Apart from the Stellar Expanse, the Celestial Plane was further divided into the Virtuous Expanse and the Sundawn Expanse. The number of Hegemonies within these factions were many, and they all controlled the regions of the Celestial Plane and the Dimensional Rifts within.

Silently, Noah had already begun to take bites from the Stellar Expanse as the first thing he did was wipe out its core leader, and he had now begun to subjugate the other hegemonies within it as aside from his cooperation with the Hegemony of Love, he had just Subjugated two more Hegemonies!

One was known as Anna, the Hegemony of Light, and the stout male Hegemony with thunder and lightning crackling around his body was known as the Hegemony of Lightning.

Putting these two beings, Love, and Gold- this was four of the five Hegemonies that Noah had first come across when he finished the Legacy Dao Dimensional Rift in the Empyrean Plane! There was one more Hegemony, and Noah used the same method he had been using to find out this being's coordinates and Subjugate him.

Truth be said, things became extremely easy after he Subjugated the Hegemonies of Light and Lightning with the aid of love, because he then used them and love to find the remaining Hegemony as because they were allies...this being didn't see anything coming!

Barely a minute later, he became the third Subjugated Universal Blessed under Noah as all three were currently following behind Noah respectfully.

They were actually crossing the boundaries between the Empyrean and Celestial Planes, Love's figure beside Noah as she continued to sigh endlessly when she looked at the figures of her fellow Subjugated Hegemonies.

"Just what ability allows you to put Hegemonies under your control…" She finally couldn't hold herself back as she asked this question, not getting a reply as Noah only smiled lightly while they arrived in the Celestial Plane.

He didn't plan to pop off loudly and bring attention to himself yet, and he simply wanted to utilize the three Universal Rank Dimensional Rifts within the Stellar Expanse to have them in Idle Mode!

It would crazily increase his rate of Galactic Filament Rank Upgrade Crystals, and he would even start to collect Universal Rank Upgrade Crystals that would allow him to cause the birth of a Universal Filament Realm Unit in the future.

The more upgrade Crystals...the more Universal Rank Rift Bosses he could control, and he would then be confident to traverse into the Apocalyptic Dimension to collect the treasure that could aid him towards Antiquity.

His eyes shone brightly as he looked at the starry space of the Celestial Plane and the dense essence all around him.

"There are still 4 more Hegemonies that you all left behind within your faction when you came down to the Empyrean Plane, and they protect the region around the three Universal Rank Dimensional Rifts…"

Noah spoke out naturally as the memories he had absorbed from multiple Hegemonies told him more about the Celestial Plane and the Chaotic Universe that it seemed like it was his home for millions of years!

Love sighed at his words as she nodded.

"Same method? Or is the focus more on the Rifts now?"

She asked lightly as even though Noah controlled three Hegemonies and had such power himself, she wasn't fearful at all as the kiss they shared before while she utilized the Lesser Dao of Love still told her of Noah's intentions towards her.

The light he showed hadn't turned murderous or Vile, so she continued to be very comfortable around him!

"Straight to the Rifts first, the Hegemony of Lightning will just send a word in advance as we will deal with the four Hegemonies afterwords…"

Since he already had three Subjugates Hegemonies, Noah didn't want to do something that would cause any possible problems to arise in the Celestial Plane before he had the three Universal Rank Dimensional Rifts in Idle Mode.

After he obtained the Rifts, he could move wildly in the Celestial Plane as all he had to do was give himself time, and then becoming stronger than the Hegemonies within the entire Plane would be an easy thing.

All of them were trying to collect Marks of Antiquity to elevate from their Universal Origins and into Universal Filaments, but such a thing was too hard!

Noah would overtake them all with the tools placed on his hands as before they even knew what was happening, they would just notice the [Corruption of the Usurper] spreading throughout the entire Chaotic Universe as Noah went on a rampage of Subjugations.

Noah's thoughts swam with such ideas as their figures tore across the space of the Celestial Plane, conducting long distance teleportation as they quickly arrived near a star cluster that surrounded an enormous Rift tens of thousands of miles in size!

BZZZT!

It released waves of dark crimson essence as a glimmer of many vessels and interstellar warships surrounded it from all around, but Noah and his party paid attention to none of this as they proceeded forward into the Rift.

"Hmm?"

On a certain star near this Universal Rank Dimensional Rift, a Hegemony raised his head as even after he received word from the Hegemony of Lightning who was already Noah's Subjugated, he was surprised to see the figures of a forefinger Hegemony within their party as they made their way towards the entrance of the Rift!

"Anna, who's the new guy you all are bringing?" He sent a mental message not to the Hegemony of Lightning, but the Hegemony of Light instead as he received a curt reply from her that made him lose all interest.

"Just an exchange from the Sundawn Expanse."

The Subjugated Hegemony of Light spoke simply as the expert guarding this Rift didn't move a muscle, only watching as the figures of four Hegemonies disappeared into the entrance of the enormous pulsing Rift portal!

WAA!

A spatial fluctuation wrapped around Noah and the others as when they came to, they were in an entirely different Dimensional Plane- the plane within a Universal Rank Rift as it had its own uniqueness.

This one in particular had dense essence of Extinction that all those entering had to protect themselves from, and one could see vast glimmering Galaxies all around them that stretched out endlessly.

It was a Cosmic Dao Rift at the Universal level, and this one had Extinction as its specialty as it was known as the Universe of Extinction!

Unlike lower leveled Rifts, Universal Cosmic Rifts were filled not with trillions upon trillions of lower eleven creatures, and one would always come across a minimum of 5 Universal Rank Rift Bosses across the different directions of this Universe of Extinction.

Just a minimum of 5 existences!

They had to defeat all of the Rift Bosses within as such a simple task normally took the Hegemonies a day if not days depending on their injuries every time they finished one Rift Boss.

One must recall that a single Rift Boss had the strength of 10 normal Blessed! But Hegemonies could exceed average strength because of Cosmic and Grand Daos they collected as they could better match Rift Bosses, and this was the extent of results they could achieve.

But Noah was different!

"Morrin."

RUMBLE!

Essence overflowed as a Universal Rank Rift Boss was summoned, Noah's eyes glancing at the vast glimmering Galaxies before him and the auras of 5 Rift Bosses in different directions as he began to move!
