Ru Shi then looked up at him.

When Mu Chang saw the blood on her lips which has dried, he raised his fingers to wipe them as if to remove something from her lips.

Ru Shi did not cry nor did she wince in pain. Mu Chang vigorously wiped her lips until they started bleeding again.

It was only when Mu Chang saw that his finger had blood on it that he stopped.

For a moment he was helpless.

"Kitten, I....sorry, I'm late."

He just thought that Feng Lu had kissed her, so he just wanted to wipe all traces of him from her!

"You...came."

"Yes," Mu Chang then scooped her into his arms.

"I've come to take you away from here."

"Good."

Ru Shi lowered her head then nodded.

Feng Lu looked at all this and finally said.

"Xiao Ru..."

Ru Shi ignored him.
