Ru Shi looked out of the window. The fireworks spectacle from last night was still vivid in her mind.

As long as she thought about Mu Chang's kiss, she would blush.

Xin Yang folded her hands on her chest and looked at her with dissatisfaction.

"Hey, ask grandpa Feng where he sent Feng Yan."

"Why don't you go and ask him yourself?"

Xin Yang laughed, raised her hand and knocked on the table.

The moment she got out she did not see the car that normally picked her up.

Looking around, she saw Mu Chang standing in front of his car.

Girls were blushing as they stared at him.

They wanted to know who this handsome guy was waiting for. They are sure that it is a girl since the guy was holding a red rose.

Mu Chang frowned slightly as he looked at his watch. He has been waiting for a while. Why wasn't she here yet?

Just as he was searching for her, his eyes met hers.

He smiled softly as he watched her approach him.

"You, what are you doing here?"

It is five o'clock in the afternoon. Shouldn't he be at the office?

Mu Chang dumped all his work on Leng Yan and left the company.

Leng Yan complained bitterly in his heart but what could he do?

"I've nothing to do in the company today, so I came to pick you up."

If Leng Yan had been here, he would have cursed Mu Chang a hundred times.

Ru Shi looked at him.

"You should have let the driver pick me up. You don't have to bother".

Mu Chang frowned when he heard her, "If you don't want me to come, just say it!"

Mu Chang saw someone selling the rose while stuck in traffic.

He thought of her when he saw it so he bought it for her.

Even though he has been in a relationship before this was the first time that he has given a rose to a girl and that also in public.

"Do.... you like it?" Mu Chang asked with anticipation.

Ru Shi smiled as she looked at it.

"Hmmm I like it!"

This is the first gift that Mu Chang has given her, of course she likes it!

Mu Chang finally relaxed when he heard her.

He had no idea that he was tense.

"Good, let's go".

People glanced at their interaction with different emotions.

Among them was Xin Yang.

He heard some people talking about a hot guy on campus so she decided to come and check him out.

Xin Yang clenched her fist as she stared at them.

"Ru Shi enjoy this while it last, because once Feng Yan comes back I know she won't let you go."

She whispered.

When they reached home, the sky was dark.

The cook had already set the table with a few dishes.

Ru Shi sat down and Mu Chang sat beside her.

The cook smiled when she saw this.

She served the food.

"Miss, did boss give you this rose? It's really pretty!" the cook said.

"Hmm"

Ru Shi smiled.

"Let me preserve it for you."

"OK, thanks".

Just as they were eating, a phone rang.

Mu Chang put down the chopsticks in his hand.

He frowned and looked at the number on the phone.

He hung it up and placed it aside.

After a while, the phone rang again.

Mu Chang picked up the phone and glanced at Ru Shi.

He got up and walked out of the restaurant.

Ru Shi stared at him.

"What is it?"

Mu Chang asked the person at the end of the phone coldly.

"Hey, I'm back".

The woman said

"Well"

Mu Chang said faintly.

"Why didn't you pick me up?"

The woman at the other end of the phone asked.

She has been back for two days.

She did not expect that it was Wang Lu who came to pick her up that day.

She waited for him to come. But he did not come.

"When did I say that I would pick you up?"

Even though he said this, he could not believe that she was really back.

Qin Jieli stiffened as she sat on her in front of the windows of her room.

"Do you still hate me?"

Her voice revealed fear and loss.

Mu Chang frowned and turned to look at the woman who was eating in the dining room.

"No. If there's nothing else I'll hang up first."

"Hey.... I" Mu Chang hung up the phone before she could say anything.

Qin Jieli could not believe that he hung up the phone.

She felt awkward.

She felt an inexplicable danger.

She stared at the night scene and whispered.

"Li Mu Chang I won't give you up."

Mu Chang came and sat down with a puzzled look on his face.

Ru Shi looked at him.

"Who was that? Is there anything wrong?"

Mu Chang turned to look at her and smiled.

"Nothing, eat".

He said as he gently pat her head.

Mu Chang stared at her as she ate.

The smile on his face disappeared as he fell into deep thinking.
