"That blood is it from the victim who got hit?"

After protecting it so that's no one can trace who hack it, the two police officers back again and ask, at the same time everyone arrives but didn't interrupted them.

"Yes, because we we're questioning at least 10 peoples who witness the accidents and all of them said that it was hit and run."

"It's not what they say, I heard you also heard that someone report and claim that the victim didn't make it and the 10 peoples you questions are only telling what they see and not the whole scene"

"Before the accident happened, I call the victim around 10am while waiting at the coffee shop which is opposite to C City / Azure residences, the car who hit the victim was already park and waiting the target but then didn't make a move because a police car patrol at that time.
