Sky stood at the terrace as she watched the city from her room. The view was nice. She has a meeting with Rose parents by four but she needs to clear her head. She remembered how Mr Jide use to advise her about the company and even defend her, he was always by her side, if someone had told her this would happen, she would have bet her life savings on it just to proof them wrong. The elevator opened on the next floor. Sky didn't look up to see who entered, she was feeling dejected. Chiamanda was standing beside her while Bones man was behind her.

Ruky didn't want to enter the lift at first when he saw Mena. He was embarrassed, he noticed she wasn't looking like herself. There was a shawl wrapped around her head and neck, his guess was that, she wore that cause of the bandage on her head. He sighed and pressed the button.

Sky felt something wet on her cheek, that was when she noticed she was crying. Why are you like this Mena? it's not the end of the world, please get a hold of yourself. She chastised herself. She wiped the tear off her face when she heard a familiar voice by her side.

Are you ok Mena? Ruky asked ...I mean with the accident the other day.

I'm fine, thank you. Sky replied him curtly.

For everything. Ruky said turning back to face her.

Fuck you Ruky! The door opened and Sky walked out leaving a stunned Ruky behind.

As they drove to the venue, Sky didn't say a word throughout the ride, all she did was look out the window. Bones texted Chiamanda asking her if the boss was okay. Chiamanda replied him with an "I don't know, she's been like this since we left you and Mr Dokun".

They met Dwayne at the restaurant so he took them to their private booth. They are inside already, he said to Ms Sky.

As they entered the room, Sky saw Rose mom and dad, the woman was a small woman while the man was average height. Sky greeted them and sat down. I'm Ms Sky Nathaniel and these are my employees. Sky stood up immediately surprising everyone on the table. Ms Sky? Dwayne questioned as they all stood up, she used her hand to tell them it was fine, she walked over to where the middle aged couple sat and knelt down.

Everyone in the table was surprised, Sky's employee didn't know what to do, they all left their sit and went to kneel behind their boss.

I'm sorry for your loss, Sky said as tears rolled down her cheek. I'm sorry your daughter had to die in such a young age just because of some greedy people. I had no idea this was going on, if I did ...I would have fired everyone involved. I'm sure my employee must have told you that your daughter didn't die of failed abortion but she took a drug that was suppose to stop her heart momentarily but .....Sky took in a deep breath and held the hem of her cloth tight. As Rose's mom started crying, Sky couldn't control herself again and tears fell like a stream down her face. She wiped her face with the back of her hand. There will be a press conference after the funeral tomorrow and please you have to be there for your daughter to clear her name, to let the whole world know she wasnt sleeping with her lecturer. Sky removed her shawl and small skull cap she was wearing exposing the bandage on her head, She heard Rose mom gasped.

Noticing his boss wasn't in the mood to stand up and that she was acting strange, Dwayne apologized to the couple and helped his boss up and excused themselves.
