Sitting down in front of Tian Yi, Senior Huo stared at him, her gaze seemingly trying to see through his barrier.

'I cannot sense any cultivation from him…' She was suspicious of his identity the moment she saw him.

"I already have it." Tian Yi placed the glass bottle with the Freezing Spirit Pill inside on the table, dumbfounding the both of them.

'Why didn't he just say that he already had it on him?' Ling wondered but didn't put too many thoughts into it.

"T-This is…" Senior Huo's eyes widened, her body trembled upon seeing the mist in the glass bottle.

"I-It's a… P-Perfect-Grade Pill!" she could not hold her voice back and said with shock.

"Perfect-Grade?!" Ling also cried out right after hearing her words.

All pills created have their own rank and grades with the grade being the overall quality of the pill, affecting the consumer of the pill.

When a cultivator consumes a pill for cultivation, they not only consume the benefits but also the impurities within the pill, something they will have to deal with later down the line.

That's why when cultivators consume pills, they will always try to find the best ones quality-wise.

The higher the grade of the pill, the better the effect and the less effort the consumer have to spend cleaning the impurities later.

Tian Yi smiled at her question, but he did not answer her.

Displeased, Senior Huo frowned at his clear message.

"Very well. If you do not want to speak, then I'll go straight to the topic. How much are you trying to get out of this Freezing Spirit Pill?" she asked him. "If you sell it at my Jade Phoenix's Auction House, I will only take 10% for helping you sell it."

"What about my identity? I wish to stay anonymous."

"We have 100% confidentiality here at the Jade Phoenix's Auction House for all of our customers, so do not worry about your identity leaving this room."

"That's good." Tian Yi nodded.

"Also…" Senior Huo's gaze narrowed at the glass bottle on the table. "If you'd like, the Jade Phoenix's Auction House will buy that from you. I can guarantee that the price will be satisfactory."

As a cultivator that happened to benefit from Yin Qi, this Freezing Spirit Pill would help increase her cultivation base by leaps and bounds! Especially since it's a Perfect-Grade pill!

Tian Yi thought about it for a moment before nodding his head. "That works, too."

Meng Xiang's jaw dropped, her eyes widened, and the image of a gold coin replaced her black orbs. Three million gold? How much food would she be able to buy with that amount of money?

Tian Yi, not knowing the actual value of the Freezing Spirit Pill nodded, trusting them and their offer to be fair.

Senior Huo was exhilarated upon seeing him nod. "Good, good, good!" she said 'good,' three times, clearly excited.

"Ling, go get the money!" she urged her with urgency, afraid that Tian Yi would change his mind if they were not quick enough.

Ling quickly ran out the door, nearly tripping over her own legs, and Senior Huo quietly waited for her return, her hands shaking with nervousness.

A Perfect-Grade pill! And it was a Rank 5 pill, the Freezing Spirit Pill! Forget about this treasure of a pill, even the Burning Spirit Pill that was only at the Low-Grade had her eyes shone with excitement!

Minutes later, Ling returned with a ring in her hands.

"Here is 3 million gold, you can also keep that Spatial Ring." Senior Huo said as she impatiently handed Tian Yi the Spatial Ring.

A Spatial Ring is basically a Storage Pouch but in the form of a ring, allowing for more convenience, so they were actually more valuable than Storage Pouches.

Tian Yi accepted the Spatial Ring, thinking, 'I finally have some money!'

"Thank you, senior." He said to her.

"No, I should be the one thanking you. If you ever have anything else similar to this Freezing Spirit Pill to sell to my Jade Phoenix's Auction House, feel free to walk in anytime you'd like!" she handed him a medallion made of red jade with the picture of a phoenix engraved beneath the words 'Jade Phoenix's Auction House'.

"I understand." Tian Yi accepted that medallion also, then bid farewell to them.

"Junior Brother Shuyi, it was nice meeting a fellow follower! I hope to see each other again!" Ling said to him as he left the room.

"It was also a pleasure for me, Elder Sister Ling!" Tian Yi smiled, leaving the room with the still dazed Meng Xiang.
