A boy, a child named Rayen, wandered into just such a place. He was looking for nothing but silence, adventure, or perhaps an answer to some elusive question he didn’t even dare ask himself. But what he found wasn’t just a door.

The Gate of a Thousand Worlds stood before him. Closed—but only for a while. The wooden door belonged to no era, no building. It didn’t belong anywhere, yet it was there, as if it had always been there. And behind it... a voice called out to him.

And when Rayen entered it, the world was never the same again.
