Mo Lihua grew alarmed and tried to get free from Piore's hold. However, she was never good at hand combat so her attempt to get out of his hold is a sure fail.

Her physical strength is always on a mediocre side so instead of exerting effort that is sure to be wasted in vain, Mo Lihua just allowed Piore to dragged her towards the woman's way.

"Piore, you better have a way to fix this!" Mo Lihua hissed on a low voice.

The closer they are, the stranger Mo Lihua feels about the situation.

Though the woman is glaring at them, Mo Lihua can feel that she is really not angry at them at all. That is her thoughts before the woman showed her intention to cause damage to their car.

"Jean!" Piore shouted with annoyance when suddenly the woman hit his car with a kick.

With that, he released his hold on Mo Lihua and immediately walked towards the woman, grabbing her lower leg that is preparing to attack again.

The car is supposed to be bulletproof so a mere human kick will not really damage it, but when Piore removed the woman's shoe, Mo Lihua became suspicious.

'There's a hidden weapon inside her shoe?' That is the only explanation for Piore to be worried about his car, despite the woman unable to really damage it.

Mo Lihua watched how Piore pulls the woman away from the car gently by the shoulder. Then she saw Piore lean down to whisper something, that made the woman giggle.

Piore's interaction with the woman looks like they have known each other for a long time.

Looking closely as well, Mo Lihua can really say that Jean is a very beautiful woman and probably just on her early 30s. With the heavy make-up though, she can assume that Jean can be older than that.

With a raised brow, Mo Lihua just observes the interaction. 'Don't tell me that this woman is one of Piore's girls here.' She thought to herself.

Jean seems to have the authority in the District 12 for her to even offend the patron that may have a strong backing or from a strong family.

Mo Lihua can do not know what he said but, when Jean looked at her curiously while nodding to what Piore is saying. That confirms that they are talking about her something to do with her.

Jean then looked at her sharply that made Mo Lihua stiffen. She is trying to intimidate her, but she did not cower and just accepted the glare head-on. In fact, Mo Lihua returned it with a challenging stare.

"Heh." Jean smirk, before nodding at her with approval.

'What's that supposed to mean?' Mo Lihua did not voice that out but the way her face frown unhappily just exposed what is on her mind.

"Not bad," Jean said, before sweeping a warning glance to the rest of the other people that are still looking at them, waiting for another show. With that, the people left the scene and get on with their business.

Piore also went inside the car followed by Jean. "What are you waiting for? Get in!" He suddenly shouted at her.

She just released a deep breath, Mo Lihua silently stepped inside the car. She can only seat on the back, silently waiting for them to acknowledge her.

'When can I sleep?' She silently asked herself but knows as well that it won't be soon since the moment the car started, Jean started nagging not only Piore but her as well.

Mo Lihua is confused and amused at the same time. Mostly the amusement as she can see Piore grinding his teeth but not retorting. The patience that he is showing at this moment is remarkable.

Not only did Jean, reprimand them for what happened, she also pointed out issues with Piore's communication.

Then to Mo Lihua's surprise, Jean suddenly sob!
