"Mother, " Lian Lian's tall figure stood before Xing, hiding the fight from her vision.

Xing looked at her son looking down on her, his eyes focusing on her. Both her boys were even taller than Chenglei and in front of them she looked short even though she is tall herself.

"Mother, you don't have to fight. Father will be alone. He might wake up without you. So, please go. My wife and children are inside. They'll be worried if they you see here. Don't let them know of the situation here, " he urged her to leave.
In that tough situation, all Xing could do was smile. Her son is hurrying her to go take rest and telling her not to fight. For her, who had fought a lot, somehow it didn't feel offending but it was pleasing to hear. His voice sounded with confidence when he said 'I'll deal with this.'

"My wife left the bed cold. I couldn't sleep," he held out his hand and Xing sat beside him with a smile, holding his hand.
"Well, if I have to go out, should I arrange for a soft eighteen year old girl to warm your bed for you to sleep, then?" she asked feigning anger and he chuckled kissing her hand.
" Ah, but no eighteen year old will smell as sweet as my wife," he sniffed the nape of her neck making her giggle.
" This old man is getting horny, "she fixed the pillow for him to lie down and he stopped her,

" I'm keeping everything away from you because I want you to rest. So rest," she twisted his earlobe.

"I won't let you!" she snorted pointing his finger at him.
"Ah, who will hear my woes? What a cruel and jealous wife I got! She is not virtuous at all. Shouldn't she try and understand my heart and arrange girls younger than my daughters to warm my bed?" Chenglei spoke in a sarcastic tone making Xing laugh. This guy used to get mad if she brought up other women and now he started to joke along with her.
" I'm not tired because of taking care of you, Chenglei, " she said understanding why he wanted her to visit her daughters alone. "Also it's boring to travel without you. I'm not going anywhere without you. I like lying beside you, having meals with you and watch you work." she smiled.
"This woman!" Chenglei playfully pinched her cheek, "She is not letting me free of her and be myself for even a minute"
"You shut yourself alone, locking me out of a secret room in our Manor in the West, everytime we go there. What do you mean by me suffocating you? It's you who won't leave me alone! " she covered her face with the blanket.
"I never said you suffocate me, wife, " Chenglei pulled down the blanket and placed his face in her chest, "You can suffocate me in your blossom if you want and I'd die a happy man, " he nuzzled his head and stuck to her.
"You horny old man! Get off me!" Xing pushed him away.
"You think your sons can handle it? Let me go and take a look," Chenglei's voice was muffled as he spoke.
Xing rolled her eyes.
