She even suffered a nose bleed and was quite flushed intermittently, almost always. Even with the intent not to break his streak of not staying over, he ended up passing the night at the lady's apartment, in her bedroom, beside her, tending to her and checking her temperature and overall well-being once in a while. It was such a laborious night, indeed. He didn't even get to sleep so soundly. At least, his angel did.

"I was just exhausted from all the catching up with my clients. After all, I had been absent for a long while."

'Alright. Tonight.'

"Let's drop by the hospital today before my meeting in the afternoon. We still have some time." He checked the time at the wall. It was forty-five minutes after eight.

"Okay." Teng Man Rui responded almost immediately and obediently. Zhu Li Qiang stroked her hair beguilingly, but not in any way perverted. It was akin to a father's or a brother's or any relative's genuine gesture of love and concern and everything else in between. It did not last long, though, as the lady could only tolerate so much, and he knew it.

In his mind, Zhu Li Qiang had already come to a final decision that was already set and had even started some special preparations for that upcoming exceptional night, unbeknownst to the lady.
