MIMI 105 Threaten Him

Never had he thought he'd hear Emilia speak such words toward him. The girl who had always been foolishly in love with him, willing to do anything for him if he asked for it.

What changed?

Landon's eyebrows furrowed and a frown settled on his face.

"Emilia, what are you talking about? Are you saying you don't care for me anymore?"

Emilia made a wry smile: "That's right. What are you going to do about it? Landon, do you really think I'd still care for you after everything you've done? Hmph, do you think I'm a fool?"

Landon fell silent in response to Emilia's words.

"You...This isn't like you, Emilia. What's going on?" Landon looked at her with narrowed eyes.

"What? Disappointed because I'm not the doll you used all the time?" Emilia sneered. "Let me tell you, Landon, now that I see things clearly I can see you're not all that. If anything, you're not worth being with someone like me!"

At this time, the gaze Landon gave Emilia was no longer one of a hurt lover, instead, his eyes appeared darker while his lips pursed into a tight line.

Hearing her words, Landon wanted to burst with rage.

However, as much as he wanted to lash out and teach the spoiled girl in front of him a lesson, he held back his displeasure upon remembering his initial goal.   

"Emilia! How could you think that of me? From the beginning you've always been someone important to me, I would never use you!" Landon put on a troubled expression.

Looking at her with grief-filled eyes, Landon stepped closer.

"Did someone tell you that? That I used you? No matter what they say, you shouldn't listen to their words! Emilia, ever since we were kids you're the only one I saw."

Observing Landon's pity act, Emilia somewhat mocked herself upon recalling she fell for such a man.

"No one told me anything Landon. I just finally saw the real you. It's a shame it took me so long to see it. I truly wasted so much of my precious time on someone like you." Emilia raised her chin.

Finally, the last string of restraint Landon had snapped.

"Hah! Someone like me? What about someone like you? A spoiled, worthless brat who only knows how to beg her father to get what she wants!"

Emilia's face was burning with fury. This guy!

Instead of going off, Emilia stomped toward Landon and looked up at him with bright, burning eyes.

"So what? At least I have money. At least I'm able to spend my father's money on whatever I want, unlike you! At the end of the day, you'll be on the streets with the rest of the trash!"

"You..."

Landon clenched his teeth with rage.

"Emilia!" Landon roared her name in anger, his face flushing red. "You dare?"

Emilia crossed her arms and smirked, enjoying the sight of the young man's lack of composure. "I do. And I'll tell my father about you harassing me, and he'll be sure to make sure you'll never be able to step foot in this industry ever again!"

Staring down at the blonde beauty in front of him, Landon felt his mind become clouded with irritation.

She dare threaten him!

Unable to stop himself, Landon reached out and grabbed onto the girl's arm roughly. Startled, Emilia jolted and felt her eyes redden from the pain.

"Let go of me! You're hurting me!" Emilia tried to yank her arm away but in response, Landon gripped tighter.

"Listen here, I've dealt with you for years and now you want to throw me away? What gives you the right?" Landon glared hatefully at the girl, his eyes clouded with anger.

Emilia, noticing his hateful gaze felt her body tremble and her complexion whiten.

This was the first time she ever saw him look so angry. She knew he was hot-tempered but not to such a degree where he'd hurt her.

Scared, Emilia tried even harder to get out of his grasps. "Landon, let go!"

"Shut up! The two of us have a lot to talk about."

Pulling Emilia forward, Landon walked toward the elevator. Emilia's eyes widened with panic.

"No!"

"My, my, what do we have here?"

A soothing, gentle voice suddenly interrupted the two.

Startled, Landon turns around to see the familiar face of Andras. With his lips curved up in an amused smile, the boy stared at Landon with deep, menacing eyes.

However, what surprised Landon the most was the phone in Andras's hand aimed toward them.

He...He was recording the entire time!

Collecting his thoughts and realizing the situation, Landon quickly let go of Emilia causing her to stumble backward.

Catching her from falling, Mimi holds Emilia with one hand, while the other held her phone.

"You're quite a troublesome thing aren't you?"

Feeling Andras's warm breath against her ears, Emilia flushed red. Glancing up with reddened eyes, Emilia swallowed with difficulty.

"A...Andras,"

Smiling down at the girl, Mimi props the girl up and gently caresses her head.

"Go down to the car with Jean. I'll take care of this."

Emilia looked over and saw Jean standing a few feet behind the boy looking at her with warm eyes.

Lowering her eyes, Emilia nods her head and walks over toward Jean. Taking the girl in her arms, Jean lightly patted the girl's arm while she walked toward the elevator.

While passing by Landon, Jean's green eyes narrowed behind her glasses.

People like him truly repulsed her.

From the beginning, Jean saw it all, however, under Mimi's orders, she was forced to record the entire situation – not missing a single word or action that took place.

There were various times when Jean smiled proudly at Emilia when she fought against Landon. Luckily, just when things started to get serious, Mimi finished her meeting and took over.

Hopefully, her boss will deal with him properly. Otherwise, she would gladly do it herself.

Watching the elevator doors close and the two's figures disappearing, Mimi's previous smile vanishes as she looks at the young man staring at her with a pale expression.

"Well, well, Mr. Williams. I have to say, I'm quite shocked. I never took you as the violent type."

"That..." Landon began but was interrupted by Mimi.

"Why don't we skip through the excuses and just skip to the end?"

Mimi slowly walked toward Landon with calm, steady steps.

"Allow me to tell you what's going to happen. By the end of the day, I will release this video to the media. And when it's out, everyone will know Landon Williams as a manipulative, violent, no-good piece of scum. Your investors will pull out from the company, and you'll lose everything. Everywhere you go you'll be hated and looked down on. Finally, you won't be able to handle it and you'll leave the country to start new."

Each word Mimi spoke was said slowly – each word embedding into Landon's mind. His body broke out into fits of trembles, his complexion slowly blanching.

No...it was over. It was all over! Everything he accomplished was going to disappear!

"No...please, I'll do anything! Don't release that video!"

Kneeling on the floor, Landon looks up at Mimi pleadingly. A flash of violet shone in the boy's eyes, a broad smile spreading on his lips.

"You'll do anything?"

"Yes! Yes, I'll do anything!"

Crouching down, Mimi looks deeply into Landon's eyes. Lifting a fair finger, Mimi elevates Landon's chin.

"You'll really do anything? Anything I ask?" A seductive light flashed through Mimi's eyes.

Noticing the flirtatious look in Mimi's eyes Landon's eyes widened, his body tensing up.

Due to the two's close proximity, Landon could now identify the boy's alluring appearance. He was somewhat surprised by Andras's feminine features. From his delicate rosy lips and deep, enchanting eyes, every aspect of him showed gentle, female features.

If it was to save his reputation then...

Landon gulped. Taking note of Landon's change in expression from the start, Mimi's lips quirked up.

My, my, the things people would do for their reputation! This was quite fascinating!

Suddenly, a laugh escaped Mimi's lips. Withdrawing her finger from his chin, Mimi stood up. She takes out a white cloth from her pocket and wipes the finger that touched Landon's chin.

"Someone once told me to not touch things that were dirty."

Once done, Mimi drops the cloth allowing it to fall to the floor in front of Landon's hands.

"Since you're willing to do anything, I want you to watch your life fall apart."

Only then could he understand half the pain he put Emilia through.

Walking past the kneeling Landon, Mimi makes her way toward the elevator. Taking out her phone, Mimi sends the recorded video to a media company.

As the elevator doors close, a wicked smile spread across Mimi's lips.
