A day after a shocking battle within the Sanctuary.

Within the vast Sublunary Plane, there was a cluster of Realms and stars known as the Expansive Void Cluster.

Among the many stars and realms within this Expansive Void Cluster, we delve into a Realm under the name of the Prosperous Continents that was filled with multiple Soul Rank Rifts, a World Rank Rift, and a single STAR Rank Rift!

It was a hubbub of activity as the Dimensional Rulers focused powerful Realm Overseers in this Realm, using the inhabitants within it to farm the many Soul Rank Rifts and below as well as using their World Rank Experts and STAR Rank Dimensional Rulers to clear the highest ranked Rift within it.

Today was a day unlike any other as the inhabitants of the Prosperous Continents woke up to go about their daily lives of delving into dangerous Rifts and giving out over 80% of what they obtained to the powerful Overseers that could be seen on every Rift.

It was something that had been happening over so many generations that it had nearly become the norm for the natives, but the vast majority of these beings that lived long lives through the brutal process of delving into Rifts constantly remembered the stifling feeling of having no control over their lives daily!

Every day, many of them reflected on the fact that they seemed like slaves working for powerful beings that always took more and more from them.

So when they woke up from their tired night to go about their work today as well, all of them were faced with utter shock as they found something had drastically changed!

They didn't notice it when they delved into the Rifts, but it became more apparent when they came out and pooled all of their loot on the ground for the Overseers to take them.

Nothing happened.

In front of the portal of one of the many Gold Rank rifts within the Prosperous Continents, a team of Gold Blessed stood in front of the Overseer they always handed over 80% of their loot to as they all had quizzical expressions!

Looking at the hard-earned loot they had obtained now displayed outside and even taking off their storage ring for the Overseer to check, it seemed they wanted to mess around today and waste their time as they took nothing.

It was only after a second that the voice of the Overseer came out, and they seemed surprised to be saying the words that came out their mouth as if even they couldn't believe it either!

"There will be no more collection of loot from those that rightfully earned them from the Dimensional Rifts…"

RUMBLE!

"What?!"

Shock and stupor could be seen on the faces of the Blessed as they stood there frozen, the reality of all they knew being changed out of the blue!

Not just this single Gold Rank Rift, but across all the Rifts within the Prosperous Continents and across all the Realms and Stars within the entire Sublunary Plane...there was an instant shift out of nowhere! The inhabitants of all stars and Realms didn't have to give out any of their hard earned Loot to others, and they could increase their power and advance from here on out based on their talents and Abilities.

It was a shocking new reality that caused trillions of beings across the entirety of the Sublunary Plane to question...just who was responsible for enacting such a big change?

What had happened in the powerful ranks of Dimensional Rulers that they now didn't have to pay an 80% tax on everything they obtained from Dimensional Rifts?!

It was a question that would largely remain unanswered for some time, but grand changes began spreading across the Sublunary Dimensional Plane on this day!

Of course, the one behind it all was Noah as he utilized his STAR Ranked Subjugated Blessed to pass down orders for a new regime.

All three factions of the Sublunary Plane were all united on this front as the forceful procurement of the loot of other beings was banned, the number of Overseers being reduced across all Realms and Stars as the only thing these beings served to do was maintain order!

For Noah, what came next was naturally to manage the vast Dimensional Plane that he had dominated and became the strongest influence of.

For others, it might have been an extremely strenuous task to manage an entire Dimension as it took control and care of many aspects...but it was the easiest thing for Noah!

This was because he could entirely delegate it to others that obeyed him without question….

He had the most powerful STAR Rank existences under him as all he had to do was give them the commands to watch over the same regions they watched over before, and this time they would be working tirelessly to ensure the smooth progress of everything!

All of the STAR and World Rank experts were also given the task of delving into the Dimensional Rifts under them frequently, obtaining a myriad of loot there with their enhanced power from [Mind Guider] that Noah planned to redistribute to the strongest beings within the Sublunary Plane.

There were many things Noah planned to do, but the main focus of course remained...on himself!

He now had a vast number of Dimensional Rifts to go through across an entire Dimension, the benefits being something he could only imagine.

He had already begun this process over the past day while he managed the newly Subjugated Blessed, adding hundreds of Rifts ranging from Soul to the STAR Rank!

When he looked at the Idle Gaming System Interface, he had too many Rifts glowing with a gorgeous gold color that simply waited for him to collect.

It represented too many Cores, Universal Law Crystals, and a myriad of other loot as he...had to find a way to utilize them as he would very soon be taking in the resources of an entire Dimension!

For this, his body floated above the Sanctuary as he looked at the image of the Dimensional Ruler Catherine who would be ascending to the Empyrean Dimensional Plane at this moment.

Her feet stepped on the Golden Stairway of Ascension as she began, Noah having had a long discussion with her before this as a myriad of things were planned.

She was the method he planned to use as a channel to tap his hands into the resources of this higher Plane!
