To be utilized as a tool by another existence…never in her wildest dreams would Love have thought such a thing could occur to her!

But as she gazed at the cerulean eyes of the man before him, she calmed her emotions and accepted the reality. She could not say no, even if her power was levels higher.

Even if she could crush this being before her, whether this was his real body or not…she still would not do it! Because with him lay the very clear and straight possibility of what she and all others sought with all their hearts!

So she steeled her resolve after she heard his domineering words that he could his Realm of power in a matter of days depending on what she was willing to do.

"Speak clearly about what you want…Little Usurper." Her demeanor and regality of a Hegemony were quickly reestablished as she spoke out calmly to the existence before her.

"I can increase my power by absorbing that of others." The blue-eyed being begun to look like a devil as she spoke, his face filled with utter calmness and a smile at the same time as he continued.

"All I will need from you is to bring me existences as the Galactic Filament Realm…I can absorb their power and achieve this realm, forging the Galaxies required to be titled a Monarch and then a Paragon!"

RUMBLE!

Love's expression didn't falter as she heard this ridiculous detail, her voice only echoing out in return.

"And then?" Yes. What came after he achieved Galactic Filament, how would he achieve Hegemony by stepping into the Universal Realm ?!

Towards this, the 'Little Usurper's' eyes flashed coldly as he gazed towards the blank space as if he could see something she couldn't.

"Afterwards…I will of course need to absorb the Realm of a Universal Hegemony. I've already devised a plan as all we need is a target. How does the Hegemony of Gold who is most pressed to obtain the Legacy of the Usurper sound?"

A terrifying plot was laid out as the eyes of Love constricted greatly!

"You want to target Gold? A Hegemony that has comprehended multiple Cosmic Daos and is the leading figure for one of the factions in the Celestial Plane?"

His words seemed utterly ridiculous, but Love only received a headshake as he replied lightly.

"Whether it's him or someone else doesn't matter. So long as they are a Universal Hegemony and can be manipulated due to their greed for the Legacy of the Great Usurper, they will do. So, what will it be?"

All cards were laid bare, all plans laid out! Now it remained how everything would be accomplished as for this…the Hegemony of Love let out a harrumph while she waved her hands before Noah, causing the appearance of glimmering crystals the size of his head to appear.

These crystals shone with an incandescent light as they actually held the light of multiple galaxies within them, being Realm Cores that Noah had yet to come across yet! There were tens of thousands of them floating beautifully before Noah as they went on to cover the whole space they were in!

Love's voice came out coldly. "These Galactic Filament Cores should allow you to expand your galaxy until a second one can bud from it and have you achieve the Galactic Filament. You won't need to kill anyone to achieve this. I'll empty out the rest of my treasures and hand you everything I've been saving after I return to the Celestial Plane."

WAA!

Her words were domineering as they let off the majestic aura of a Hegemony, the Little Usurper smiling brightly as he swiped his hand and caused the disappearance of the myriad of Galactic Filament Crystals before him!

Love only watched this scene as her voice continued to echo out.

"Anything else?"

"Well…" The Little Usurper craned his neck as if a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders, his voice continuing. "I also need you to take me through a few of the Galaxy Rank and Galactic Filament Rank Dao Dimensional Rifts in this Plane or the Celestial Plane. Or even Universal Realm Dimensional Rifts if that's possible. I also want to expand my horizons, you know."

Another requirement was laid out bluntly as Love didn't even bother to understand the reason behind it, only nodding her head as her glimmering dark hair fluttered in the wind.

The space around them changed as Noah began to release the Mind Realm and Absolute Mental Isolation Field, actually accomplishing so much as he got his hands on a myriad of Galactic Filament Crystals as well as the partnership with a Hegemony to accomplish a great deal of things!

For the sake of changing his supposedly abysmal destiny, he had to take such rapid moves that would elevate the strength of his realm and pace of adding Dimensional Rifts into Idle Mode greatly.

If he had stuck to his old planned path, he would have slowly subjugated the powerful existences of this Golden Destiny Conclave and they proceeded to do the same with the other Conclaves, slowly moving under the noses of Dimensional Hegemonies as he collected the Dimensional Rifts.

But with this new drastic method…he would have a Hegemony power leveling him through the Realms of power and even through the Dao Dimensional Rifts he would add to Idle Mode, with his aim being the Grand and Cosmis Dao Rifts in the Celestial Plane that he would have had to spend a long time to even be capable of nearing!

He had accomplished so many things with just a single move, his blue eyes shining brightly as when he looked above him at his destiny once more…he still saw a dark cloud with only a few more golden rays of light coming in. Even this…was only enough to add a few rays of light as darkness still prevailed.

But Noah's heart was calm as he would continue. Since it was working… he would persevere!

His gaze was sharp as he glanced at the curvaceous figure of the Hegemony of Love while the Mind Realm faded around them.

"I'll elevate my Realm and get ready. I should be back here within the day…all upon this Elder if you need anything."

With these words, Noah deactivated the [Authority of the Dominator] as he disappeared from the mind and body of the Subjugated Elder, the Hegemony of Love watching with shining eyes as the blue light faded in the eyes of the elder, a consciousness returning that looked towards her and bowed courteously before this being walked to stand silently in a corner of the command room!

The methods of this being that had obtained the Legacy of the Usurper caused Love to sigh deeply inside, her figure also disappearing as she moved to prepare herself and retrieve her treasures within the Celestial Plane…
