"The sir has said not to allow you to go up there"
The Waiter said.
"What?"
Derry asked.
"It is what the sir said, I cannot go against that"
The waiter said.
Jessica looked at Derry and he looked back, he then looked up and saw Jason staring at him with he smoked his cigar.
Derry then looked back at Jessica and sighed.
"You should go, I will be waiting for you here"
Derry said.
Jessica nodded and followed the waiter into the hotel, she soon is escorted towards the top of the hotel where Jason is waiting for her.
Jessica is very nervous right now, she is constantly thinking if Derry's brother will like her or not, what if he goes against their relationship.
After so many years Jessica found someone that seems to really understand her and vise verse, she has been in other relationships before but she never felt the way she felt when she met Derry.
So meeting his family so quickly made her very nervous, she also knows that Derry is very close to his brother and if his brother tells him to leave her he might, so she heart is racing at a very high rate.
She soon arrived on top of the roof and saw a man sitting at the edge of the roof, he is wearing a black suit and drinking without any concern.
Jessica saw Jason and was surprised, she thought Derry's brother would be someone who is in his thirties and have a very grumpy face but it looks like he is only in his twenties and has a good looking face, Derry is way more handsome than Jason but he seems to have an aura that would catch any woman's attention.
'So he is Derry's brother, I hope it goes fine'
She thinks and walks towards Jason, Jason doesn't look at her and keeps looking down at Derry, Jessica is surprised by this and looks down to see what he is looking at to find Derry holding his hands together begging Jason to go easy on her.
She smiles seeing Derry trying so hard.
Jason smiles and finally looks at Jessica.
"You must be Jessica, sit down"
Jason said and took a look at her, he nodded his head because Jessica was far more beautiful than any of Derry's previous girlfriend.
"Waiter get this lady a menu, you can order anything"
Jason said and looked at Jessica.
Jessica nodded and took the menu from the waiter and went through some of the things and ordered some light food, she really didn't like eating so little, she is actually a heave eater but she didn't want to ruin her image in front of Jason.
"Are you sure that is all you want?"
Jason asked.
"Yes"
She said in a low voice.
"If you are in a relationship with Derry then you should learn to eat properly, that idiot is a glutton"
Jason said and took another sip.
Jessica gripped her fist and cursed herself in her mind, she always liked to eat with Derry now instead of being herself in front of Jason she tried to pretend of being someone else.
Jason just smirked seeing this, he knows that Jessica is nervous, this already removed al lot of doubts from Jason's mind, no one would not be nervous when meeting the family of their boyfriend or girlfriend so this was a positive start.
"So what did you see in that idiot of a brother?"
Jason asked.
"He makes me laugh a lot and cares about me as well"
Jessica said.
"Well he is a clown"
Jason said and pored down the wine from the roof downwards at Derry, Derry was just minding his business when he suddenly felt a liquid dripping down his head, he got startled.
"Who the fu-"
He looked up and was about to swear at the person who did this to him, but when he saw Jason he kept quite.
Seeing this Jessica frowned.
"Why did you do that?"
She asked in an annoyed voice.
"My hand slipped"
Jason said.
"No, you did it on purpose"
Jessica got annoyed and snapped back at Jason.
"So what, he is my brother, I can do anything to him"
Jason said.
"No you can't, he is my boyfriend as well, he doesn't belong to you and you cannot bully him"
Jessica said angrily.
"So you are pissed off because I poured wine on top of my brother?"
Jason asked
"Yes, because that is bullying"
Jessica said.
"So you are saying I bully my brother, when he was just five years old, I have been taking care of him, no one has ever laid a hand on my brother because I was around him, there is no one in this world that doesn't love Derry more than me, what right do you have to come in between me and my brother"
Jason said.
"Even if you took care of Derry for all his life you cannot control him, to me, it looks like you are nothing but a control freak who won't let his brother take care of his own life"

Jason just smiled hearing this and nodded his head and went quite, he looked at the waiter to fill his glass again.
He was happy with Derry's choice this time, he didn't want him to date, someone who would always say yes to him, seeing that Jessica is impulsive and has a good moral, she would help him in his life while he is at his low which will not likely to happen with how fast Derry's mind works.
The waiter filled his glass again.
Jessica, on the other hand, realized that she snapped on Jason and her face turned pale, she was always impulsive so she didn't think for a second when replying to Jason when she saw him abusing Derry.
"Let's get this over with, I don't like you, you are not fit for my brother, here is 10 million Gs in this card, this should be enough for you to take care of your whole family for the rest of your life, leave my brother alone and don't bother him"
Jason said and slide the cash card towards Jessica.
Jessica seems stunned when she heard what Jason said, she regretted going against Jason, after so many years she found someone who she really cared about but now she messed it all up, tears fell down her eyes as she looked at the card in front of her.
"No"
Jessica said.
