The form Noah took when he cast [Universal Terror] was a unique one, his body expanding for thousands of miles as over nearly one third of his mana reserves were drained in a single cast.

Power crackled madly thereafter as his form became clear, being that of a star shaped creature that seemed to have the body of a continent.

This star form held glistening obsidian scales as it had a central eye spanning over a thousand miles, this eye glistening a glorious cerulean light as arcs of light emanated from it powerfully!

After the cast of this terrifying form that had Noah be larger than the size of multiple Large Worlds, there was the cast of [The Emperor's Universe].

This ability that displayed Noah's Universe into the outside world simply was a unique one simply due to the boosts it granted him, even if one didn't bother of the debuffs that his enemies received.

[...All Parameters of the Mind Dominator and their Subjugated are enhanced by 200,000%...]

All Parameters! Attack! Defense! Health! Mana Reserves! Cast Speed, Attack Speed….all Parameters that one had, they were enhanced by 200,000%!

Such a boost caused the terrifying star shaped Universal Terror to bellow put grandly towards the Nest holding countless billions of Abyssal Beasts below, the winged bat-like creatures at the rank of Galactic Filament glancing up and shrieking fearlessly even under such pressure.

In this region, the strongest were in the Galactic Filament Realm as Noah had yet to come across Abyssal Hegemonies- these existences being further into the depths of the Abyssal Plane as when such existences moved, it would not be unexpected for you to face multiple at the same time.

For such monsters, Noah wanted to face them when he had amassed an entire team of Universal Rank Units, moving about unhindered as he would achieve his goal of killing the quintillions that he needed to kill in this Abyssal Plane!

He planned to do this after he obtained another portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper from the Apocalypse of Time Dimension, where he would have Love take him to the three Universal Rank Dimensional Rifts under the control of the Stellar Expanse whose leader he just killed.

With the addition of clearing those three Rifts and getting his hands on multiple new Cosmic Daos, as well as the 52 Galactic Filament Rifts in Idle Mode that would give him a Universal Rank Unit every few days...it was only a matter of time.

Of course before all of this, he had to also expand his number of powerful Subjugated Blessed- and he found no better targets than the Universal Hegemonies of the Stellar Expanse that Gold used to lead.

In the chaos that would unfold, Noah would play this and Love's position to ambush and control these powerful beings as he fully began to suppress any experts he came across in this Chaotic Universe!

The Sublunary Plane was already his...and so would the Empyrean and Celestial Planes in the future to come! He would do this and more until his Destiny could be changed.

Until he went from a bleak darkness where his death was even now still unchanged after he achieved Universal Hegemony!

There was a voice in the back of his mind that wanted to deny what Destiny was telling him, as none of it made sense to him even now as to what enemy he would have that he couldn't escape from. But Destiny was one of the few things he couldn't deny as he still accepted it...and tried his best to move forward.

Even though he was doing everything and couldn't delve too far into the feature of Abyssal Plane Expedition yet to face the Abyssal Hegemonies...he would settle for continuing to mow down those at the Galactic Filament Realm and below. By the tens of billions...he had no problem wiping them away and taking their loot!

THRUM!

His body blazed with power at such a thought as while backed by [The Emperor's Universe], Noah's Universal Terror figure had its single eye crackle with and accumulate intense blue light as a second later...this light was released as a terrifying beam of Plasma through Plasma Generation.

Plasma that palpated mostly with the destructive essence of the Cosmic Dao of Tenebrosity that he comprehended from the Legacy of the Great Usurper thundered down towards the nest.

This scene was especially majestic as it was that of a giant star form crackling with light releasing this vast beam that was initially over a thousand miles in size, but it seemed to be fanning outwards in diameter the further down it went as it entirely covered the bounds of the red mountains that held a cluster of Abyssal Nests with countless billions of Beasts!

Annalise watched from the distance with her mouth opening with a wide 'o', seeing this beam of Plasma land down as a blinding light flashed out at that moment that forced her to close her eyes.

Her body unconsciously felt a gentle force wrap around her as she was pulled upwards a few thousand miles, her heart settling when she recalled this essence as her brothers.

When a few seconds passed and she opened her eyes again…the landscape had changed.

The red mountains that spanned for thousands of miles...larger than any world- all of them were wiped out entirely along with all the Abyssal Beasts near the region!

An enormous cylindrical hole over tens of thousands of miles in diameter could now be seen, how deep it went being unknown as all of this...was just Noah generating Plasma from his eyes.

If he cast truly deadly skills, they could be enough to even affect entire galaxies- similar to what the Hegemony of Love had done when she entered into the Galactic Filament Rifts with his days ago!

Annalise shook her incredulity as her body was dragged upwards close to Noah's enormous figure, his voice ringing out in her mind with conviction.

"With power like this, we can rapidly reduce the quintillions of Abyssal Beasts while being careful of any Abyssal Hegemonies…"

The star shaped Universal Terror gazed further into the Abyssal Plane as the singularity eye crackled with light, the path of blood continuing in this Plane!

Meanwhile, in the Apocalypse of Time Dimension.

The figures of Noah and Love situated atop the stout figure of Morrin crossed the Chronos Storms of this dangerous Dimension, coming up on the location where another portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper lay in wait!
