Mrs Hembadoom is bringing some delicacies, Brianna brought snacks. Dwayne's got the drinks, Chiamanda....the decorating, we the girls also got your dress....Stone and Bones bought you some nice gift and there are here to you know keep the place safe.

Wow you all mean business, why go through all this, the celebrant isn't even ready for all this, I want a quiet birthday. How many people are we expecting? Sky asked

Thirty at most Mena, plus family members. You said the same thing last year Mena, you are never in the mood for a big party. Brianna said as she search for the perfect dress for Mena.

Yeah sist I said that last year but we ended up celebrating it in Jaydite bar. Can't I just have a quiet birthday? I'm too old for all this noise plus I'm not going to wear that thing you are holding....Sky said as she sat on the bed and rested her back.

It's a beautiful dress Mena, not a thing and it's kind of your style that is minus the cleavage thing. It'll look good on you and Chiamanda will do your make up, she's almost through with the decorating. You are young lad now shutup.

Sky sighed as she watched her sister and friend pick a dress for her. You know I don't like cloths that expose my cleavage like that plus I'm not in the mood for tight clothes. Bring something free and I'll wear it.

Mena, your boobs are way bigger now, flaunt them. Plus you have to look good it's your day. You can have your quiet time tomorrow. Zino said as she held a black dress up, showing it to Sky.

Ok I'll wear that. Thanks you guys but you shouldn't have, Sky said, standing up from the bed.

Chiamanda knocked softly on the door and opened the door as she pushed the big box into her boss's room. It was a white big box with a red big bow and note on the bow. with four holes on each side. This just came in for you boss, there's no name so I don't know who sent it but we've scanned it and it's safe, and maam, it seems to be moving. Chiamanda said straightening her dress.

Wow this looks so nice Mena, get your ass here let's see what's inside...Zino said as she inspected the box. Peeking through the holes.

How I wish i was single again, so I can get mysterious gift like this again...mmmm, I miss my youth. Hurry up and open it little sist before i die of curiosity. Brianna said.

The three of them surrounded the box as Sky unwrapped the bow and picked the note. They all read the note together " I know how much you love the colour white, hence the colour of the box and just a touch of red just the way you like it. And how much you adore the colour 'grey' just like my eyes. Enjoy your evening dear and don't think of tomorrow, just enjoy today. Sorry I can't make it to your party, I'm out of town."

Awwww they chorused, so romantic. Mena do you have a secret boyfriend? Bree asked as she inspected the box.

Sky smiled after reading the note, he remembered, and he even sent her a gift. She opened the box and heard everyone gasp, the box was filled with four bunch of roses surrounding a another red box which has holes all around it. Each rose had a box attached to it. Running out of patience, they each took one box each to unwrap while Sky opened the big box.

Awwww she said as she saw two cute eyes looking at her, it was a white puppy, a Caucasian female dog with brown eyes. She's so cute, Sky said picking the puppy up and hugging her. Thanks Neto.

Wow ours is filled with jewelries. I'm jealous Mena, lemme hold her a bit, Bree said as she dropped the box she's opened on the bed. Awwwww so cute, Tega will go crazy if he sees her. What will you name her Mena? she asked as she scratched between the dog's ear.

I have alot of names now but let me sleep on it. You can all call her cutie for now.

Zino laughed at the name and pushed Sky into the bathroom, now hurry up the guest are here.

Ok please take care of my cutie for me and tell Anton that we need to go dog shopping ASAP Chiamanda. Sky said before she locked the bathroom door.

Who's Neto? Brianna asked the moment Sky shut the door and Chiamanda left the room.

Oh just a friend of hers, you've seen him before. You remember Mena's last birthday? the handsome guy with the grey eyes that made all the girls go crazy, the one Mena said wasn't her boyfriend but couldn't keep his hand off her through out the night.

Yeah the one she said they were just doing it like friends with benefit. I think I know now. Do you think she likes him? I didn't know they are still together.

No they are not. I think she likes him but she's too afraid to admit or accept it cause she can't have him. The guy is fucking scared of commitment. I wouldn't call him a player cause he doesn't lead girls on but he's had his fair share of ladies.

Hmmmm why does my poor little sister have strange men around her. It's obvious he likes her from the gift, plus we all know Sky always wanted a dog and now he's got her one. I just want my sister happy Zino, I'm not too sure of Dwayne's feelings even he himself is in conflict, he's afraid of Mena and she needs a man who can handle her.

I want her happy to Bree. Zino said.

An hour later, Sky's house was filled with people, mostly from the company, heads of department and a few people she was close to. lively music filled the air as everyone interacted. Some had their mask on while some didn't.

Sky sat down with her mother and grandmother as she watched the others dancing. She opened the dancefloor with Dwayne, then Anton, Jim and her friend Zino and her sister's Brianna and Jenna. She was exhausted. She watched Zino dance with her husband, Bree and Jim, Anton and Jenna, Mavis and his girlfriend, then what caught her offguard was Chiamanda and Bones dancing awkwardly. She smiled as she watched them.

After the fireworks, everyone moved to the other side of the house for barbeque. Sky stayed back, telling them she'll join them soon that she wanted to use the restroom. But instead of heading into the house, she looked around the pool area, she still had land, maybe she'll build something else, she thought to herself, the land surrounding the pool was huge.

She walked closer to the pool as she examined the area. Sky was still thinking of expanding her house or building a story building when she felt someone push her into the pool. Noooo she screamed as she fell. If there's anything Sky can't do, it's swimming. She's had lessons but yet nothing. Nobody will know I'm here Sky thought as she fought with the water, it might be too late before they find her.
