A world where magic is the foundation of life, where the most powerful wizards rule the cities, and where the weak are doomed – this is where Jack, a thirteen-year-old boy, finds himself, escaping through a mysterious passage into the unknown. He brings with him nothing but his fears, a few memories of his home, and one question: how can he survive where all his resistance seems pointless?

Jack has no magical abilities, no power to summon flames or bend the wind. However, survival is not always the privilege of the strong. When he comes into possession of a strange, ancient gift, his life changes forever. The relic promises power, but every gift comes with a price. Jack must learn how to use it, who to trust, and how to hide his true identity in a world where everyone thinks he’s a wizard – when in reality, nothing is further from him.

This is the beginning of Jack's journey: a story of adventure, struggle, and growth. Of a boy who comes across as a wizard, even though he never really was. He is the false wizard.
