Life As a Servant 2 Chapter 2 : Jasmine

"This dress is 10 million won, pay up, you have just ruined it."

Bin, not knowing what to do, tried his best to calm this girl or else if she would explode, he knew for sure he will get fired, apparently this girl looked filthy rich, and hearing how much the dress costs, he almost coughed blood.

"E-Esteemed customer, please calm down, I assure you it was only an accident"

"I do not care if it's an accident or not, pay up or bring me your manager."

Bin started sweating non-stop, if the manager blamed this on him, it would be a disaster, he barely accumulated 1.4 million won in three years so how could he get 10 million won, plus who in their right mind would buy a dress with 10 million won except for those stupid rich people who don't care about money and spend it endlessly.

The manager, who is usually in the reception hall, heard the commotion and headed out to see what happened, and when he saw the black haired girl covered in food, his face paled and he couldn't help but shake a bit, nonetheless he rushed at her while holding his hands behind his back as they were shaking. When he arrived next to her, he soon spoke with an apologetic tone

"Miss Jasmine, please forgive us! It was our employee's fault, he will be immediately fired, as for the meal consider it free"

The black-haired girl whose name is Jasmine, looked at the fidgeting manager and spoke

"I don't care about the meal, I want money for this dress"

The manager looked at the dress which was dirtied by the food, he noticed the diamonds here and there and could not help but sweat profusely, he judged that dress to be so expensive, he turned towards Bin and shouted

"INGRATEFUL FOOL! LOOK AT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! YOU ARE FIRED AND ALSO THE COST OF THE DRESS OF MR.JASMINE IS ON YOU! DO YOU HEAR ME?" even though he doted on Bin, it doesn't mean he will lose his job over this kid, after all; he brought it to upon himself and there is nothing he could do.

Hearing what the manager said, Bin's face paled, not only he was fired, his worst fear has come true and he had to pay for the dress which he obviously couldn't afford. He turned towards the girl and saw her also looking at him coldly.

"Mr. Jasmine, please excuse me, I really didn't mean to spill the food on your dress, I can't afford to pay for the dress." while saying that, he couldn't help but drop his head, he felt shameful and cursed his luck, from all the people in this restaurant, he spilled the food on her, who seemed filthy rich, not only that, he has to pay for the dress even though he was fired.

Even if he wanted to protest, he couldn't, after all, he was illegally working in this restaurant, so if he wanted to push the blame to the restaurant he couldn't.

When she heard Bin, her face remained cold and she didn't even flinch, she just stretched her hand and spoke again

"I just said I don't care, pay up for my dress, it was your fault and an apology is not enough."

To be honest, Bin wasn't a respectful person, and more so towards rich girl like her, since she didn't accept his apology there is nothing he could do, after all, he doesn't have the money, so how could he pay for the dress?

Becoming angry, Bin finally snapped at the girl and shouted

"What the fuck do you want me to do? Sell my body to you? I can't pay up for the dress so suck it up and just accept the apology or else go buy another once since you are so damn rich."

just as he finished he turned around and left the restaurant without even paying attention to the surprised gazes of the customers and the manager. As for Jasmine, she sat there dazed, as if she couldn't comprehend what just happened. His outburst was too sudden, he was respectful to customers but in such a situation, he was already fired so remaining respectful to such a person is useless.

Normally, one would sympathize with him and comprehend that not anyone can't pay 10 million won out of nowhere just because he dirtied it, after all, it can be cleaned easily yet she wanted him to pay. What Bin hated the most is rich people, especially the ones like her so he didn't hold back and snapped at her.

Having been fired, Bin didn't know what to do, normally he works in the restaurant all the day except at night, he switches to another, but now that most of his money income is gone, he was doomed, after all without money how can he take care of his sister, and he only managed to get the waiter job at the restaurant after a hard-work of 3 years and having it gone just like that in the first day being a waiter is such a bad luck.

He started wandering aimlessly in the streets, he stared enviously at those rich kids who were either shopping in the expensive cloth shops or enjoying their time in a karaoke, while a single cloth from there can make the thousands of people living in his neighborhood have a better life. It's really disgusting how people just use money endlessly while others struggle to gain just a little bit.

Bin returned to his little apartment since he has nothing to do he decided to stay there until the time for his next job comes. The weather a little hot, and with his little apartment, the atmosphere was suffocating, nonetheless, he born with it and laid on the blankets while staring at the roof, there was nothing he can do besides lay down and rest.

There are some books but all of them have been read a lot of times until he memorized them and to be honest, he never got free time, for 3 years he worked all time with only a little bit of rest at night, that time was the only time he could sleep so, in general, a free time like now never happened to him.

While lost in thought, Bin unconsciously fell asleep. 2 hours or so since he had fallen asleep, someone knocked his apartment's door and snapped him out of his sleep, he quickly got rid of the mouth spit and stood up to open the door, once he did, a gigantic figure faced him, probably a 2 meters tall man full of muscles, he wore a black suit and had sun glasses, an intimidating aura was emitted from him.

Bin was taking aback when he saw this man, nevertheless, he still spoke

"Who are you?"

"Follow me, our miss wants to talk to you"

Bin was surprised for a second before he remembred offending that rich girl the ran away, he began to sweat and fear struck him

'fucking persistent bitch, for a dress she would track me here?'

He began regretting speaking disrespectfully towards here, and he couldn't help but sweat a bit.

The big guy turned around and began walking, Bin didn't dare to run away or try anything, he just followed him slowly. Just as they descended the stairs of the run down buildings, Bin saw a white limousine parked not for away. The car looked extremely luxurious and clean, and just near it, there was also 2 black-suited men standing with hands behind their backs.

Bin was led in front of the car, then the guy who guided him here said

"The miss is inside, she wishes to speak with you."

Bin nodded and was going to enter the car before the guy spoke again with a threatening tone

"Try anything weird or out of place and I'll cripple you myself."

Bin was scared stiff, he knew these bodyguards were no joke, but from the very beginning he wasn't intending to do anything, he just wanted to know why this girl is so persistent, it's true he ruined her dress, but it's just a fucking dress for christ's sake!

Just when he entered the car, he was totally dumbfounded, all the sits were connected and made from special fur, there were some deserts and food all over the car and deep inside, there was the girl from earlier, eating a parfait, she seemed to have changed the dress to another one, nevertheless even this dress looked expensive as hell.

'holy shit, this girl really doesn't care how she spends money..'

Bin couldn't help but criticize her, the way she spends money is really disgusting, one is struggling just to get some money to live, and here she is spending money like it was nothing and this very thought really angered him but of course he didn't dare utter anything to blame her, after all, it's her money and she can do whatever she wants with it.

She noticed him entering the car, she put down her parfait and finally spoke

"Oh you're finally here, do you even know what you did? Not only you messed my dress, you also ran away without paying for it."

"I already told you I've got no fucking money, are you deaf? That dress was only dirtied just take it to the washer and stop being such a crybaby."

Bin retorted without even caring about whether she is rich or not, she is just complaining something so trivial, if she saw how much people are suffering then she would just shut her mouth, so he had to tell her that no one is as rich as her and can pay up for a dress just like that.

Jasmine was greatly surprised by the way he talked, she never was disrespected like that, after all, she was the daughter of a rich businessman and no one ever was rude to her, quite the opposite, in fact, they would sweet-talk to her to gain benefits from her family and anyone who even remotely tried to be rude to her was turn to nothing but a homeless man.

Even though she was usually cold, hearing him what he said, she was startled for some time, nonetheless, she snapped out of it and said

"You speak to me like that and you expect me to forgive you? Hmpf!"

Jasmine was always calm about everything, but she was angered to have someone talk to her like that.

"The fuck do you think you are? Without money you are nothing! I'm not going to sit all day and waste my time with you"

"W-waste your time? Do you even know who I am? People would be grateful to just be able to talk with me"

"Well I'm not those 'people' so get over with it, why did you investigate me, find my address and come find me?"

"I've come to proclaim my money, but since you can't pay I'll propose a deal to you, although you have a foul mouth and never stop cursing, I'll have you become my servant."

Bin was now confused, why would she just want him to be her servant? She can get a hundred of them with a wave of her hand, but nonetheless, he was quite interested, it's true he hated her but since a chance to get money showed up, of course, he would not miss it even if it has to do with staying with this annoying little pest!

"Oh! now we are talking, how much are you going to pay me?"

He smirked towards her, while clenching his fist, to be a servant of a filthy rich girl, of course, the pay would be decent and he was ready to let bygones be bygones and the hate for her would still present but if there is money, he was ready to get rid of that hate, obviously if the amount if enough to satisfy him.

"Pay? You will be my servant until you pay for my dress, it would be for free"

she replied while snorting and glaring at him angrily.

"Dream on little miss~~, I'm not working for free, either you pay or I'm not becoming a servant, not everyone is as free as you, people have to work to earn money and they are not like you who bathes in it."-Bin

Jasmine became angry every time she heard him talk to her like that, he didn't even talk politely, she couldn't help but clench her fists tightly and thought for a moment, to be honest, she didn't want him to be a servant to pay for the dress but to let him experience hell for what he did, so she replied

"Fine, I'll pay you 1 million won."

Even though she thought it's a low pay, Bin thought the opposite of that and he almost jumped out of happiness, 1 million won for a salary is a lot, he didn't expect her to be so generous and the way he looked at her changed for a little bit, even though he still felt disgusted to have someone who wastes money endlessly as his master.

"Fine, master, since today I'll become your servant but what exactly do I have to do?"

He smiled creepily at her as couldn't forget the salary and was extremely happy if he can work for her just the one year he has left he would accumulate enough money for his little sister to barely hold on when he dies.

"Hehehe, you just have to do WHATEVER I say"

She looked at him coldly while picking her parfait and resuming eating it.

'I feel like I'm beginning to regret my choice....'
