The moment she turned, she heard the doorbell ringing.

She turned to Mu Chang.

"Its really late, who could it be?"

Ru Shi checked the monitor and saw three men on the screen. She felt that the one in front looked vaguely familiar.

The three people except Wang Lu were shocked as they heard the woman on the monitor.

"Hello, do you remember me? I saw you today at the café. I'm Wang Lu.These are my friends and we are looking for Li Mu Chang. We're his close friends," Wang Lu said with a smile.

Ru Shi looked at Mu Chang who was standing by her side.

He glanced at the display and switched it off.

"They said they're your friends, so why are you ignoring them?"

"You don't have to pay attention to other men," Mu Chang said as he pulled her to the kitchen.

"Who is she?" Liang Shao asked Wang Lu.

The next morning when Ru Shi came downstairs, she saw Mu Chang sitting on the sofa lazily reading the newspaper.

"Aren't you going to work?" Ru Shi asked .

Mu Chang looked up and saw her coming down.

"No. Come and eat. After that I'll take you somewhere."

"Where? I have class in the afternoon."

"I know. We won't be long".

This morning Li Yi called and told him that she had applied to an art school before going out with Feng Lu.

Because she knew that his mother would not like an artist for a daughter in law, she chose a business school instead.

After she finished eating, they left.

When they reached their destination, she saw that the place was a great landscape.

She could hear the birds chirping, the sound of the river and when she looked up, she saw a cabin in the middle.

"Wow!! How did you find such a place? Its beautiful!" Ru Shi said as she scanned the area.

"Li Mu, you've come," A voice said behind them.

Turning around, she saw a middle aged man coming towards them. His face was stern.

"Mr. Yan, good morning."

"Good morning. Is she the one you were talking about?"

"Yeah. Ru Shi please meet Mr. Yan."

"Hello, nice to meet you," says Ru Shi.

"Mr. Yan is a world class painter. He has won a couple of awards and he owns his own art gallery in the States. If you're able to pass his test, which I know you will, he'll be your teacher."

The moment Ru Shi heard him she stiffened.

"World class painter? Teacher?" she asked

"What are you talking about?"Ru Shi continued.

"I know your love for art, so I invited him to come and help you. But hell only teach you if you can impress him. "

"Yeah Miss Ru, if you want to be my student then it have to be based on your own abilities."

"OK....what do you want me to do?"

"Come with me," beckoned Mr Yan.

Ru Shi turned to Mu Chang

"Go with him, I'll wait for you here."

When Ru Shi entered the cabin, she saw paintings hanging on the wall. They were beautiful. She could identify all sorts the emotions from them.

No wonder he's world class .

"Here, next week Friday you should have finished reading everything"

Ru Shi stared at the pile of books in front of her. She thought he would let her draw and see her skills but he gave her books to read?

As if he could read her thoughts he said coldly, "You need basic knowledge first."

"Oh, I see," Ru Shi replied.

"I hope you can read English, because the books are all in English".

That is when Ru Shi realized that all the books were in English. Thankfully her mother taught her English from a young age. She never knew why her mother taught her English and French but now she was really grateful that she did.

"Yeah, I can"

He put the books in a bag for her, since the books were more than ten.

"Good, see you next week. Don't be late".

"You want me to finish all of these by next week?"

"Why, you don't want to?"

"Oh, no! I will definitely learn."

Mr Yan snorted and his expression was more serious.

"Drawing is challenging but necessary craft, especially if you want to be become a proficient painter. So I hope you aren't lazy".

Ru Shi accepted them and came out.

When Ru Shi came out she saw Mu Chang waiting for her.

"How did it go?"

"Well, he gave me books to go and read. Next week he'll assess me."

"OK, let's go. I know you're intelligent you'll definitely surprise him".

Mu Chang glanced at his watch.

"It is still early. Let's eat before we go back".

"OK."

Ru Shi glanced at the window as she fell into her thoughts.

She has to say that she was really happy. She has always wanted to be a artist but circumstances did not allow her to pursue it.

She thought she had to bury those dreams but now he had given her a chance and the opportunity to achieve this dream once again.

She turned her head and stared at him, she was grateful to God for making her meet him.

She does not know what the future has in store for them but if he never let go of her, then she would never leave him either.

Ru Shi's heart skipped a beat when she heard him call her his woman.

"But, you know if you're really grateful you can show it in a very sexy way you know."

You can wear a sexy maid's outfit while you lie on my bed when I come home tonight." Mu Chang said as he winked at her.

Ru Shi playfully pushed him.

"Careful kitten, you wouldn't want your future husband to be deformed by an accident. It would reduce my performance and we wouldn't want that. Right?"

Mu Chang laughed when he saw her face so red.
