The Dimensional Rift that had appeared in the void of space of the Empyrean Plane was twisting and turning.

It was a common sign of instability, and it was one that caused the faces of multiple Dimensional Hegemonies that had descended from the Celestial Plane to change!

After the news had spread that the Legacy of the Great Usurper was in the Empyrean Plane, more and more of these beings came one after another as at this moment, the number of Dimensional Hegemonies actually toppled 5 as all of them had their own Paragons feeding them information.

When they saw the shaking and unstable Dimensional Rift, they knew that it was about to close and disappear as it meant a total of two things!

Either the Rift was moving again...or it had been fully cleared.

This time around, it was the latter possibility as they were constantly receiving information of when a certain being had entered into the Mirage Dimension that none of them could reach- the Dimension that held a portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper and the key to finding the rest of it!

Now, this key was held by someone else.

Someone else had the knowledge and power of just where a shocking amount of treasure and possibilities lay as they knew the path towards the full legacy of a being whose name shook not just their Universes, but their very Cosmos!

The surroundings shook as in the next moment, multiple figures began to be ejected out of the Legacy Dao Dimensional Rift, the 500 from the Empyrean Plane and the remaining disciples from the Celestial Plane all being thrown out at the same time.

The powerful consciousnesses of the Hegemonies covered these beings the moment they came out, trying to see if the existence who had obtained the Legacy of the Great Usurper was among them but...they didn't find him!

This was because as the one who cleared the Rift, Noah had the choice of when to step on the flashing runic circle to leave, and he was taking some time as he planned a few things!

Eyes shining gold and a unique air around him, the Subjugated Blessed glanced around him fearlessly as the voice of a Hegemony thundered out.

"Chamberlayne of the Clear Sky Peaks Conclave...you refused to listen when told to stop and have now obtained a portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper, causing for the complete disappearance of the Legacy Dao Dimensional Rift!"

The voice was extremely domineering as it seemed nobody could go against it, the pressure of this being cascading down in waves as it made the figure of the Subjugated Blessed shake.

This was because he was at the Nebula Rank while this being and 4 others before him were multiple ranks higher!

It was akin to 5 giants standing before him with gazes of anger, behind them being multiple other existences that only watched on coldly.

All of this...a single being had to face it.

Through the eyes of the Subjugated Blessed, Noah could see the people of the Clear Sky Peaks Conclave bound below the power of the Dimensional Hegemonies, the Grand Elder that was his Father and even the Leader of the Conclave shaking their heads in shame and unwillingness.

They had sent in their Disciples to fight for the Dimensional Rift fair and square, but now they were being bullied by those with higher power who weren't capable of doing what their disciples had done just now!

But under the power of the Dimensional Hegemonies, they couldn't even express their anger.

Noah looked around even further as he noticed the other Conclaves of the Empyrean Plane only watching from afar, their gazes cloudy as even here powerful beings that lorded over the Empyrean Plane didn't make a move to do anything.

Not too far from Noah, there was also the figure of Catherine that was looking towards the figure of Chamberlayne in shock...as she knew he was one of the Dimensional Rulers that was being controlled by Noah from the Sublunary Plane!

She hid her shock and surprise as a myriad of thoughts crossed her mind, never expecting this guy to cause such a commotion even in the Empyrean Plane.

But she and many others didn't have to wait long before the clear voice of the being that was facing the powerful auras of too many experts rang out.

"A Dimensional Rift appeared in the Empyrean Plane as we entered it for the purposes of clearing it...how could I have erred by doing this?"

Calm and fearless words towards the thrumming might of 5 Dimensional Hegemonies!

"Insolence! This Rift was not yours to clear...having been something that was appearing in the Celestial Plane for the part thousands of years. Noah, you have taken it away entirely and forever."

The gazes of the Dimensional Hegemonies were chilling as towards this, Noah's consciousness gazed towards them calmly.

He only appeared here fearlessly as his life wasn't being threatened in any way, the demeanor of these powerful Hegemonies being extremely distasteful in his eyes at this moment!

Especially after he obtained the myriad of bundles of information from the portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper that taught him of many things about the 3 Planes of the Chaotic Universe as well as the other Universes around it.

He knew of the many powerful Lesser, Grand, and even Cosmic Dao Rifts that these beings had access to in the Celestial Planes, and he knew of the powerful experts and the ranks of power that could be found throughout!

His mindset had been changed as even though they were separated by many ranks of power, he didn't fear these beings.

He knew of the shocking means he had available to him, as well as the absolute abilities that he had just obtained.

So he glanced towards the 5 overpowering auras as he spoke out!

"It is not my fault that you were too weak to even clear such a simple Legacy Dao Dimensional Rift…it needing to even go to a lower Plane before someone capable could clear it."

RUMBLE!

"I never would have thought the Celestial Plane would be littered with such trash, for you to even bully others with your power like this!"

Clear and resounding words that were like a strike of thunder came down!
