After a sufficient amount of days passed, Noah was free to elevate the power of two Galactic Filament Realm Units and fuse them into a single powerful existence of the next rank.

Of a Rank that many sought after but rarely got a chance to handle, one that allowed a Universe to bloom within one's Origin!

While in the midst of killing and devouring the souls of the Abyssal Beasts, Noah let 12 of his Units and Annalise take free reign as he stayed back while watching the shining figures of 2 Units.

A Dragoness that was the Tyrant of Destiny, and the Unit made entirely of the Grand Essence of Destruction called the Anomalous Galactic Destroyer.

The bodies of these two existences were already colossal as Noah seemed like a mere ant next to them, but he was the one controlling their moves as currently, their bodies were brimming with power as they continued to be pumped with Galactic Filament Rank Upgrade Crystals!

THRUM!

A buzz of essence undulated around the two terrifying beasts as they roared out powerfully around them, Noah only watching them coldly until the prompt he wanted to see most came right before his eyes. It didn't even form fully as an instant later, he called out coldly.

[Two Units…]

"Fuse them!"

WAA!

The two terrifying rift bosses, one a dragoness termed the tyrant of destiny and the other a creature made from the very essence of destruction…these two existences fused as they gave way to something wondrous and new.

Their lights melded together as the color of gold pervaded throughout, blinding the surroundings as when everything died down…a new champion had appeared!

A new unit, one that caused Noah's eyes to flutter as he found himself staring at what seemed like a creature with a form resembling a Dragon, but not really! It had 5 pairs of wings on its back, each of these wings a different color as they contained the essence of a Dao.

Three pairs of eyes were on its draconic head as they stared at Noah deeply, seemingly being capable of seeing everything as even Noah felt a prickling travel through his skin! Its four scaly limbs undulated between darkness and a scaly obsidian color as a spiked tail behind it seemed to release enough strength capable of even shattering galaxies.

It was only a mile in length as one might say it was on the small side of Noah's Units, with even those at the Galactic Filament Realm behind it being as large as worlds. But this size was truly deceptive if one was looking at it as a measure of power for this beast, the sheer pressure it released causing the air to distort and falter!

"ROAAAAAAR!"

A loud bellow echoed from it as it shook the crimson skies and the red earth of the Abyssal Plane, this roar announcing the arrival of a Universal Hegemony as Noah looked at its figure and details proudly.

UNIVERSAL [Morrin- The Annihilatory Observer] :: A creature born from the terrifying coagulation of mana and destruction, wielding the assimilated Cosmic Dao of Annihilation at birth as along with this, it is proficient in the Grand Daos of Destiny, Destruction, Incandescence, Devouring, and the lesser daos of Withering, Vitality…It's abilities include [World of Annihilation], [Ray of Destruction], [Mark of the Annihilator], [Breath of Old], [Annihilation], [Dance of the Annihilatory Observer]...

The Annihilatory Observer…Morrin!

This was Noah's first Universal Rank Unit, and it was one that opened the way to boundless possibilities. Just from its birth alone, it came with complete assimilation of a Cosmic Dao as a myriad of other daos were stacked on its roster.

Its skills were even more terrifying as the names were things Noah could only look forward to seeing in the future.

With it, Noah could take the steady steps and see how far he could reach through the features of Infinite Crucible or Tower of Champions, taking the risk of coming across the terribly powerfully Rift Bosses at the Universal Realm that would have power similar to the one he just fused!

Or he could remain in the Abyssal Plane as he cut to its depths to try and find an Abyssal Hegemony, this also coming with its own terrible risks as the Abyssal Hegemonies within the Abyss did not move alone.

If one moved, all the others followed as he would once more be possibly swarmed by a terrifying array of Rift Bosses to face with the single one he held- no matter how powerful it is.

"Hooo…"

He let out a light breath with a fresh smile as he had already chosen a path he would take after the production of a Universal Rank Rift Boss. it didn't involve any of the features that would require Noah to have multiple Units at this same rank to clear them with ease, but it involved a Blessed that was at this same Universal Realm!

He chose this route because as always, a Rift Boss at the same level was 10 times as powerful as the Blessed! With him choosing to scheme against a Hegemony, he was truly putting himself against an enemy much weaker than anything he would face from the features of the Idle Gaming System where he had to deal with Rift Bosses.

When he faced a Blessed, he could more easily decimate such a being as when he was weakened, Noah would be able to elevate himself into the Universal Realm by utilizing the Greed of the Usurper and taking the realm of this being!

And for this…the plan was set.

The Apocalypse of Time Dimension where Chronos Storms raged was visited and looked over multiple times. A helping hand that was another Hegemony was obtained. And now, the final piece of the puzzle to finish everything had appeared, leaving nothing for Noah to do but to make his move!

Far from the Abyssal Plane, in the Apocalypse of Time Dimension that the Hegemony of Love was growing weary of.

The Subjugated Elder Noah was occupying the mind of opened his eyes as he locked his gaze with Love, his eyes shining with light as his voice echoed out.

"It is time."
