Never in her wildest dreams did Annalise think she would hold it, and hold such a significant portion of it as well!

She began as a Blessed trying to succeed the work of her parents and be able to take care of her family, striving just to be able to clear bronze and silver Rank Rifts as she made a comfortable living.

That was what she thought the direction of her life would be. But…

She was now rising up as she stood within the place where all power was contained in the whole plane, not to mention the small Ethereal Realm she came in or the myriad of other Realms or worlds within it.

It was an unbelievable prospect as the one who made it all possible was her older brother that was always slacking off!

He now held a slight smile as his hands were behind his back, his gaze serene as existences that would have been powerful enemies didn't even cause him to blink.

'How everything can change…'

Annalise had such a thought as she smiled lightly, keeping her eyes on Noah as he glanced towards Galaxy manifested beautifully, his gaze cold as dozens of other existences followed close to him.

His sharp eyes noticed the auras within the Sanctuary as he walked in with authority, coming to lock his gaze on Noah and the two girls beside him!

"Hmmm?!"

His eyes quintet dangerously as he saw the manifested Galaxy on Noah's chest, the Realms of the two girls near him being much lower as this expert voiced out powerfully.

"Who are you? Your Conclave designation?!"

THRUM!

With a light of authority, the Galaxy Rank Elder from the Empyrean Plane voiced out as the dozens of experts behind him pooled into this section of the Sanctuary.

Towards such a question, Noah only smiled curiously as one could see a glimmering golden light of fate dancing within his eyes, and this was him affirming his thoughts on how even enemies of the same rank...would be nothing to him as he didn't even feel a sense of threat from these beings before him!

As the two girls beside him felt his confidence, they had even less worries as they looked at each other...and proceeded to sit back down as if they wanted to finish their picnic at this moment.

As those that had just arrived were mere flies that didn't need to disrupt their plans! This was how much trust these girls had when it came to Noah!

"This is a rather rude manner to carry yourself in someone else's home."

Not answering the question of who he was and what Conclave he belonged to, Noah actually voiced out such a thing calmly as he caused the eyes of the dozens of experts to become cold and filled with sharp lights.

The Galaxy Rank Elder at the very forefront had his robes fluttering as his aged eyes squinted sharply, his voice reverberating out an octave higher than before.

"Home? The Sanctuary of the Sublunary Plane is not anybody's home! For you to be proclaiming it as such would mean you are going against the agreements established by all the Empyrean Conclaves!"

WAA!

As he spoke, he waved his hands towards those following him as they spread out to surround Noah and the two girls that had begun to enjoy their food again without worries.

All of their eyes were focused on Noah as they felt a sense of wildness from this being, seeing him remain unfettered as he locked his gaze onto all of them one by one and spoke out shocking words.

"This little Sanctuary is my home...this entire Sublunary Plane is my home! Any place you step in here and act as such...is not a violation of the Empyrean Conclaves, but a violation against me!"

The words came down like a strike of thunder as it caused the myriad of experts from the Empyrean Plane ranging from Nebula all the way to Galaxy to look ahead incredulously, the claims Noah was making seeming so incredulous...but they felt like they had to take them seriously!

The leading Galaxy Rank Empyrean Elder felt alarm bells ringing in his mind as this being...actually moved with care as he took out a glimmering communication medallion, putting essence into it as he wanted to report what had occurred here right away to the forces of the Empyrean and Celestial Planes.

But…

"Hmm?!"

Even as he placed essence into the communications medallion, it wasn't lighting up and connecting to anything no matter how he tried!

This was the calm voice of the being that had just proclaimed the Sublunary Plane to be his home came out once more.

"The chance to communicate with the outside world was gone the moment you stepped in here. Can you feel it? The Pervasive mental waves around you?"

A foreboding feeling began to creep up in the heart of the Conclave Elder at such a development, his body lighting up gloriously with essence as the dozens of experts he brought with him did the same!

"Who are you?! We are under the orders of Dimensional Hegemonies to apprehend a single being, and are not looking for any unrelated enemies!"

The Conclave Elder had become very careful as he spoke, his face changing gradually as he only now noticed the thin waves of mental energy that had somehow silently covered everything around them.

This was one of Noah's newly unlocked abilities stemming from the Mind Dominator Inherent Skill- it was [Absolute Mental Isolation Field]!

[Absolute Mental Isolation Field] :: Allows the user to turn a surrounding mile into an isolation field that others cannot teleport out of, release any sound from, or send any communications across space. Enemies within the Mental Isolation Field face a 20% Reduction in All Stats as the debuffs of Demoralized, Impotent, and Reduced Health and Mana Regeneration are afflicted.

A fairly simple ability, but a dominating one nonetheless as it allowed Noah to create a field where those outside of it could not hear or feel what was happening within it!

His cerulean eyes shone brightly as he looked at the enemies before him, already considering them a part of his subjugations as his voice echoed out.

"But you see...I'm not unrelated at all."

With such words uttered, essence began to billow out madly as the faces of all beings changed, the only thing remaining the same being the two drop dead gorgeous girls sitting behind Noah that didn't feel any pressure, nibbling on snacks as they watched the scene before them play out!
