After Tia Wen leaves, the couple are inside the laboratory while Doc Annie instruct Rei to lay down for her to check their conditions. After 10 minutes, Doc Annie shared her findings.

Annie : Your babies are in good position in your womb and you are also in a good condition Rei, few days before your estimated due date which is Oct 08, you will be giving birth within this day until that day. You completed all the weeks of your pregnancy without complications. For now, we will escort you to your Hospital Room and I will check up your conditions every 3 hours from now on.

Rei : Do I have a normal delivery then?

After that call, a nurse with a wheelchair entered the laboratory and Rei just seated without question or else she will received another long sentence from Doc Annie, instead of a Nurse, Tae is the one pushing the wheelchair and the Nurse just to escort them to their assigned room then left after escorting them. After 5 minutes, a female mid-wife comes and give Rei a hospital gown before leaving again.

"I'm going to change Dear"

"You can just change it here because I've already seen everything about you and I'm going to lock the door" then Tae just take 10 steps to the doorway and lock the door.

"...." speechless but then change her dress to the Hospital Gown.

After changing, Tae automatically unlock the door then Rei laying down without any dextrose since she's in good and healthy condition including her babies and Tae just assist her but she can still feel his nervousness.

"Why are you so nervous?"

"I....I don't know and I can't help it because what if something happened to you during the operation?"

"Just relax okay?" then hold his hand and ask "why did you arrive earlier than the scheduled time?"

"We have an early flight to here and the team just drop me off to the residences since they will also visit their family because of the 8 days break from us which specifically I know why"

The couple are chatting and talking until 3 hours pass, Doc Annie comes and checking her up again and then followed by their meals, the two didn't ask about their VIP treatment since they have already guess why and the reasons is, first maybe Doc Annie already got informed by her husband that the couple are the one helping their son and daughter in law with that incident, second Rei and Na is friend with each other and lastly Doc Annie treat Rei as her daughter.

Every 3 hours pass and Doc Annie will always checking the mother and babies condition while Tae always giving updates to his in laws and family about the updates without knowing that his family members are already staying at their residences when Tia Wen inform them that Rei got admitted on that day until Monday, 10am October 07, Doc Annie give instructions to her teams.

Pressing the intercom above Rei's head and she instructs right away "prepare the operating theatre room and I need my teams from OB/GYN to be there right away". Then give another instructions after pressing the intercom again "I need a wheelchair and for Patient VIP Suite 301" after 2 minutes a nurse with a wheelchair comes. Rei seated right away when Tae assists her, Rei already sweating enough because she already feel that their babies wanna come out and see the world. Doc Annie notice something and commented it out loud.

"Why Mr Jun is more nervous compared to Mrs Jun?"

Rei look up and just hold his hands without saying anything.

All of them arrives in the Operation Theatre Room and Doc Annie tell Tae just to wait there outside the operation room and then the Doctors and Patient are now in the operation room. Tae almost forgot to inform the updates when his wife reminding him before entering fully to the operation room.

"Dear, don't forgot to inform them" then entered in the operation theatre room that assist by the nurse since she's seating on the wheel chair.

Tae dial Mei's number right away after he got reminded by his wife.

"Mei, Rei is now inside the operation theatre room"

The Jun and DIn family arrives right away while Mei ask the hospital receptionist where's the Operation Theatre Room of Giving Birth and then all of them go right away.

Both Family members of Rei and Tae are waiting outside the Operation Theatre Room for the updates of the Mother and Babies conditions while Tae already calming down but he still stand up from his seat and approach near the Operation Theatre Door then back to his seat and vice versa.

At exactly 2:30pm, the Operation Theatre door already opened and a group of female doctors comes out. All doctors including Doc Annie got surprised because aside from the husband they are at least 3 kids and 11 adults waiting the patient updates outside the Operation Theatre Room and this is their first time to witness it like this because from the time they become a Doctor only the husband waiting for the wife but this time is very differents because they are so many of them and not just that, it also because of their stunning looks.

Annie : (talking to her team) go ahead first

Annie : Mr Jun congratulations and here's the babies (two female nurse approach and carrying the babies)

Tae : (look to his babies and tap their heads lightly then said) Papa will go check Mama first, okay?

Rei : (just got out from the Operation Room and laying in the hospital bed that got push by the hospital personnels happened to heard her husband and said to him tiredly) you are not going to check them first?

Tae : (heard the tired voice of her voice and he knows that she got tired from the long breaths and panting from giving birth. He didn't answered his wife question and just said to her) ) thanks Hon.
