My Bothersome Life Chapter 3

Wow! This school was huge!

There were large formal black gates where people with approval from the security guards were granted entry . The size of the school resembled a University campus from my world, maybe even bigger . It was hard to believe that this school were for children that did not even reach the age of six years old .

After I got out of the car, I had no idea where to go because the building was overwhelming . This was where I could use my past's life directional senses! However, since I just got reincarnated into this new world, I would assume most of my knowledge would be useless .

Maybe it was because I was standing in one spot frozen because of my shock from the fancy looking school, someone began to call my name . "Rika! What are you doing there? It's almost time for class!"

A short silver haired boy with clear blue eyes that matched his pale skin wearing the male equivalent of my uniform came to grab my hand and starting to drag me towards the huge building . I could tell that when he'd grow up, he would break many women's hearts .

Suddenly, I found myself inside a classroom resembling my high school, except that the desks were fancier with laptops on each desk and that it was double the size with marble-like wood . From looking at my house, my new family did not look that rich to send me to such a place .

I ended up sitting beside the boy that dragged me to the classroom and the teacher came in who looked like in her thirties with long black hair and black eyes . She started to speak, "Today, we are going to learn how to graph a straight line on the x-y plane based on the formula that you learned to make last week . "

This was a kindergarten class for four year olds right?! There's no way we would be doing grade seven math . In my past life, I died when I was 17 years old, meaning grade eleven . So this type of material wouldn't be hard for me . However, I came from a world where it was considered that my country was strict and hard with education compared to other countries .

Every student in my country had to write entrance exams where the exam would determine their futures . The competition was astonishing where students woke up at 7AM to go to school by 8AM and would go to cram schools for extra schooling until 12AM just to do their homework when they would get home and sleep at about 2AM .

Unfortunately, I was not exempt from this routine . So, even though I hoped to go to a world with modern technology, I didn't want to go to a world where I would have to repeat the same thing over again . Sigh .

However! Not even a strict country whose norms that had high level education was this cruel! We only started these miserable routines when we were at least ten years old . No one forced a young child that was in kindergarten to study this level material!

Looking at the other students opening their laptops, I started to do the same . I looked through my bag for a math workbook, while everyone else was already opening their's up . It looks like this reincarnation would not be so easy .

After the first class, another teacher with blue hair and eyes came into the room while the math teacher exited the classroom . "Hi! Today we will be learning about the history of this country . Go to page 1006 for today's lesson . " Since I was unfamiliar with the laptop, I asked the boy beside me, "How do I get to the textbook?"

The silver haired boy looked confused for a second as why I would not know to how to get to the textbook and then started explaining .

After the 2nd class, another teacher came in while the history teacher exited the room . So far, each class took up about two hours! This made me physically and mentally exhausted . I hoped that there would be a break after the 3rd class, but the problem was that there was no break! The same situation repeated itself over for five times! I have never felt this exhausted in my life!
