As Jason looked around he saw the woman who was in the elevator with her two bodyguards with him, he looked at her and noticed she is wearing an earring with a moon carved on it, it had a blue stone in the middle, he noticed the bodyguards also had the same kind of moon carved on their rings.

'What could those rings be? Are they vampires? but that ring looks so different from the ones I saw on Bleiz and Diana.

The ring they were wearing had a red sun-shaped stone whereas these had normal blue stones embedded on a silver moon.

He saw this woman walked into one of the VIP rooms with her bodyguards, Jason continued to keep an eye on the ones entering the auction hall.

He soon noticed Ana and her superior William enter the auction hall, her superior whispered something in her ear and Ana separated from him and took a seat closer to the stage, he then entered one of the VIP rooms.

Next entered Rodes, he, as usual, wore his brown coat and fedora hat, he looked around for few seconds and noticed Ana, Ana signaled him towards the room where William is in.

Rodes nodded and walked into the VIP room where Ana's superior William is present.

Jason kept an eye on every one that is entering the auction hall, he then noticed the big houses of Freyton city enter.

The first to come is the Wilson, Jason saw a middle-aged man wearing a white suit enter with a young teenager beside him, this young man is Steve Wilson, the same one he saw at the auction house's manager office. The person next to him is his father Cory Wilson, one of the competitors for the next family head position, behind them are two bodyguards with black suits and goggles. They took a look around the auction hall and entered one of the VIP rooms

Next to enter is Price household, Jason saw a fat middle-aged man wearing a black suit with white hair and beard, wearing clear glasses. Next to his is a young lady wearing a blue gown, Jason recognized this lady, she is the third generation Zoe Price princess of the Price family and the middle-aged man is her father Bradd Price, they also enter a VIP room with two bodyguards following them.

Third, to enter are the Lee family, they are the branch family and the main family lives in Potlens the capital state of Soulia country, their ancestors were from the Guimoge continent but they settled here and became a huge family, then they started to branch all across the Soulia country. They are also the strongest house in Freyton city. Two young men came from their family, both are also the third generation of the house Lee, they are twins, Zen Lee and Shen Lee, they have four bodyguards with them accompanying them to their VIP room.

The last house to come is the Sanders, the one who came is a middle-aged woman, she is the current leader of the Sanders household, her name is Zara Sanders, she is accompanied by three bodyguards. She didn't look around and directly enter her VIP room.

Jason is looking at all these people as dumb idiots, they didn't even try to figure out what this auction really is.

'Well looks like the power balance in the city is going to change drastically if someone dies amongst them today, too bad I am too busy with other things or I would have taken advantage of this situation'

The huge clock in the middle of the auction hall hit 8:30 and a gong sound came, indicating the start of the auction.

"Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to today's very special auction, and many of you might know today's main attraction is the rarest material ever sold but to see it personally you have to wait for the finale"

"Now without any further ado let's bring out our first item"

A woman wearing a red gown walked out with a tray in her hand, the tray holds a shiny dagger and its handle is embedded with red gems.

"Our first item is the dagger from 500 years ago, it was held by the King Marshell The Fifth and passed down from generations, now it sits in front of your eyes, the starting bid is 100 thousand Gs"

Soon a voice came from the crowd.

"100 thousand"

"150 thousand"

"200 thousand"

The bidding went up to 570 thousand and is sold to a bald old man.

Soon the auction started to move on, items are items got soled and Jason was getting

"Bring out our third last item"

The woman in the red gown brought another item upfront.

"This item is the statue of the God Zarak, carved by the most famous sculpture of the 15th century, Angelo Christin, the bidding will start at 1 million Gs"

Soon many people started to bid until the statue went up to 70 million Gs and was brought by the young lady of the Price family.

'What the fuck? who in the right mind would want to buy a statue that looks like a freak with ten hands and every hand is holding some kind of weapon'

Jason thought as he saw the statue sold for 70 million Gs

Soon the lady in red gown brought out the sword, it is the same sword the manager showed to Jason, the lady removed the sword from its shiny scabbard and the light reflected by the blade of the sword caught everyone's attention.

"Now that everyone has seen how good the sword is let's start the bidding, it starts at 50 million Gs"

Soon the voice came from the VIP room of the Wilson house, Jason recognized this voice, it was the voice of that young brat Steve Wilson.

Another voice came from the Sanders house, it was Zara Sanders herself to call out the price.
