The endless Chaotic Universe.

The Celestial Plane that had beings who stood above all others, the Empyrean Plane right below it, and the common Sublunary Dimensional Plane that Noah had transmigrated to!

These starry Dimensional Planes were all extremely vast, but in the gazes of Dimensional Rulers moving throughout these planes, even these vast expanses of space had their limits.

Within the Sublunary Dimensional Plane.

Everything was proceeding as it always had in the last hundreds of thousands of years within this Plane, with beings rising in power, even more falling and being greeted with the ultimate release of death. There were many generations of powers that rose across the Sublunary Dimensional Plane, but the singular fact of them belonging to Factions remained constant throughout!

This was because these Factions had powerful Dimensional Rulers that rose to the peak of power within the limits of the Sublunary Plane, simply ascending to the higher Empyrean Plane that stood above Sublunary as they left behind their vast Organizations into the hands of their own families or subordinates.

These beings were known as Ascended, and they rarely bothered with the common events of the Sublunary Dimensional Plane after their ascension, only ever interfering in extreme instances where their entire lineage or factions were facing annihilation.

Thus, it was a continuous cycle of power changing hands from some Dimensional Rulers to others over the last tens of thousands of years within the Sublunary Plane!

In this era, there were three Factions that stood strong, with the one that Noah was currently learning about being called the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers, the second being known as the Devoted Rulers, and the most terrifying and mysterious one that was known as the Keepers of Order and Fate.

The Primal Dimensional Rulers, the Devoted Rulers, and the Keepers of Order and Fate!

Three Factions, reigning supreme across the Sublunary Dimensional Plane over the last tens of thousands of years. Within these groups, there were a few beings that were granted the Unique Title of Dimensional Rulers- beings that oversaw large regions of the Sublunary Dimensional Plane that they were worthy enough to gain the title of Rulers.

Among these Rulers, some could be considered moderately powerful as they comprehended a few normal and some High Tier Universal Laws, but there were peak existences that stood above all other Rulers within the Sublunary Plane- and these were the beings that had their hands dipped into Dimensional Rifts that could grant them resources to step on the path of High Tier Laws such as Fate, Karma, Chaos, Light, Aether, Life, and Death!

They were lucky enough to wander across the Sublunary Plane to find rare Dimensional Rifts within Realms hidden in the folds of Space, or they were privileged enough to have such located rifts handed down to them by their predecessors that Ascended to the Empyrean Plane.

In this Era, there was 1 Dimensional Ruler within each of the three Factions that comprehended the abstruse laws of Fate and Chaos to completion. Coincidentally, these were also the beings that held the most power within these factions, much of the rare Loot that came from the few Fate and Chaos Dimensional Rifts that could be counted on one's hands falling under their domain!

With their comprehensions in the laws of Fate and Chaos, these beings were extremely sensitive to the mysterious flow of fate and the ever expanding sea of Chaos within the Sublunary Dimensional Plane.

Fate!

An abstruse concept that very few beings understood, but it was also the concept that decided the direction of the lives of many beings.

On this particular day, within the magisterial abodes of the Dimensional Rulers that could efficiently wield the laws of chaos and fate.

THRUM!

Mana unconsciously erupted out from the bodies of these beings as they released the very "essence" of the Universal Laws that shone bright gold and dark!

Essence!

Essence was an even higher form of mana, the term that many beings used to describe the energies of different types of laws!

From the bodies of these three powerful Dimensional Rulers, the very essence of the universal laws of fate and chaos wildly flew around them as information began flooding into their minds, their high achievements in these laws allowing them to sense great changes in their own fate as well as the expanding sea of chaos.

The 3 Dimensional Rulers that stood at the very top of the Factions that ruled over the Sublunary Plane had great changes in their expressions as they saw the river of fate of the Sublunary Plane churning, the sea of chaos rising as they were all given a single message!

Their dominion was in trouble!

The vast clusters of worlds and Realms they ruled over would very soon be stripped from them, a foreign power they had never come across before coming to dominate them.

A power that didn't belong to any of the three Factions currently ruling over the Sublunary Plane!

The hearts of the Dimensional Rulers were speechless as they didn't even know how to take in such incredulous information.

They were the leaders of Factions left behind by Ascended beings that had long since stepped into the Empyrean Dimensional Plane, just who could be bold or even powerful enough to tear them down?

It was a shocking development as aside from everything else, it further showed the horrendous power of some of the High Tier Laws as the Dimensional Rulers that comprehended Fate and Chaos were actually given the chance to change their own fate and control the coming chaos that would go on to affect trillions!

The message they received was clear as all that was left to do for them was to decide just what they would do about it to change their fates!

Within an abode of the Order of the Primal Dimensional Rulers, a being with a somber expression let his mana freely flow into the essence of Fate within his Origin as he pulled more information.

In the next few seconds, he was able to confirm that the threat coming for his dominion was not from any of the three factions as it came outside, which meant that somewhere in the hidden and unexplored folds of space within the Sublunary Plane- a force capable enough to threaten their Order was rising.

"Very well."

WAA!

The Dimensional Ruler opened his eyes as they flashed with a golden light, a decision being made right then and there. Naturally, he and the 2 others that had received this information from the river of fate would move to nip this threat in the bud before the fate they foresaw would ever come to light!

Their faces were filled with the bright allure of fate as they made moves soon after, the river of fate and the sea of chaos constantly ever changing as they began to veer towards an unknown direction.

It was only hours later that shocking commands began to spread out across the ranks of powerful beings within the powerful Factions of the Sublunary Plane!

The commands were simple, even being something along the lines of what all the factions did passively over the past years.

But this time, it was a command for all of them to do it an extremely aggressive fashion- it was for the Dimensional Rulers and Overseers to actively spread out and search the vast Sublunary Plane for more unique locations and hidden Realms across the folds of space!

Whether it was newly formed Realms that birthed rare Rifts they had not come across yet or even destroyed Realms in the process of rebirth- the commands were for them to scour the Sublunary Plane in a call for Conquest that would increase the regions under the control of the three Factions!

It was a command that was answered with enthusiasm across the board as it meant a great deal of opportunities.

It was also a command that would damn the many hidden Realms across the Sublunary Plane as they would experience the descent of powerhouses that would control them and the Rifts within their Realms.

It was also a disruption to a certain transmigrator that wanted to live an idle life without any worries, his consciousness currently taking over the mind of the Low Ranking Realm Overseer Drax that had also received the commands from his higher ups for what was about to happen!

"...are you serious?"

At this moment, Noah had long since finished his picnic on top of the Dragon Emperor with Annalise and Rose, having already entered the Infinite Crucible as he was fighting [Lifebourne] Dimensional Beasts to try and bring his comprehension in this law to 100%.

THRUM!

His expression turned sour as his eyes flashed with tendrils of blue light, the immense energy of the Telekinetic Emperor vibrating out as it carried with it the essence of the Universal Laws of Life, Aether, Light, and Darkness.

Waves of these terrifying mental energies ravaged the Wave of PLATINUM Beasts he faced as the minds of beasts were destroyed, Noah having a sour expression as his mood turned bad in just seconds because of some nonsensical actions!

Even though he was bent on having an idle life, it felt like someone was actively trying their best to pull him into conflicts in any way possible.

BOOM!

As plans and ideas changed in his mind, he took out his anger against the terrifying PLATINUM Ranked Dimensional Beasts as around him, terrifying Units releasing the aura of Rift Bosses at the SOUL Rank joined their master in decimating the Beasts they were fighting on Fiendish Difficulty!

Amidst his worsening mood, Noah's mental essence thundered down with even more vigor as in a corner of the expansive floor of the Infinite Crucible, he almost missed a golden figure with bright incandescent wings and a careful expression as it looked at the destruction around it.

Almost.

WAA!

But his breathing calmed a second later as he focused, his eye locking with the first ever Fate Spirit that he had been looking for what seemed like forever!

A Fate Spirit that would lead to the Incandescent Fate Treasure Plane!
