As soon as Noah and Annalise's figures disappeared in the pulsing portal followed by the powerful figure, it disappeared right after as the only one left behind was Drax!

Seconds later, multiple auras of powerful Dimensional Rulers descended in the nearby space as their eyes locked towards Drax and the location around him, their booming voices coming out in turns.

"Overseer, what happened here?"

A feeling of immense power and strength emanated from multiple newly arriving beings as Drax fell on his knees with a face full of respect, putting on an act as he repeated what Noah was telling him to say at this same moment!

"Esteemed Sirs, a terrifying figure just passed through here, I…"

Drax played his role perfectly as an innocent Overseer, the Primal Dimensional Rulers that had sensed the aura of an existence at the Star Rank that had intentionally passed through their domain not being able to find out any information about it.

Meanwhile, Noah and Annalise were funneled through space for the second time today as they found themselves appearing in a unique location, a dark sea all around them as its waves rolled around chaotically.

They appeared above a small piece of landmass floating peacefully within this Chaotic sea, Noah's eyes shining brightly as his comprehension in the Law of Chaos allowed him to see a unique formation of chaos particles around this area that caused calmness to appear around it while in the midst of a chaotic sea!

"Interesting, isn't it?"

The enticing voice of the powerful Dimensional Ruler that had brought them here vibrated in their ears as Noah and Annalise looked up to see her standing with a triumphant expression in the skies behind them.

"Very interesting, but still not more interesting than hearing why a Dimensional Ruler of the Sublunary Plane brought nobodies like us here!"

Noah spoke out calmly while getting ready to use [Spatial Puppet Master] at any moment, his hands grasping around Annalise as the moment that he sensed any changes in the river of Fate or the Sea of Chaos, he would make a break for it.

"Nobodies? Nobodies?! Ha!"

Her voice was vibrant as her demeanor carried everything forward, her small figure shooting into the castle that swayed gently amidst a chaotic sea as she beckoned for Noah and Annalise to follow!

"I wouldn't make a move for nobodies, especially if its beings that are special enough to have the river of fate and the sea of Chaos roiling for them."

Noah's eyes turned into slits at these words as the three of them came to stand on the exquisite entrance of the Castle that held a small garden, the figure dressed clad in black turning to look towards them as her features became extremely clear.

Hair even darker and more lustrous than the dress she wore, with eyes seeming like two abyssal black spots that drew in everything. Her face held enticing features that would unconsciously draw in weak men, this being smiling brightly at Noah as she spoke once more.

"I brought you here after sensing your location...because I think you've got it."

Her gaze was intense as it focused on Noah, continuing to speak thereafter as it gave Noah more information to work with!

"You've somehow found the path that even evades me, the path above the Law of Chaos that steps on to the stage of Daos!"

She revealed how she found him as Noah's gaze locked onto her, confirming with his proficiency in the Laws of Fate and Chaos that this being truly didn't represent danger! So was it...an opportunity?

Seeing Noah's look, the being clad in black bowed as she introduced herself.

"The name is Catherine, my dear visitors. It might be easier for me to begin by telling you a story."

She began skipping around the castle cheerfully as if she wasn't a terrifying being at the STAR Rank who could come upon a planetary body and shatter it with a single punch!

Noah patted Annalise to calm her nerves as he looked at her deeply and affirmed they weren't in danger, keeping pace with the existence before as he nodded to agree to listen to her story.

"You see, I wasn't born in this Sublunary Plane, and I'm actually someone that descended from the Empyrean Plane above this..."

Yes! The Dimensional Ruler known as Catherine who was among the powerful figures of the faction of the Keepers of Order and Fate was someone that wasn't originally from this plane!

"As for the reason why I'm here, it is because I was given a test! A test from a powerful Ascended Conclave in the impossibly vast Empyrean Plane where I was sent down here and given 1,000 years to comprehend and assimilate specific laws while also comprehending a Dao!"

The eyes of Noah and Annalise opened wide as they heard this, the figure of Catherine seeing their surprise as she seemed excited to capture their attention like this and became even more cheerful.

"Many of the Dimensional Rulers you will come across from the faction in our Sublunary Plane are the blood of Ascended or the Disciples of Ascended Conclaves, with us being the unlucky group sent to a Lower Plane that has much less atmospheric and universal laws essence in the surroundings for our trials."

"My trial is nearly complete, and one of the crucial points that I need is to comprehend a Dao! Lesser or Grand doesn't matter, just any Dao. And this, my dear friend...is where you come in."

Her gaze was bright as she walked around Noah and stood just inches away from him, their figures being extremely clear in the night as it prompted Annalise to come between them, this Ice Queen voicing out for the first time!

"What does your comprehension of a Dao have to do with him?"

Catherine locked eyes with Annalise as she still held a playful expression, pulling back from the two of them as she replied.

"I don't know how, but you've ridiculously grasped the Dao of Destruction while in such a low Realm...and I can even sense multiple fully comprehended laws from you that would put the Disciples of the many Ascended Conclaves to shame. I won't ask something of you without offering you benefits, so I'll naturally offer you something exquisite in return."

Her obsidian eyes shone brightly with her words as they turned to the chaotic seas around the peaceful castle they were on, keeping the pace of the conversation as she continued.

"Let me give you a bit of a structure when it comes to the factions currently present in the Sublunary Dimensional Plane, as well as how things are for the Empyrean Plane above us…"

Catherine began weaving out a story that vastly expanded what Noah and Annalise knew of the grand Chaotic Universe they were in.

For the factions in the Sublunary Plane and mainly the Empyrean Plane, one of the core things that power revolved around was of course...Dimensional Rifts and the resources they provide!

It was always dimensional Rifts, and their importance was further elevated in the Empyrean Plane as if a being controlled a truly rare and Unique Dimensional Rift that provided a type of Loot everyone was in need of- you held power!

Of course, you had to have enough power to locate such a Rift and keep it as yours, or be hidden over the years as you collect loot from Rare Rifts alone that you can then use the resources of to elevate your strength.

The Ascended Conclaves of the Empyrean Plane were some of the most powerful groups that controlled the flow of loot and resources, where they were more like powerful businessmen controlling the flow of resources than powerful existences chasing for immense power!

Their power came as a consequence of their positions, where Ascended Conclaves in the Empyrean Planes used Universal Law Crystals and Cores as a common currency- and the richer that someone was, the more powerful they were.

"It's a truly wondrous environment where if you are rich and have access to resources others don't, the level of power and influence you could reach is something unimaginable. When it comes to beings that gain access to rare Dimensional Rifts that can even drop the Loot of Dao Crystals...those are the truly powerful beings that can arise from nothing and into a ruling force that could even shake established Ascended Conclaves…"

She said these words as her eyes locked with Noah, seemingly hinting that he was one of these beings!

That he was one of the rare existences that had somehow managed to impossibly find a Dimensional Rift capable of giving Dao Crystals, and he was somehow able to obtain it as such a low realm! It had to mean he found a truly unique boon as Catherine wondered what it could be.

"I'm connected to a fairly big Ascended Conclave in the Empyrean Realm, if you can help me achieve initial comprehension in the Dao of Destruction...I will connect you to them and even help you in keeping whatever unique Rift you've located yours. I can even keep you a secret as if you truly found a Rift where you can easily obtain Dao Crystals, I can be the one to help you trade them for other Dao Crystals or for hundreds of Universal Law Crystals to help you comprehend and Assimilate multiple laws in days!"

With the correct resources and loot, anything was possible as a being could become a tycoon and gain immense power!

The Dimensional Ruler with lustrous dark hair and a tight fitting dress smiled brightly as she stretched out her hand towards Noah, extending a connection that would be the cause of the drastic change of power in even the most powerful Ascended Conclaves in the Empyrean Dimensional Plane, and even the untouchable existences in the mysterious Celestial Dimensional Plane!
