Just Mine 149 Who are you

"Hey, come in. It's cold outside" she said as she hugged her guest. She then turned back to Anton and smiled nervously. "Surprise!"

Anton still couldn't believe his eyes. Noting that both eyes were on him...he cleared his throat. "Kiiiira? is this really you?"

Kira smiled as she watched him. She was nervous too, she didn't know if he was going to accept her. The life she's lived and the way she treated him in the past. She could only smile awkwardly and hoped for the best. Abeit Sky already told her that he would accept her with open arms, she was still scared.

"Hi Anton. How are you?" Kira said in a shaky voice.

Sky rubbed her palms together nervously. She cleared her throat and said " I know you are happy to see her but she just got here, she must be exhausted from the trip, and hungry too. I'll show her to her room, then you both can talk. Errm handsome, why don't you dish the food, so she can eat after she shower? "

Anton didn't say a thing but nod his head in agreement.

As Sky reached out to take Kira's box...Kira stopped her. " There's no way I'm allowing a pregnant woman carry my bag when I'm not handicapped. And one more thing Ms Sky...you look more beautiful in person"

"Thanks Kira" Sky said as she led her to the guest room.

Anton watched as Sky led Kira away. He was dumbfounded. How did Sky get the most dangerous drug lord to release Kira...what did she do, or what has she done or who is she? He didn't know what to think, he ran his hand through his hair frustrated.

He had tried getting her free with money but he was turned down and was warned never to make such request again as Kira was special to the boss. He couldn't believe that Kira, his Kira was right under the same roof with him. He had prepared for this day, he had a speech written down but now that she's here...he just find it hard to speak.

He was mad at Sky, crazily mad at her for getting involved in his business, for doing things in his back and for making a deal with those demons. He wanted to yell at her, to hold her by the shoulder and shake some sense into her but he couldn't do any of that. Instead he walked into the kitchen and began setting the table.

Kira wanted to thank the lady, she had rehearsed on the plane, how she was going to hug the lady and thank her. But now that they were together alone, she couldn't bring herself to hug her. Instead she said ...."I don't know how you did it, but I'm grateful. I tried getting away from him several times but aparantly, I know too much so according to him "he can't let me go "

"You are welcome dear. Anton is like a brother to me and I'll do anything for him. I just want to see him really happy. But Kira, I do have conditions. For your safety, you are not allowed to travel to China or contact anyone there for the time being. You can stay here for as long as you want."

"Thank you Ms Sky. How about what we talked about? I have to pay you back the best way I can"

" Get settled Kira, we can talk about that later, and please call me Sky"

"Ok thank you"

Sky still held the door knob after shutting the door. She wanted to lock herself away so she wouldn't have to face Anton but she had to carry some supplies like food, drinks, snacks, fruit and whatever there is she'll be needing for the evening. She sighed as she released the door knob and headed for the kitchen.

"Hey Jenna, how's your health? " She said into the phone as she packed some things into a basket

Anton really wanted to talk to her, but he let her be since she was on the phone with Jenna. He noticed she was packing snacks and drinks. He continued setting the table in the dining and left her in the kitchen.

" I can't send Stone away, until he tells me you are strong enough to defend yourself. ...Yeah, yes I know but I don't trust him. Ok fine ....just be careful. No, go over to his place, let's see what we can find out about him. Yeah and Stone will be in your apartment, beep him if you need help" Sky said on the phone.

Anton noticed she wasn't getting off the phone. As she got to the dinning, she used one hand to hold the basket and the phone while she picked a plate of food and walked passed him.

Anton held the basket as she walked passed.

" Where do you think you are going to Sky, we need to talk. You can't run away forever"

She gave him the "I'm on the phone look"

Anton shook his head as he let go of the basket and watched her took quick step towards the hallway, and into her room. He heard the click sound and sighed. She has locked herself in and won't be coming out till tomorrow, hence the basket.

Jenna smiled as she read the text from Dwayne. Aidenn had gone in to change while she sat awkwardly in his living room. She decided to look around as she heard water running, She made her way to his room, there weren't much pictures on his dresser, but there was one of a beautiful woman. His mother, she guessed.

She staggered as she reached for his drawer, she was feeling light headed but she had to hurry, before he came out. She found a piece of paper crumbled on the ground, not too far from the trash can. Without opening it, she picked it up and put it in her pocket.

She couldn't hear the water running anymore. If she was to run to the living room, she wouldn't make it, especially with the way she was feeling. So instead she pretended to be checking out the photo on his desk and his perfume.

After the argument he had with the boss lady, Aidenn's mood changed. He wasn't quite himself anymore....all he could think about was his mom. He decided to take a cold shower so he could feel better, but instead it brought back memories of when he had to bath cold water cause his mom couldn't afford the electricity bill so he could heat the water. He remembered how he had to wear extra cloths because of the cold and how his classmates made fun of him.

He shook his head to get back to the present. he put off the shower, picked a small towel and wrapped it around his waist. As he stepped out of the bathroom, he saw Adrianna going through his things.

"What the fuck are you doing in my room and why are you touching my things!" He said in a cold voice.

Jenna froze as she heard the anger in his voice. " I wanted to see what your room looked like. I mean you've been to all the rooms in my place, I just thought it's only fair if I see your place" She said smiling

"Oh please don't give me that crap Adrianna. Why are you really here? "

The person in front of her was different from the Aidenn she knew...the look in his eyes, his voice was totally different. Her sister was right, he really is a dangerous man.

" I'm sorry, it won't happen again. I'll take my leave now, I don't think I'm welcome here" She turned to leave but felt a iron grip on her wrist.

"Answer my question Adrianna...why are you here?"

Jenna struggled to free herself but couldn't, instead he held her two hands and pinned her to the walk. "Who the hell are you Adrianna "
