Just Mine 145 Dining with the enemy

"Nice decor" Aidenn said as he walked in.

"It's all thanks to my sister, she's got good thirst". Jenna said forgetting herself.

Aidenn didn't say anything after that and sat down in the living room watching television.

"Dwayne please can you help me set the table? I need help in the kitchen."

"I'll set the table" Aiden said standing up.

"No please you are a guest, Dwayne will do." Jenna said.

Why was she so in a hurry to be alone with Dwayne, just what is their relationship? Aidenn said to himself as he watched Dwayne follow Adrianna to the kitchen.

As Dwayne walked into the kitchen, he walked close to Jenna and whispered in her ears "he's hiding outside the door, whatever it is you have to say to me, say it tomorrow. And be careful not to mention family in front of him, he's very curious".

"Ok" Jenna said as she dished the food.

After dinner, Dwayne stood up to leave. "I have to go Addy there's somewhere I need to be" he said checking his wristwatch. "Thanks for dinner, it was delicious. Goodnight Aidenn, and Jenna, make sure you sleep well....don't think about anything and just sleep."

Jenna caught the sleeve of Dwayne's shirt as he walked past her. "Why are you leaving so early? I thought you'll be here till I fall asleep."

"I'm sorry but you know I have to checkout how everything went. I'm sure you'll be fine plus your neighbor is here, he doesn't look like he's in a hurry to leave." Dwayne hugged Jenna and whispered a becareful to her before he left.

"You two are really close. Isn't Ms Sky jealous of your relationship?" Aidenn asked

Jenna laughed...."she understands our relationship and she trust the both of us so she isn't worried."

"I hope you don't mind, I wanna rest a bit before I leave. I don't like moving about after eating."

"Ok" Jenna said as she sat with him on the couch and focused on the TV program.

Silence filled the air and it was becoming awkward so Aidenn spoke first. "Are you having trouble sleeping or you just want your friend's fiancee around so you can sleep?"

Jenna ignored his last sentence. "I was staying with some friends but since I moved out, I find it difficult to sleep in this house alone, and I need to prove to my family that I can stay alone."

She looked really matured so Aidenn thought she was around mid twenties. "You must be a daddy's girl or mummy's girl for you not to be able to stay on your own."

Jenna didn't know if she should frown or smile. She wished she was a daddy's girl but she doesn't even know her dad well, he died when she was still a child. She was the black sheep of the family, she always slept out but never alone. Sky had said she and Dwayne were alike that's why they get along well.

"Not really, I just always had people around. So what do you do? Don't you miss Los Angeles?"

Aidenn noticed the change in her mood, so he stopped asking her about her family. "I do but I wanted a change, and I thought it was time I come home."

Home? Jenna asked.

"Yeah, my dad was a Nigerian so that makes me one right?" he asked smiling as he looked her in the eyes.

"I'm trying to understand you Aidenn, if that's your real name. And you haven't answered my question, what do you do for a living?"

"What are you trying to understand? I know you think i'm a phony buts that's ok. I was a medical doctor but I wasn't happy doing the job. So I quit."

"Who quits being a doctor? You are weird."

"It's a long story, Why don't you tell me about yourself Adrianna?" He said looking at her lips. "You have a very sexy lips Jenna and I really want to kiss you right now."

Jenna looked him in the eyes too, darn it he was cute, his pink lips, dimple and all....if not for Dwayne's warning and her sisters contract, she would fuck him right here on the couch.

"Nice try, Mr Aidenn. I know you are popular among the ladies but I'm not that easy. I know your type."

"And what's my type?" Aidenn said as he leaned closer, not backing down. "I saw the way you looked at me just now...I know you want to kiss me as much as I want to kiss you."

"Yeah I admit you are handsome but you are gonna have to do more than that doctor. And are you aware you are so full of yourself?"

"Wow...I guess I deserve that. But you don't know anything about me, Addy. I'd like to see how much you'll last. If you are fucking your friends fiance, you can fuck anyone".....before he could complete his sentence, she slapped him.

"Dinner is over, leave my house." Jenna said, trying to control herself.

"Feisty too, I like that. What happened to you wanting someone to stay with you till you fall asleep?" Aiden asked rubbing the spot where she hit him.

"I'd rather stay in here alone with all the ghost in my head, than to have the like of you in my home."

Aidenn froze as he saw the anger in her eyes and how she tried to control the anger. Yeah he can be a dick sometimes but he was just trying to test her to see if she was sent to seduce him so she could get information from him, but he was wrong.

"I'm sorry, that wasn't very nice. You invited me to your home for dinner and here I am insulting you, I apologize Miss Adrianna. But I wouldn't like to leave like this, I want to make peace."

Jenna wasn't expecting him to apologise, she took a deep breath as she listened to him. "Allright fine but I wanna go shower and change cloths. And you cant be here by yourself so please leave."

"Ok, how about I go home, shower and change, then I bring my game over so we can fight it over with mortal Kombat characters? You know how to play right? "

"Yeah I do, Jenna said smiling. Ok you can come back in thirty minutes time. And if I don't whoop your ass in the game, I won't forgive you. "

'Why Miss Jenna, are you asking me to take it easy on you? " Aidenn asked as he walked towards the door.

"On the contrary, i want you to give it your best shot. "

"Ok then, I'll see you in thirty minutes time and once again I apologize for my behavior earlier but you really do have a sexy lips."

" Thank you. " Jenna said before she closed the door. She walked straight to her room to come out of her work cloth. She dialled her sisters number and put it on loud speaker as she prepared to go into the shower.

"Hey Dwayne told me you were alone with Aidenn, how did it go?" Sky asked

"Sist you were right, he's a complete prick, he wanted to kiss me and even suspected me and Dwayne but..."

"But what Jenna? Have you started falling for him already? "

"No sist, he's weird. One moments he's rude and the other moment he's nice...I don't know the word for it. "

"Split personality. Jen, you have to be careful around him, let me know when you think you can't do it anymore and I'll call the whole thing off. Stone isn't far from you remember? and also, always keep your pepper spray close. We don't know why he was blacklisted as a doctor. I'm sorry I asked you to do this little sist. Are you sure you can sleep alone? If you can't I'll have Stone come get you."

I'm fine sist, you worry too much. I don't think he's that bad...I saw the look in his eyes when I asked him about his job. I can't come over cause we have a match...he's bringing his PS 4 over.

"Ok. Make sure you whip his ass and don't forget to put your mole on your face. I love you Troy, have a goodnight rest. "

"Ok sist, but are you ok? You sound different. "

"I woke up with a swollen face today, it got worse after I showered this evening. I think your niece is preparing to come out...like she want the whole world to know her mom is pregnant."

"Sist, is it really a girl, have you checked?" Jenna asked.
