You can’t give me a break? Qingfu was upset, but didn’t dare ask for special treatment.

Since bribing Tianhan wasn’t an option, her only choice was to train like crazy. She sighed. She really had a long way to go.

“Right.” Tianhan paused. “I have something to do now. I’ll come train you after that.”

Not only couldn’t she hang out with her dream guy, she had to train hard. Agh . . . what’s the point of life . . . ?

Qingfu nodded dejectedly.

Just as she was about to bid goodbye to Tianhan and start her training, a familiar voice sounded. Wuzui was strolling toward her.

Tianhan glanced at him before leaving.

Wuzui raised his brows as if he was fascinated. “Was that the famous Fairy Lord Tianhan?”

Qingfu was wary. “Don’t tell me you like men, too . . .”

It was the first time Wuzui couldn’t think of a comeback; his face stiffened as he finished his drink. “Even if I was, I wouldn’t be interested in him. Anyway, he’s not that powerful. I heard he got injured.”

Wuzui looked like he had a lot to say.

When Qingfu heard the last part, she hurried to ask, “Injured? Fairy Lord Tianhan is injured?”

“Hmm.” Wuzui shrugged. “So the rumors of him being unbeatable are not true. Someone hurt him.”

Qingfu wanted to ask more, but Wuzui didn’t share more information. She wanted to threaten him, but when Jiuxiang’s voice came, Wuzui looked panicked and took off.

Jiuxiang rushed over. “Was Wuzui here? Did I not see him?”

Let them fight it out.

Worried about Tianhan’s supposed injury, Qingfu went back to her room in a daze. When she opened the door, the place looked very lonely. Though the privacy was good for any potential intimate moments for her and Tianhan, it was more fun over at Jiuxiang’s space.

Qingfu looked at Tianhan’s room nearby and stopped. She was debating . . .

This is where he sleeps . . .

Qingfu swallowed and moved bit by bit toward the room. Her hand stayed on the door for a long moment before the wind helped push it open.

I didn’t open the door. I just went in to close the door, she rationalized to herself before darting into Tianhan’s top secret space.

The room was sparsely furnished with a bed and a desk, and nothing else. Some stationery items, an inkwell, brush pens, and a thick stack of books sat on the desk, attracting her attention.

Qingfu picked up one book. The worn book cover read, “The Book of Three Realms,” showing the geography and maps in the realm.

Why is he reading this?

Qingfu frowned and looked at some writing papers with Tianhan’s handwriting. The writing was brisk and full of sharp angles, as if he was preoccupied. They said handwriting matched one’s self, so his writing definitely showed some frustration.

The word he wrote was also interesting: Demon.

Demon?

Was it the same demon she thought of?

Qingfu grimaced and suddenly noticed Tianhan’s bed. Her doubts dissipated as she ogled the bed.

Before her mind was made up, her body made the decision to get closer to the bed. When she came to, she was already in Tianhan’s bed.

She really was obsessed.

She could smell Tianhan’s fresh scent. She felt embraced in it and instantly calmer. Even worries over the upcoming exam didn’t bother her anymore.

She didn’t know sleeping in Tianhan’s bed would have this powerful effect . . .  Ahhh.

Qingfu never wanted to get up.

Just as she considered staying there longer, she heard a flat voice. “What are you doing here?”

Her body stiffened. She was mortified as she thought of a way out.

Tianhan, who had somehow returned, asked again, “Qingfu?”

. . . Fine, she’ll just fake sleeping.

She closed her eyes and tried to avoid any confrontation. She’d not open her eyes; even if he called her, she’d pretend she’d passed out.

No matter what, she couldn’t open her eyes!

Or her image would be ruined forever in Tianhan’s eyes.
