The next day Xing was taking a floral bath before preparing to leave for the banquet. She asked Xiao Mei to guard her and indulged herself in the bath that had the perfectly warm water no matter how long she was in the water.

The driver from the other carriage asked Xing's carriage driver to back off so that their carriage would pass and Xing told her driver not to back off and to ask the other carriage to back of.

"How dare you stop the carriage of the Empress' sister?", a maid from the other carriage got down and started screaming.

"We are not moving!", Xing told her driver calmly and there was a smirk in her face. I got the right person! Lucky, aren't I?

"I'm not moving even for the Empress!", she mumbled and Chenglei who was sitting beside Xing saw her calm and fanning herself leisurely as if she had planned for this and a smile crept up in his lips.

This woman! Let's see how is she playing this game!

Chenglei knew all he had to do is acknowledge his presence in the carriage and they could pass through with no one stopping them but he wanted to know how the woman he had decided to marry handles these kind of situations.
