"Our alpha Fire-heart, chief alpha Silver is requesting for a visit."

Fire-heart, wearing a loose white robe finished chewing a chicken thigh and laughed with grease all over his lips

"HaHa, so old silver wants to chat, tell him to come over in the afternoon. Prepare some different tea, he quite enjoys those."

"My alpha, Chief Silver is waiting outside the entrance..."

Fire-heart was going for another bite but stopped midway, he put the chicken back on the table and with a downhearted look asked his servant.

"How's he looking?"

"He's smiling, not exaggerated but a genuine happy mile, he' also wearing the robe made out with real silver with a radiant red dragon."

The servant answered without waiting for a second, it was, as usual, both chiefs were rival/friends since young, they had a lot in common. They both were overshadowed, and they both wanted more.

The servant walked with them since their beginning days together and knew everything about their relationship.

Fire-heart let out a sigh that could be sunk the ground. He got up looked in sadness to his breakfast that'll be given to other servants.

"I'll put on some decent clothes, little Yung, prepare the private room, with the usual refreshments."

"Yes." Little Yung bowed and went away.

"Alpha Silver, here it is for the desert dust." Little Yung handed a heated moist towel politely.

Silver with a beautiful smile took it from his hand with a warm smile.

"No need to treat me like this little Yung, we know each other for so long as I remember myself, and we're in a private place. Don't be overly polite."

Little Yung smiled. "I appreciate it Young mater Silver, but I can't neglect my duty."

Silver was sitting on a square sofa formation with a gray fire burning in the middle. He used the towel on his neck and exposed skin, hearing the old term He was referred to some time ago filled him with nostalgia.

He smiled with happiness and crossed one leg above the knee and moved his feet back and forth. He opened his mouth when steps were heard coming.

Little Yung stepped back and waited for orders. From there on, he'd be a ghost. Present, but only moved when ordered.

"You shouldn't expect anything more than being called old titles, he's unbearably polite now." Fire-heart entered with a beautiful red robe, smelling fresh out of the shower.

He sat down across from silver and opened his arms wide, "My brother what do I owe this pleasure?"

Silver's smile diminished slightly. "You know why."

Fire-heart sighed. He looked almost pleadingly at Silver.

"You went far, and it brought consequences, that was all there is to it. Focus on the bigger picture."

Fire-heart barely finished his phrase as he saw silver's eyes twisted horribly.

"That slut killed my happiness! That slut has our most powerful tools enslaved! She just overturned a tsunami with a little boat, and gathered the respect of every one of the other side! WE HAVE TO KILL HER OFF!"

Fire-heart looked at him with the sternest expression he could evoke.

"What are the principles of envy?"He asked

Silver stood up red-faced and trembling in a rage he stared a the stern eyes and stomped down. He turned his back an took deep breaths.

"Tell me!" fire-heart exclaimed.

Silver slumped his shoulder
"Before acting on urges, identify the reason for it. Identify what you're envious of, what the other has that you desire if you cannot get it in any way then destroy it, but if you can get it then work on it until your desire is sated. and then destroy. Stop, Think, identify then act." silver listed

Fire-heart nodded "Without these steps a person can annihilate themselves with envy. And that's what you're doing right now. Your feelings might be from rage, but ultimately you have an issue with her, otherwise, you wouldn't try to step on her pride like that."

Silver abruptly turned to face Fire-heart. his eye burned with twisted rage.

"Don't dance around it Fire-heart, say it."

Fire-heart only stared at him in the eyes.

"SAY IT! YOU THINK I DID IT BECAUSE SHE'S A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN AND I ENVY THAT! WELL, YOU'RE WRONG! SHE'S A WOMAN! A VIPER! THE LEECH OF MEN! I DESPISE HER FOR SURE, BUT I DON'T ENVY HER!"

He screamed until his face turned blood red

Fire-heart had the same callously look. "While you don't accept your envy, you won't be able to thrive, if you had already accepted your issues with women, You'd have stopped to think before going along with your urge to diminish Zhi Rui's authority by publicly executing her servant."

Silver's felt his heart beating fast, he wanted to scream and curse at Fire-hearts face. The air came into his lungs, he was about to do it, but Fire-heart' eyes forced him to calm down.

Silver turned and gave his back to him. He bit his thumb's nail

Fire-heart kept his a straight face and waited for another wave of hysterical screaming.

But instead, he saw silver's shoulder quivering, and his sobbing reached his ear. As if something dawned on him, he got up immediately and embraced the crying man in his arms.

"Why? why am I like this, little fire? all I wanted was to be happy, and once again my mistakes took everything away from me!" He Sobbed

Fire-heart ruffled the man's hair and kissed the top of his forehead.
"Come on little white don't think much about it. Just focus on the long term, true happiness is in the long term."

Silver leaned his face, ruffling Fire-heart's thin chest hairs through the loose red robe.

"'little white', 'little fire' when was the last time we called each other, those names so carefreely." Silver smiled softly

"Two months ago, When you refused the love of your life's offer to spend the day together as it was your birthdate, you refused even though you knew he spent six months building a special present for you. Then you came to me, for an 'Urgent meeting'." Fire-heart said.

Silver looked up at Fire-heart with an arousing light blush on his eyes and cheeks. "Have you counted every time we did it?"

"Only after we became alpha" He answered.

Silver reached his hands down through the red robe, grabbing hold of the semi-hard thick rod.

Fire-heart frowned "He just died."

"We did it while he was alive, why would I stop after his death?"

Fire-heart didn't move "You're using sex to get what you want. It won't work. I'll enjoy it, but I won't do what you want." He said and slapped hard at silver's buttcheek.

Silver grinned and trembled with delight.

His eyes widened with madness. "You will, you always do."

Silver said with desire.

He tore down their clothes and kneeled down with a smile.

After one hour, they lay on the ground holding onto each other.
Silver, being the smaller spoon. caressed Fire-heart's hand that was embracing him. And spoke softly
"About Zhi Rui..."

Fire-heart sighed "I'll only do it If it's planned by me and you follow my instruction."

Silver smiled and turned to face the strong, bear-like man.

"I' wanted him, because he belonged to my sister, I had him for me and loved him for a year, but you've been my owner for twenty years, you're irreplaceable."

Fire-heart smiled closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.

Silver' eyes shone red with malice. 'I"ll have your skull, you green-eyed slut!"

Zhi Rui walked slowly, her muscles twitched involuntarily. She looked ahead, seeing the pond, she used her last bit of energy to jump, she threw herself face first on the water.

She floated up slowly. She still has no clue of what is messing with her head, she thought of Bianca but the woman only wants her to grow stronger. It made no sense to mess with her head like this.

She sighed and her mind went to Hilda's report.

The library is constantly guarded by ten levels two warriors constantly changing shift and two level threes ready to act should anything happen.

'Not easy.' Zhi Rui thought. 'I cannot enter using strength or by being sneaky'

She started thinking hard when cold water splashed on her face.

Zhi Rui opened her eyes and stared a the only man she couldn't feel the presence of. Han Lee

Her eyes silently looked at him with a silent warning. she closed her eyes back and ignored him.

"You know, the young man, Rubble says you act differently towards me. and crystal said that it's because you're falling in love with me. Is that true?" He asked with a happy tone.

Without opening her eyes Zhi Rui answered: "The kind of man who can't identify those things for himself, usually ends up realizing all his children have traits of various other men, except his own.

"HAHA! What a sad man he is. Are you that kind of woman though?" He asked.

"I never settle for monogamy, so how can I have an affair In the first place?"

"I know that." Han Lee said and crouched near Zhi Rui "That' why I want to consume this relation soon so we can be done with this tension."

Zhi Rui looked at him stunned and threw her head back laughing out loud.

Han Lee's face turned red and he walked away.

After minutes of laughter Zhi Rui calmed down, and Hilda appeared.

"He disappeared a block away from here." Hilda aid,

" I would too, after that phrase." Zhi Rui laughed.

"You're falling for his games," Hilda said, her tone serious.

Sighing Zhi Rui looked at her stern eye. "He' a level fourth, If I can rope him in, then playing his game is worth it."

"You're not only playing, but you're also falling for him. If you have to hots for him, do him once and get the itch scratched to be done with it."

Zhi Rui rolled her eyes, "If I just give it to him, he'll lose interest and motivation for our future deals."

Hilda sighed and disappeared.

In front of him stood a woman with beautiful white hair and orange eyes. "Have you decided boy?" She asked.

"No, child of envy, she cannot." the woman smiled looking lovingly at Han Lee.

His face grew red and he showed the raw rage inside of him. "I want to kill them both!"

"You can't, you can kill and hate an individual of lust. But you cannot damage the cult of the sin itself. Zhi Rui and Bianca they are both apt to become the heiress of lust. That's why you can kill one of them. The other must live to carry on the legacy of lust. Such is the ancient pact between the seven sins."

He wanted to discuss, but he relented, he knew he had just become something with true potential, and had to compromise.

He looked at her with red eyes "Zhi Rui."

"Good child, Zhi Rui it is then." The woman aid with a smile. "An opportunity will appear in a week, you just have to keep appearances until then. As the sole heir of envy. you can wait, right?"

Like a child swallowing their tantrum. Han Lee, before known as Han Fei of the light sect reluctantly nodded.
