My Future Wife is Androphobic Chapter 25 - You're so slow

Speechless with Zeri's answer, Kira could only shake his head before he went and took the kit from the girl by the door. 

When the girl just stood there, looking at him in a daze, Kira spoke. "Do you need anything else?" he asked and the chubby girl blushed. 

"N-no. I-I'm leaving. Bye bye." She stammered before slowly walking away. 

Kira then immediately walked towards Zeri. He sat on the same chair he was sitting on a while ago before he looked up at the girl who was just standing there staring blankly at him.

"Sit." He said and surprisingly, she obediently did as he said. 

"Give me your hand." He added as he stretched his hand. The girl again obeyed quietly and reached out her wounded hand.

Somehow, Kira was pleased with her calmness and obedience. Could it be that she's finally falling for me?

A sweet smile carved on Kira's face as he thought that this squirrel was finally showing him some good development. 

After preparing the things he was going to use on her hand, Kira started treating her wound, slowly and carefully. He was holding her hand with one hand while the other was treating the wounds. 

At that moment, it looked like things were finally going well. Anyone who would see them in that situation would think they were a lovey dovey couple and that Kira was a doting boyfriend to her. 

"Tell me if it's painful." Kira then said before he continued what he was doing. Well, he was actually waiting for her to at least flinch or say 'ouch' every time he applied the treatment on her wound but… why was she not reacting at all? He was blowing her wounds right now, making this scene even more romantic! But… was she not feeling anything? Impossible, right?

Curious, Kira looked at her. When he saw her simply staring at her hand like she was watching some boring movie, Kira couldn't help but want to flick her forehead. Tch! This girl… will you at least act normally? Sigh…

"Don't be shy to tell me if it hurts." He said as he continued treating her when the girl finally spoke. 

"You're so slow. Let me do the rest." She uttered and Kira's vein finally popped. This girl really is unbelievably annoying! How could she… Ugh!

Kira was again complaining within him but he didn't show it. He instead smiled at her and looked into her eyes. Afterwards, he raised her hand suddenly blew on her wounds, causing Zeri to blink at him multiple times. 

Seeing her reaction, Kira's lips curved up again and he continued what he was doing while occasionally blowing on her wounds. 

When he was finally done, he slowly raised his face and looked at her without letting her hand go. The way he stared at her suddenly changed. His eyes looked deeply in her eyes, causing the girl to curiously stare back at him. 

The two ended up staring at each other. Kira thought that this was a perfect chance. He wanted to make a move on her right here, right now while she was still this well behaved. He thought that this was the chance he had been waiting for and there was no way he could just let it slip away. After all, it looked like she was finally starting to act like a real girl and was now letting him do his moves on her.

Thus, the next moment, Kira slowly moved his face closer to hers.  However, surprisingly, Zeri moved away as he moved closer. This was the first time she reacted like this. She used to just stay still like an immovable rock when he did this so her so moving her face away made Kira think that this was an absolute sign that she was finally getting affected by his move. 

This made Kira rejoice inside him and he didn't stop his advances. He decided that he would definitely kiss her so he stood up, put his palms on the desk and then without any warning, he swiftly moved to kiss her but…

The moment his face closed in on hers...

"Aaah-choo!!!"
