She smiled as she said,"Well, there is no other way." Li Yitong face became awkward. She waved her hands to let everyone leave.Now it was left with Ru shi and Mu Chang.The smile on her face vanished.She reached out her hand and touched Mu Chang's pale but handsome face. Her eyes flashed with distress. She sighed.

She continued to give Mu Chang the medicine by mouth feeding him.The rare time of being close to him has become extremely precious to her now. She looked at Mu Chang's face and frownedShe thought he has been in a coma for only a day and he has lost weight. She must make sure he eats once he wakes up.

Ru Shi put down the medicine and gently kissed his forehead.She went out to call the doctors after she was done.After some inspections, they found out that Mu Chang's condition did have a slight improvement. Of course, this improvement was limited to his body temperature.The doctors sighed.

Ru Shi began to panic when she saw the worried look in the doctor's eyes."Doctor, how is he?"The doctor softened when he saw the worried look in her eyes. He knows a person's eyes don't lie. "I'm sorry Miss but there is only a slight improvement in his condition. He stayed too long in the building. So the smokes affected him."

Ru Shi looked at Mu Chang's pale face and blinked away the tears that were threatening to come.The doctor patted her shoulder as he said, "Don't worry Miss. I heard the Li family has invited the famous Chinese doctor. He will come here tomorrow. I'm sure he will be able to help him."Ru Shi sighed."I hope so". She doesn't know what she will do if something happens to Mu Chang. She will always blame herself.

At night,

"Where is that girl?" Li Yitong asked the maid. "Madam, Miss Ru is waiting in the living room." Li Yitong frowned. It's almost 11 pm why hasn't she sleep yet? "Go and ask her to sleep in the guest room"

She sighed. She knows that regardless of everything, she is the only person who can give Mu Chang medicine. Also, she can see her concern for mu change isn't fake. Maybe if they had met in a different occasion maybe she would give her a chance. But anytime she sees Mu Chang lying down she remembers is all her fault. 

"Madam, Miss Ru said she will wait so she can be available anytime she is called to feed Mr. Li medicine."The maid replied softly.Li Yitong waved her hands to let the servant go out. In the middle of the night, Li Yitong couldn't sleep well. 

She got up and went to Mu Chang's room. She glanced at the living room when she was passing by and Ru Shi curled up on the sofa.She was wearing a coat which she believes was given to her by Li Yi.She looked really pitiful.Li Yitong frowned and suddenly her heart softened.

she walked towards her and gently woke her up."Is late go and sleep in the bedroom."She said indifferently.Ru Shi opened her eyes and she was shocked when she saw the person waking her up.'It seems Mu Chang's mother isn't hard-hearted.' Ru Shi rubbed the sleep from her eyes and quickly went to the guest room to sleep.

Ru Shi tosses in the bed as she thought about Mu Chang. She has gotten used to sleeping by his side now that he isn't here she can't sleep. She got up and went to Mu Chang's room. She looked at the man who was still in a coma and bites her lips as she went to sit beside him on the bed.

She reached her hands and touched his face. She never thought she will love someone like this. She knows the feelings she has for Mu Chang is completely different from the one she had for Feng Lu. With Mu Chang, she felt happier, comfortable and safe. 

She doesn't know when or how she had fallen for him. Even though their relationship was based on sex, in the beginning, she knows now is completely different. Even the sex has changed between them.She knows she has to be strong now for them. She kissed his forehead gently.

As she held his hands and slept with him on the bed. Mu Chang's bed was very large. Sleeping beside him wasn't a problem. She placed her head on the bed as she covered her head with the quilt. She gently caressed the back of his hand. After a while, she fell into a deep sleep.

A few hours later, the doctor who came to check on mu Chang walked in.He was about to adjust the drip when he saw someone holding Mu Chang's hand. He froze. This the person sleeping beside him is a woman? The doctor's mouth was opened. He was quite shocked. In this household, there is a woman who is bold enough to sleep with Mr. Li. The doctor swallowed and quickly adjust the flow of the drip. After he was done, he left.

The next morning Li Yitong woke up early. She finds it difficult to sleep because of his son's condition. The moment she strode forward to go into Mu Chang's room she saw the maid holding a wet towel as she stood In front of the room. She frowned.

"What happened?" The maid was scared by the cold voice. She turned around and bowed when she saw it was Li Yitong. "Nothing bad happened to the young master but the woman who came here yesterday...she fell asleep beside the young master. The maid said cautiously as she looked at Li Yitong's face.

She smirked when she saw her frowning. She was the same maid that spook rudely to Ru Shi yesterday. She has already received money from Miss Qin to create scenes that will make mu chang's family hate Ru Shi.
