Jason then looked into her eyes and used his ability, his outer circle of the eyes glowed red and tried to put her under control.

As he did that he suddenly felt something is off, Sara suddenly started shiver and her eyes went wide, her mouth opened and her fingers curled up, she screamed and suddenly a soul like a thing came out of her mouth screaming, it startled Jason and he moved back.

As he did he got a clear view of this soul like thing, it looked like a very old withered woman, it screamed and shattered into fragments.

"What the fuck just happened?"

Jason said as he checked on Sara, unlike the middle-aged man she still seems to be alive but she is completely unconscious.

"I cannot get any information when she is like this, and it happened again. When I asked about the disappearance of the tourist her behavior changed just like that driver but this time the reaction is a little extreme."

Jason said, he looked around and wore his clothes back, too bad he could not finish off, he has to look for someone at night to take care of that.

"let me look around and see if I can find something"

Jason looked around and found a door that led to another room, he opened the door and entered in, he looked around and noticed that this room looked like any other room that can be found in a normal house, there is a bed, bathroom, pictures of Sara and the middle-aged man, form the pictures he has seen it seems to be that they are father and daughter.

As he looked around more he found something really weird, he found an ID card and it is of Sara's, what really surprised him is the date of birth that is written on this card. It is 2041 written on the year of birth on her ID car but the present year is 2091.

"Is she actually 50 years old?"

From the looks of it, she seems to be only 20 to 23 years old but to be actually 50, Julian couldn't believe it.

If it was some supernatural being he might just ignore the fact but a human in her 50s looks like a 20-year-old, he couldn't believe it.

"Is it because of those weird looking souls that came out of their body, those souls seemed to be in control over their bodies, as soon as I put Sara under my control that weird looking thing died or whatever that happened to it"

Jason tried to look around for more but he found nothing.

"Looks like there is nothing here"

He then walked back to the massage room and looked at the unconscious Sara and the dead Middle-aged man.

"What should I do with them? That man is dead so he is of no use, this Sara here might be useful, I will take her with me"

Jason picked up her dress and spent five minutes to put the clothes back on her body.

"Jeez, what is with these women's clothing"

Jason wiped off the nonexistent sweat on his forehead and carried her out of the coffee shop.

He started to walk and noticed that nobody cared about him carrying an unconscious woman.

'This city is definitely weird'

Jason thought that he would get a lot of stares from the public but it was completely opposite, nobody cared about him, they were all busy doing their own stuff.

Since his hotel was near he soon got back into his room and tied up Sara to the side.

"Once she wakes up I will try to figure out what is happening in this city"

Jason had to figure out what is happening in this city, it was not just one but three people he has encountered who are weird, the young driver, Sara, and her dead father.

"Wait, isn't that Maya girl also here to investigate the missing tourists, is she even alive right now?"

Jason said and took out his phone and then the card that she gave to him, he then called the number on that card.

The phone rang three times and it was finally picked up, at the other end of the call a sleepy female voice came in.

'Looks like she was sleeping'

"Hello?"

Maya answered.

"Hello, It's me, Jason"

"Oh, Mr. Jason, I am sorry I am very tired and was sleeping"

"Don't worry, I called you to warn you about something"

"Warn me?"

"Yes, when you go out never ask anyone about the missing tourists"

"Why?"

"Or you will be the next one to go missing"

"Why is that?"

"Don't ask me about it, you just need to do two things to stay safe, first never ask about the missing tourist, second never tell them that you are alone"

"Mr. Jason, what is going on in this city?"

"I am trying to figure it out, and I think you want to find out about it as well right?"

"Yes"

"Ok, so do as I tell and you will be safe and you might even get something for your magazines"

"Great, I will listen to what you say"

"Ok, good, you can do anything you want today, meet me tomorrow in my room, it 501 on the fifth floor"

"Ok, I got you"

Jason put down the phone and looked outside the window from which he could see the huge golden palace in the middle of the city.

"I don't know anything about this city and what it has for me, I just hope it is something interesting for me to fool around".
