Within one of the headquarters of the Golden Destiny Conclave known as the Destined Realm.

The Conclave Leader of this Empyrean Conclave was currently standing with a serious expression, his chest showing manifested Galaxies in the billions as this being was above the simple Galaxy Realm and has already entered the Galactic Filament Realm!

He was lined up with multiple Elders beside him that were mostly middle-aged or wizened old men with a few beautiful Saintesses, but all of their eyes carried a hint of seriousness as they welcomed the being they could already sense the aura of from far away.

"Hegemony of Love!"

WAA!

The Conclave Leader bowed respectfully as the figure of this powerful Hegemony appeared before them, her red eyes languid as she voiced out simply.

"What's the progress and what areas have you all covered?"

With a sonorous voice, a Hegemony arrived to oversee the search for the being holding the Legacy of the Great Usurper, not knowing that he was actually making his way here soon enough!

Many conclaves had their own regions to search across the vast Empyrean Plane and even the Sublunary Plane, with the Golden Destiny Conclave being the one to oversee the Southern Region of the Empyrean Plane as well as the smaller Sublunary Plane below!

This was the information that Noah had obtained after he Subjugated the leading party from the Golden Destiny Conclave, the Elder that was standing powerfully in the GALAXY Realm.

Yet this being was currently under Noah's beck and call, along with all the recently descended beings that had spread out but were called back just minutes later by their Leader, only to fall in Noah's lap soon after.

It was an extremely precarious situation that Noah was handling extremely well, having very little information leaking out as he allowed the now Subjugated Blessed to 'search' and report this as normal as they would have done anyways.

Thus, the Sublunary Plane remained calm while the Empyrean Plane was the one with the busiest activities!

Even Catherine had not been able to step out of the Tenebrous Conclave, this destructive girl only being able to send Noah a communication for him to be careful.

"Careful...huh?"

Noah said these words with a smile as he stood beside Annalise and the strongest Subjugated Blessed he had under him so far- the Galaxy Rank Elder that was known as Elder Stone!

This being has come down to the Sublunary Plane to do a sweep as directed by the upper echelons of the Golden Destiny Conclave, and now he and his forces were under Noah as they were currently walking up the Golden Stairway of Ascension to go into the Empyrean Plane.

It was only Elder Stone being accompanied back by a few 'disciples' of the Conclave, Noah and Annalise being some of them as Noah began carrying out his plans right away. Currently, the goal was to infiltrate not just the Empyrean Plane deeply, but more so the two Conclaves that had direct connections with the Celestial powerhouses.

The Golden Destiny Conclave was one such a Conclave as Noah prepared for his entrance there, their figures stepping onto the Stairway of Ascension as they disappeared in a short period of time!

After the spatial displacement of moving across Planes, they appeared near the marker that Elder Stone and all those from the Golden Destiny Conclave had- a marker that would teleport them to the domain of this Conclave.

Noah and Annalise looked around with bright eyes as they found themselves in a land of verdant greenery that was tinged with gold, the voice of Elder Stone stretching out.

"Welcome to the Destined Realm, Master."

The Destined Realm!

One of the core locations of the Golden Destiny Conclave, and a place that Noah had entered too easily with the forces he Subjugated!

He nodded slightly as he began to step out, enjoying the sights around him as he recalled his memories of this place from his Subjugated Blessed.

A myriad of experts lay within this place, with more Elders at the GALAXY Realm and even existences in the Galactic Filament Realm that could hold vastly different stages of power depending on where they were in this Realm.

If they had just stepped into the Galactic Filament Realm as they assimilated a few Daos, these beings were given a title above Sages and were known as Great Sages!

They had to go from a single Galaxy within their Origin to multiple Galaxies, their power increasing by a large extent.

The leaders of most Conclaves were within this stage of Galactic Filament and known as Great Sages. Those advanced further and were past the Middle Rank of Galactic Filament having forged over 50 Billion Galaxies were known as Monarchs.

Very few Monarchs moved around in the Empyrean Plane normally, and they were only rampant in the Celestial Plane! Past the title of Monarchs, Blessed could be granted the title of Paragon after they reached the full 100 Billion Galaxies within the Galactic Filament stage- and they were just shy from the nearly impossible task of forming a Universe with all these Galaxies and becoming Dimensional Hegemonies!

So within the stage of Galactic Filament, there were Blessed titled Great Sages, Monarchs, and Paragons. When they went from a Galactic Filament and into a Universe, they became Hegemonies! Noah was looking forward to such a stage the most as he took his steps across the verdant grass tinged with stripes of gold, going towards the headquarters of the Golden Destiny Conclave silently!

"Let's go see what one of the most powerful Conclaves of this Empyrean Plane has, hmm?"

Noah voiced out with a smile as Annalise followed closely behind him, her eyes sparkling with light as she was finally able to accompany her brother on another adventure.

This Destined Realm before then was vast, and it was chosen as the headquarters of this powerful Conclave because of the Dimensional Rifts within it!

Within this Realm, they would be able to find multiple Lesser Dao Rifts, and Noah would even get the chance to get his hands on the single Grand Dao Dimensional Rift within this Realm that gave out the Dao Crystals of Destiny.

It was this Grand Dao that granted the Golden Destiny Conclave their initial power, making them very proficient in destiny as they used this to get where they were now.

Now, Noah wanted this Rift added to the many that he would have, this Destined Realm just being his first pit stop!
