Suddenly she had this feeling that something was going to happen or someone was watching her, she had goosebumps and removed her hands from Dwayne's to rub her bare shoulders as if cold.

Are you cold Ms Sky? Dwayne turned to her immediately.

I don't know I just feel sick all of a sudden. I think my baby will have this gift of knowing when something bad is about to happen, like a foresight. I just have this feeling that something will happen.

Dwayne noticed how she was rubbing her body, so he pulled her into his embrace so he could cover her with his jacket.

Chiamanda rushed to them as she saw her boss acting weird. She always feels good after eating, she said to Dwayne. Do you want anything to eat ma'am, are you craving anything? Sky shook her head.

Bones pulled at his phone and made some calls to the head security of Jaydite in City L to get more guards but those were also Mr Dokun's men.

We'll be careful ma'am, Dwayne whispered to her. Sky had this feeling of nostalgia all of a sudden and a tear rolled down her cheek. Realising she was almost tearing up, she pulled away from Dwayne's embrace and wiped her face. Feeling a little better she smiled to them and continued the walk to the elevator.

Tiffany was sipping her drink as she waited for the most important person in the party today, maybe she will be able to talk to the lady and have her help her company. She didn't plan to see her here but Mr Dokun, the representative of Jaydite in City L announced she'd be joining them soon. She looked at the picture of the lady and frowned, she was beautiful, this was taken just yesterday. She looked like an African Queen, but she didn't know why the lady looked familiar. She shook her head at the thought and watched her husband. He was playing with his drink as if lost in thought. He's not been himself since they arrived City L and it's all because of that bitch.

Ruky was playing with his drink as he thought back to when he was dating Mena, he remembered the day he tried to make her go out to a dinner party with him but she refused because she just came from the Capital that day and she used tiredness and lack of party cloth as an excuse. He knew she hated such gatherings and hated attention so he let it go. He remembered the way she use to look at him and her smile and how he always wanted those lips anytime she smiled. And those eyes that a man could drown in. He frowned, now she's pregnant for another man, she would have been patient with him and not ended things like that, she hurt his pride and their love. Maybe they'll still be together if she had listened to him but now he's with Tiff. he's dream woman. He smiled at her as she looked worriedly at him. He wiped all thought of Mena from his head and focused on his family.

They both noticed that a few guards were gathering at the staircase as if waiting for someone. About four of them. She's almost here honey, I think it's her.

Sky looked down from the staircase at the people downstairs, the elevator was choked up from the first floor since the party is in the ground floor, Bones suggested they took the staircase. Sky put on a smile on her face as she walked down with Dwayne. She can't wait for the night to be over. She heard as Mr Dokun announced her name and how everyone stood up. She took a deep breath and looked up to Dwayne who was looking at her. This wasn't in her calendar, she always prepared herself emotionally and mentally whenever she had to go to such gatherings but she only found out a few hours about this one.

Dwayne looked at her worried, he's never seen her like this, shaking up and scared, she's always got everything together, maybe it's the baby, he read from somewhere that pregnant women are sensitive. He smiled at her as she looked at him with those big eyes, her beauty is one in a kind, the type you get lost in everytime you look at her. Today she looked like a damsel in distress and he loved it cause he was going to be her hero tonight.

Ruky stood up with the others as they watched the CEO come down the stairs, he only heard from his wife that she was young and beautiful. And that her name was Sky, what woman bears Sky? he thought to himself. He froze as he saw her look at her partner, that was his Mena and he can recognise her in any makeup or costume she wears. Darn it she has become more beautiful, like a queen. She looked perfect in the blue dress and yellow shoe she wore, her breast was full like really full, he's never seen them like that before, he didn't know she could ever be like this. She was smiling to another man and giving his look to another one. He held the table tightly.

Throughout the party Tiffany tried to get close to the CEO but couldn't, she had to wait in queue as a lot of important people wanted to talk to the CEO and when it was time for her to meet the CEO, her partner announced it was time for the dance that Mr Dokun would attend to them later. As the CEO stood up to leave, Tiffany got a close look at her and her mouth dropped. Excuse me ma'am but are you Meera?

Sky turned back to look at the lady who was standing in front of her table. She smiled as she saw it was Tiffany. You can't even get my name right. Well you can call me Ms Sky. It's time for the dance so Mr Dokun will attend to you some other time. Before she could finish talking, Ruky rushed to his wife's side and held her hand. Maybe you could spare her sometime Mena? he asked as he smiled at her.

The audacity, the bastard was asking her for a favour, does he have no shame? Sky looked at him from head to toe, he wasn't looking that good or has he always being like this....she thought to herself, he was very handsome in her eyes then. Wow the power of love, she must have been blinded by love. He wasn't even as beautiful as the Adonis that was standing beside her.

Before she could reply him, Dwayne turned her gently to face him and used his hand to caress her face, not taking his eyes off her he replied Ruky. Excuse me Mr but Mi amor here is exhausted and we still have the dance, you heard me earlier, meet Mr Dokun later. He then turned and looked Ruky in the eye. Sky pulled him away noticing it was becoming an eye staring contest, she turned to leave with Dwayne when she felt someone grab her elbow forcefully. Mena listen to me....she heard Ruky say.

Before either herself or Dwayne could react, Bones took the hand that was holding Mena violently and flinged the person, throwing him to the floor.

Johnson... Tiffany screamed as she ran to her husband. Sky smiled as she watched them. She walked closer to them and said to Ruky, it's Mrs Sky to you or ma'am and this isn't the street Ruky, this is the life of the aristocrats, and they are rules here. I'm the boss in this world.

Tiffany was about to speak when Dwayne cautioned her. ma'am I'd advice you keep your mouth shut and keep your husband in check or we'll have you thrown out of this party. With that he linked hands with Sky and they walked gracefully to the dancefloor as if nothing happened.
