"Great! This is what Mrs. Geng just said." Aunt Cui had achieved her goal and did not continue to exert force. She pointed at Xie Mengxuan and said, "Please!"

He took a few deep breaths and handed it to Xie Mengxuan who put it on her wrist. She held her chin in one hand and smiled lightly, "Have a think."

He frowned and groaned. "I am going to fetch you something to eat."

Then he turned and left. Looking at him, Xie Mengxuan sneered. "Whether you are a sheep in human skin or a wolf in sheepskin, I have to figure out your true intentions: an enemy or a friend?"

She didn't have the habit of putting herself in danger.

Sitting in front of the fire stove and staring at the fire, Geng Zhishan could not find anything he could do. The people behind him could not be seen since she was able to distinguish their mark. Geng Zhishan was also full of doubts about this whole mess. Why did Aunt Cui find faults with Xie Mengxuan? Why? Did it have anything to do with the person who only appeared once?
