Lone_Wolf 25 Another Ugly Creature

One, he had to be careful while doing his work, he couldn't leave anything which could be traced back to him, luckily Derry is master in this field that is why he is in charge of the sleeper cells who work under Jason.

Two, he cannot take random action before consulting Jason about it.

Three, he will be in charge of the safekeeping of the blue silver and prevent it from getting into anyone's hand until Jason decide to.

Now that everything was clear Derry let out a huge sigh.

"Your first task, release the footage in public"

Jason said as he finished the beer in the bottle, hearing this Derry was surprised, he didn't know what Jason was planning to do.

"Why?"

"The people of the supernatural world doesn't want to involve with humans and their power struggle, some might but not many. Well my point is that they don't like anything supernatural getting into human hands when they see this footage they will definitely make a move to trace down the person who leaked the footage, and the best way to get involved into something is to create chaos and that is what I am planning to do"

"But Brother Jason, why do you want to do this?"

"Simply, because I am bored"

Derry sighed hearing Jason's answer, he knew Jason more than anyone in this world, Jason is three years older than him but they grew up together in the slums and Jason always took care of him in that shitty place, everything Derry has now is because of Jason.

Derry always wanted to do something for Jason but Jason didn't allow it, he always kept his distance with Derry in the public eye because Jason knew that someone can use Derry as a bargain against him and Jason didn't like being controlled.

Anyone who sees Jason and Derry together would only think they have some kind of contract between each other.

"Leave it to me, brother, I will leak the footage everywhere and no one will be able to trace it back to us no matter how hard they try"

"Hmm"

Jason nodded his head and placed the beer bottle on the table and got up.

"I will be leaving"

He walked towards the door, Derry didn't stop him, he yawned and went into his bedroom.

As Jason was about to open the door he heard a gunshot, even though the walls in this apartment were soundproof he had no trouble hearing it.

'Hmm? Could it be her?'

Jason walked out of Derry's room and looked at the end of the corridor, to be exact the room that woman had entered.

'What could be going on inside?'

Jason concentrated in his hearing and soon he could hear some faint sounds of things breaking, he listened carefully and he heard another gunshot, then he heard aggressive growls and more gunshots, he was sure that something weird was inside that room and he didn't give a fuck, he decided to walk away without bothering what is happening inside that room.

As he turned around and was about to leave he heard the door getting ripped open and smashed onto the wall.

'Fuck'

Jason turned around and he swore he has never seen such a hideous thing in his life, the creature he saw in the alley was hideous but what was right now in front of him is way beyond a bloodbane.

He saw a tall skinny figure, hands are long but very thin, legs are the same as well, long but very thin, it has a wide chest but its stomach and lower body is also thin, it had a huge head compared to its body, large eyes with no eyelids, very flat nose, and it mouth, its mouth looked scary, it was huge with every tooth in there are long and sharp, as if every tooth in its mouth is a fang.

One more thing Jason noticed is that its body is covered with bullet holes, its chest is impelled with multiple bullet holes as blue blood dripping off from it, its legs and elbows were in the same state as well, all bloody and filled with bullet holes.

This creature noticed Jason and sprinted towards Jason, even though it is hurt it is still fast, seeing this ugly creature rushing towards him with an intention to kill, he got pissed.

His face turned cold and he stared down on the ugly creature which is rushing towards him, he moved his hand to reach for Azrael but he didn't notice something.

As he started down on this creature with killing instinct, red glow circled his black irises, seeing this faint red glow, the creature felt fear it never felt before, it tried to stop itself but its speed to too fast, it could not stop its momentum and its leg slipped.

Jason was about to blow the head of this creature but he suddenly stopped as he saw a bullet hole appearing in its head, it then fell face straight to the ground.

Jason looked at the shooter and it was the same woman who he saw in the elevator, she was holding a very unique looking gun, it has a very long barrel with a blade at the bottom of its handle, he saw the smoke coming out of its muzzle.

Seeing this Jason started to act being scared and as if he saw a ghost, well literally he saw a scary monster.

The woman saw Jason and recognized him, she walked towards Jason and examined the corpse of the dead creature, after confirming it is completely dead she looked at Jason, she saw Jason's face was pale and fear in his eyes, she sighed and understood why Jason was acting like this, any human seeing such a hideous creature would pee in their pants but she was still impressed by Jason's strong mind that he was able to still stand while such a hideous creature was about to attack him.

"Are you Ok?"

The woman asked as she patted Jason's shoulder.

Jason continues his acting for a few seconds and took a deep breath.

"What the hell is that?"

"First help me get the corpse back in that room then I will explain"

"No way, I don't want anything related to this"

"Just do what I say"

The woman said while pointing her gun at Jason.

"Ok, Ok I will do it, keep that gun away from my face"

Saying so Jason slowly approached the corpse and hold its hands, the woman grabbed its legs and they took the corpse back into the room.

The woman looked at the blue blood in front of the door and it leads to the middle of the corridor, she took out a small tube which had a clear liquid inside it, she opened the cap and started to drop some over the area the blood was spilled, suddenly the blue blood started to disappear without leaving any trace behind.

After finishing with it she walked back to the room and closed the door and walked in and looked at the corpse of the ugly creature next to Jason.

"Now can you tell me what that thing is?"

Jason asked while pointing at the corpse.

"Since you have seen it already there is no going back, so I will tell you, it is called a Wendigo, they are creatures of the dark, they feed on human flesh and bones to live"

"What the fuck, is this a joke?"

Jason shouted at her, if Derry saw this he would award the best actor award for Jason.

"Believe it if you want to, but from now on you cannot live a normal life"

"What do you mean?"

Jason asked and stepped back a little.

"Since you have already seen the supernatural you have to either die or work for the hunter organization"

"Hunter Organization? What is that? Wait, who are you?"

"I am a hunter from the organization, we hunt creatures of the dark who disturb and cause chaos in the realm of human beings"

"I don't know what you are talking about and I don't care, I am going home"

Saying so Jason walked out of the room and went towards the elevator and got out of the apartment.

'Hmm? she is not following? Let's wait for a while I know she will definitely follow me'

Jason got into his car and drove away.

'Looks like I was right, the little bird is following me'

He looked at the mirror in his car and saw someone following him on a bike.
