Coming out of the golden portal, Noah found himself not even in the Wave of the Infinite Crucible he left behind as he appeared within the Imperial Castle of the Ethereal Realm.

He was sent all the way back to where he entered as this didn't bother him, the rewards of the Crucible being considered negligible compared to the fateful rewards he received in the Incandescent Fate Treasure Plane!

He was still absorbing the stupendous WORLD Rank Cores within his hands as he could feel the point where his soul had condescend beginning to change, a seed of something powerful blooming as he was currently experiencing the change where his Origin was solidifying into a seed of an illusory world.

His soul had grown strong enough as it could now handle the process of forging a world seed, the very around him rumbling with strength as his aura gradually changed, transitioning from one rank to another!

Minutes passed as he focused on this process within the King's Room of the Imperial Castle, his Origin vibrating powerfully soon after as...a seed of an illusory world fully bloomed within him.

When Noah activated the crystallizing origin within him, a faint outline of an illusory world could be seen on his chest as it thrummed with immense power!

His bright eyes opened as while he sensed the changes, he looked at his two Inherent Skills that were elevated yet again.

Mind Dominator :: A weak mind cannot advance far in the future. This is an inherent skill that strengthens the mind of the user while granting them abilities that can dominate others. The abilities [Subjugate], [Mind Connection], [Remote Control], [Dominator's Consciousness], [Evolve Devolve], [Spatial Puppet Master], and [Mind Guider] are currently unlocked. Telekinetic Emperor :: An inherent skill that grants its user the capability to manipulate matter with their mind. Constant and continued use of the abilities of this Inherent Skill will only work to increase the mental strength of the Telekinetic Emperor. The abilities [Matter Manipulation], [Mental Field], [Telekinetic Energy Emission],[Field Master], [Ruler's Emenation], [Telekinetic Constructs], and [Precognition] are currently unlocked. Locked abilities that will become usable as the User rises through ranks- [Armament]...

The two Inherent Skills rose in power in a short period of time as two new abilities were provided!

When he stepped into the Soul Rank, he had obtained Spatial Puppet Master that allows him to teleport himself to his Subjugated's position or vice versa, while we already know the results of Telekinetic Constructs as it enabled Noah to be capable of reinforcing his Units and make a stand against a Rift Boss a level higher who even held the essence of a Grand Dao.

Now, the enhancement to the WORLD rank had given him the abilities [Precognition] and [Mind Guider]!

Noah glanced at this set of abilities as he reeled in the aura of his body.

[Mind Guider] :: The strength of the submitted below the Mind Dominator is elevated as their mind and consciousness are elevated greatly. +1,000% to Attack, Physical Defense, Soul Defense, Mana and Health Regeneration, and Cast and Attack Speed.

[Precognition] :: The strength of the Telekinetic Emperor is elevated to a great degree as the instinctive capability to preconceive what might happen in the future has bloomed. This ability allows for the observation of possible futures for up to a maximum of 5 seconds. It activates passively in the instance of danger and can also be cast actively.

A gorgeous set of skills!

Mind Guider didn't personally help him, but it had shocking implications as if he put in some effort to raise the strength of his Subjugated beings to SOUL or WORLD Rank, it meant he would have soldiers that would have a terrifying boost of +1,000% to many parameters.

While Precognition was just an insane ability by itself, Noah imagining a scene of a deadly attack thundering towards him as he veered from it in the last second or simply dodged it entirely.

He rose up as he appreciated the new abilities, expectant to see what his third Inherent Skill would entail as he received one on the 25th Floor of the Tower of Champions, then the 50th floor, and he was currently on the 95th Floor as the 100th had the rewards of another Inherent Skill along with other abundant Loot!

He had not delved into the 95th yet as Noah had to face a WORLD rank Rift Boss within it, and he had been at Soul Rank in the past few days so he didn't want to risk his life when he knew in a matter of days as he collected more Universal Law crystals and elevated his strength, he would gradually be capable enough to clear it.

The 100th floor most likely contained multiple WORLD Rak Rift Bosses as Noah planned to delve all the way there when he had elevated his Units from SOUL and into the WORLD Realm- then he would have a third Inherent Skill!

"Alright, to step out of the Ethereal Realm…"

Noah reeled in his explosive strength as he stepped out of the King's Room, having many preparations to make before he stepped into the Sublunary Dimensional Plane!

The river of fate continued to flow while the sea of chaos churned, many beings moving for their own ideals across the Chaotic Universe.

Hours passed as Noah made his preparations, only being ready after a whole day as many things were decided. One of these decisions was who would come along on the journey of exploration, his sister with the Ice Queen Inherent Skill winning this chance as Rose chose to look over the Realm that her family had nearly failed in the past.

At this moment, this silver haired girl was gradually changing to become a woman as she stood on the balcony of the Imperial Castle while staring towards the skies. Multiple PLATINUM Ranked Subjugated Blessed were behind her as they also looked up to the skies with fervent eyes!

There, the figures of Noah and Annalise were floating silently, Noah's mental essence already wrapping around their bodies before he turned his head towards Rose while nodding.

A second later, a spatial light wrapped around him and the being he extended his essence to, the two of them disappearing from the Ethereal Realm!

Rose stared at this scene wistfully as she waved her hands to call forth a myriad of Platinum and Soul Cores that Noah left behind, these being just one among the many treasures this being had left behind before he left with his sister to explore the grand Sublunary Plane.

Her face steeled as a sharp light coursed through her eyes, voicing out strongly before she turned around.

"Let's get back to work!"

Like this, a single Ruler was left in the Ethereal Realm as two beings conducted an extremely long distance teleportation through the use of [Spatial Puppet Master]!

When it came to preparations, Noah had actually gone overboard this time around as he was stepping out of the Ethereal Realm while his strength was in the upper ranks of power of the beings within the Sublunary Dimensional Plane.

He didn't go the route he'd read about so much of transmigrated beings facing waves of small enemies that progressively got powerful, where he skipped past the ranks of beings like Drax who were Low Ranking Realm Overseers, went ahead to exceed the strength of High Ranking Realm Overseers, and he now stood on the same level of power as the Dimensional Rulers of this Dimension!

He could now step out to carefully explore and obtain the wondrous Dimensional Rifts waiting for him within this Plane. The Rifts containing High Tier Laws to allow him to quickly obtain droves of Universal Crystal and achieve 100% Assimilation in laws were his primary target.

1,000 Universal Law Crystals were required for one to fully Comprehend a Universal Law, but for one to fully assimilate the laws...they had to obtain 10 times that amount as they would only receive a .01% every time they absorbed a Law Crystal compared to the .1% when they were undergoing the process of comprehension.

So Noah had to get his hands on 10,000 Universal Law Crystals for each Law! An arduous task, but one that would be made easy and simple with the Idle Gaming System!

Noah was knocked out of his thoughts as the spatial light around him and Annalise intensified, their two figures finally coming out of the spatial tunnel as they appeared in the starry space far away from the Ethereal Realm.

"Sheesh…"

Noah sensed his man reserves as he found they were more than halfway drained from this single spatial jump, his eyes on the Subjugated Low Ranking Overseer Drax floating in front of them with a look of respect as he kneed in the glimmering void of space a second later, his voice coming out clearly!

"Welcome to the Brightmoon Realm Cluster, Master."

A golden light of fate shone from Noah's eyes as he nodded, having stepped out of the Ethereal Realm to fully explore the Sublunary Dimensional Plane as he appeared within the Brightmoon Realm Cluster as his first destination.

Here, many wonderful Dimensional Rifts were waiting for him!
