like this as it takes a long time to actually descend onto a Cosmos. I can help you achieve the simple task of Antiquity if you help me in my descent!"

Yes! This Reality was unique as it was extremely large unlike any of the ones Noah had seen, its boundary being way too strong as Noah expected months to turn into years if he tried to squeeze into it by himself.

But with the help of a native of a Cosmos within this Reality...this process could be dwindled down to months and weeks, or even shorter if he sacrificed even more things.

Noah would love to overcome all these arduous tasks and simply dominate the soul before him, but like this Reality- this native was surrounded by thick and seemingly impenetrable barriers while he was swimming across the Boundary of Reality as Noah could not do this yet.

Maybe after he descended onto the Cosmos...but not in this unique environment!

"Help in descending into the Primordial Cosmos…" The soul of Chronos thought about such a thing deeply as he looked towards Noah's direction.

Seeing the visible strings of Destiny, Noah already knew everything was set in stone as he put out the last set of words to complete it.

"My purpose is just to explore new lands and the uniqueness within them. If you worry about my aim, we can simply make a soul binding agreement on certain conditions."

The cerulean light released from Noah's eyes was intense as his gaze seemed impassive, Chronos taking everything in as he spoke his own conditions.

The bait was set, and the fish went on to take a bite!
