Just Mine 109 Strange Happenings

He paused the video and stroked her face, he has missed seeing her like this, he miss her like crazy but he was scared.

The next day Sky woke up early, she slept late and now she's up. Feeling irritated she tried to stand up but felt light headed and she went back to lying on the bed. I felt better yesterday, why am I like this now? She asked herself. She reached beside her bedside table and poured water from the jar into a glass cup, she gulped it down and check her purse for snacks.

She smiled when she saw peanuts. She tried to stand again and this time, she felt better. She went to the rest room to brush her teeth and shower, she was careful not to pour water on her head. After she was done, she came out from the bathroom with a towel, she hates hospital cloths, even the smell in the hospital irritates her, everything smells of antiseptic.

It was just 5:00am. Chiamanda won't be here until 6:00am, that means she only slept for three hours and thirty minutes. Remembering something, Sky picked up her phone and sent a message to someone. She got into bed and use the bed cover to cover herself, she decided to sleep for a little while.

Dwayne knocked softly on his boss hospital room, it was 6:20am. He intended to be here by 6:00 but the traffic in City L is really crazy. Not hearing any sound from inside, he pushed the door open slowly and went into the room.

He smiled as he watched Ms Sky sleep,he dropped the bag he was holding on the bedside table. She was smiling as if she was having a nice dream. He removed the hair from her face and she caught his arm.What are you doing? She asked in a voice void of emotion. With her eyes still closed, she used her fingers to ask him to turn around.

That was when he noticed her bare shoulder. She wasn't wearing anything under the cover, he turned immediately. I....I...brought your cloth ma'am, Dwayne said stammering.

Sky stood up and rubbed her eyes, removing the bed cover, she noticed the towel she tied before sleeping had already loosened exposing her breast, and that she was half naked. She hurriedly tied her towel properly She looked at the back of the young man that was backing her, she grabbed the bag and checked inside for a big polo. Don't you dare turn back, Infact close your eyes. She smiled as she found a free night dress, that was thick. She grabbed her panties from the bag, put them on immediately and the nightdress too.

You can turn around now she said.

Dwayne turned around and let out a sigh of relief as he saw her dressed. Chiamanda said she knows a place where they sell good food, so she asked me to bring these for you, he said pointing the bag. He noticed Ms Sky was looking at him strangely. Are you ok ma'am? he asked.

Aren't you my doctor? Why aren't you wearing your coat. She said rubbing her head, And who's Chiamanda? By the way...thanks for bringing me cloths.

What? Dwayne said with his mouth wide open, Ms Sky, are you allright? you were fine yesterday, why are you acting like this, he ran to her but she held his hand, preventing him from touching her forehead to feel her temperature.

What are you saying sir, where's your name tag? who are you? Sky said with fear in her eyes. I will scream if you don't leave.

Wait calm down, I'm a friend ok, I mean no harm. Dwayne said as he took his hand up to surrender and slowly walked to wear the emergency button was and pressed it.

Bones knocked on the door and entered. Good morning boss, hope you had a goodnight rest, I was able to get something from that guy? had breakfast? I brought something for you....hey Dwayne wassup?

Sky looked from the pretty face guy to the big guy that just walked in, just who are these people?

Thank God you are here Bones, what happened to the boss? She was fine when I left here yesterday.

What do you mean what happened to the boss? I was here till 1:30am, I didn't leave till she fell asleep and my boys were at the door. You can see for yourself, she's fine.

Ok try getting close to her. Dwayne said to him.

Bones looked at his boss, then Dwayne. Ma'am he said as he went close to her.

Don't come any closer, Sky said using her pillow as a weapon. What do you want from me, please get me the doctor. She didn't know who the big man was but she wanted what was in the bag he was holding, she could perceive the aroma.

What??? Bones looked at Dwayne, surprised he pressed the emergency button again.

I already did that Dwayne said. They should be here any minute.

I don't understand, is this a joke? she was fine yesterday, we even talked.

I'm as surprised as you are Bones, don't look at me.

My boys said nothing happened through out the night and a nurse even came to check on her like three times. No this can't be happening.

Stephen ran into the room, what's going on? he asked as he rushed to Sky.

Thank God you are here doctor please help me. I don't know who these men are and my name is Mena, Stephen please do something.

Calm down Mena Stephen said as he helped her to sit down. Did she hit her head again? He asked as he looked at the two men.

No, Bones said, except something happened when I was away.

Sky screamed, causing the three men to turn to her. Why is my tummy big? she asked as she point at her stomach, it looks like a baby bump. Wait... am I pregnant? Where's my mom?

Stephen began checking her eyes, pulse and everything.

Chiamanda entered that moment and noticed the atmosphere in the room, Is everything allright Mr Teffa? she asked Dwayne as she saw the worried look on his face. I don't know Chiamanda, but it seems like our boss have amnesia but she seems to recognize the doctor, just us. You can try your luck.

Oh no, Chiamanda said as she approached Sky and the doctor. Ma'am? she said in a low voice, I brought you breakfast.

Sky extended her hand to collect the food and smiled to the beautiful lady. Thank you dear but who are you?
