Inevitably Trapped With The Amorous Husband Chapter 132 - 132: Welcome to Italy

The Italian weather was incredibly nice when they arrived in the country. It may be a little hot from the sun's scorching brightness  but the temperature is not warm unlike the tropical countries. It's just sunny and blinding.

It's already been three hours since they arrived and the Xiulan sitting next to her husband was kind of awkward. 

Her husband's eyes were tantalizing and full of love whenever he looked at her. She feels kind of guilty that she can't reciprocate the same feelings. Also, the way he looks at her can make any female melt. She was slightly conscious and embarrassed.

Nevertheless, Hongqi's fine with her bemused feelings for him. He's not in a rush nor it bothers him. As long as he can shower her with love then everything's fine — for now. But he is sure in the near future he'll be greedy and will want her love. He hopes by that time, she can finally learn to trust him.

Venice's unique architecture amazes the aloof beauty beside Hongqi, she can't let go of her sight on them whenever their luxurious car passes each of the buildings.

Back in Disneysea, they were able to view a part of Venice through Meditteranean Harbor. It's quite surreal that she was able to see the real thing now.

Her big sister Nuo Shu had a photoshoot in Italy during her younger days and she would always take nice pictures. Xiulan suddenly went on the nostalgia bus.

Because of this nostalgic feeling, she suddenly has the urge to want to see everything in this country. It's so beautiful. The number one priority in her list is the food. She wanted to eat a lot of local delicacies and dishes that can only be eaten in this country. In her mind, everything is about food and art!

"Hongqi, I haven't searched for anything yet regarding our trip here. I expect you to be the tour guide." Xiulan blurted while she amazes herself looking at Venice's beauty.

Hongqi was in the middle of typing something on his laptop. He briefly looked at his wife and answered her, "Of course. I'm a frequent visitor. I'm going to make sure you will enjoy our vacation here."

Xiulan nodded and didn't take her eyes off Venice's stunning view. They were in the city a while ago but now they seem to be in the middle of an empty green land.

According to her husband, they will stay in Venice first since Hongqi has a villa somewhere in a high-end village. They'll be visiting Rome tomorrow in the morning and will try to eat a lot of food just like what they did in Japan. The other interesting place is too far from Venice so they may need to visit one at a time.

Hongqi is quite familiar with Italy so she might just leave everything to him. "It's his idea anyway and he said he has a lot of surprises..." She looks at his perfect sculpted side profile. Just looking at him and remembering his sweet promises made the butterflies in her stomach go wild.

Hongqi curves the corners of his lips when he notices his wife's shameless staring, "Hmm? Are you enchanted again by my handsome face?"

The petite wife is wearing an all-white tracksuit set since she's very sensitive to the cold, his private jet was really cold during their trip. Though it might be a very boyish outfit, her innocent and youthful face clouded the tacky tracksuit. 

Xiulan rolled her eyes at her husband when she realized that she got caught staring at him. "Narcist," she mumbles and went back viewing the buildings that their car passes through.

Hongqi only grinned at his wife's reaction and he continued what he was doing a while ago. 

Apparently, Han Pierre messaged him earlier to meet an important client later tonight. It's another weaponsmith that caters to big countries. The boss of this shady business is a very dangerous person. Hongqi knew him since he's gone to Italy so many times. Word of mouth also adds to his knowledge about this person.

He really wanted to block Han Pierre so he won't be able to receive any message or tasks from him. They are business partners but the brat keeps on bugging him during his long vacation. 

He may want to ignore Han Pierre but he really can't since all their transactions are important/ He's desperate to have a good leisure time with the wife but Han Pierre just won't let him.

"Bro, have you contacted the client? They are connected with a big syndicate so be careful with dealing with them. I already told them that you're already in the country." Han Pierre's message twenty minutes ago.

Hongqi sighed reading his reminder. It didn't even pass an hour yet when they arrived in Italy but the brat already knew he's here. 

"You little f*ck, did you attach a GPS on me?" Hongqi replied instead of answering Pierre's inquiry.

Of course, since Pierre is bored to death while his good friend is not in the country, he quickly replied to Hongqi's response, "Do you even need to ask? I need to know where you are always."

He's currently inside his spacious and epicurean office at the very top of The HAN's building. Sitting very lazily at his majestic presidential chair, he nibbles on a piece of expensive jerky while he quickly taps on his phone. 

Pierre's too smart for his own good, due to this, his attention span is very short and his curiosity will always cause problems to the target. 

Since his curiosity and attention is on the Xing couple, even if his great brother Hongqi will scold and kill him, he tasked someone to daringly attached a GPS to the couple.

Hongqi gritted his teeth. "This psycho is leveling up to a whole new tier." he quietly mumbles.

"F*ck you! You better turn that off. I'm going to kill you when I come back." Hongqi threatened.

"Brother, I don't know how many times you said that. But anyway, I will not turn this off. This will save your life in case something bad happens. Let me know if you have already contacted them. Have a nice vacation!" the narcotics brat commanded him like he's a lackey.

Hongqi is definitely angry. The nerve of this narcotics not-so-good illegal brat.

"Are you okay?" Xiulan noticed the change of expressions on her husband's face.

"Yeah. It's just Pierre being nosy and annoying. I will really kill him one of these days." he sighed deeply then went to look for the number of the Italian weaponsmith. 

When Xiulan heard Hongqi mention that devil's name, she quickly averted her eyes off her husband. She never wants to entertain any talk when it comes to that son of Satan. 

After an hour, they finally arrived at Hongqi's villa. The entirety of the house is simple, the usual Venetian house design with two floors. But what makes the exterior very unique and adds sophistication is the large swimming pool and garden. The swimming pool really made this place look like millions. 

"Young master and madame, I already notified the villa's caretaker yesterday and your rooms are ready to be occupied. I also sent your items to the room." Secretary Yang Bo informed.

Xiulan nodded at Yang Bo. She also notices that there's a huge line of maids waiting for them. "Why so many maids?" 

"I need them to take care of you. I'll be meeting a client tonight so just ask them what you need. There's also a renowned chef available. You can request him any dishes that entice you." Hongqi mentions and leads his wife inside the villa.

"Tonight? Why not take a rest since it took us a long time to get here." Xiulan suggested. 

"It's alright. It'll be a quick meeting." Hongqi gave her a reassuring smile. He didn't want her to get worried.

"... okay." Xiulan didn't want to push it anymore. 

Hongqi made a quick tour inside the villa. Everything screams money inside and Xiulan's feeling dizzy whenever she sees such rare art items in Hongqi's living room and special collector's room.

She can already guess how much they were. She's familiar with the most sought out items in the black market and deep web due to her line of work. And most of the coveted items listed there are available in the collector's room.

With such a rare collection, in case Hongqi gets bankrupt, he can just sell everything and he'll become a millionaire again.

After that quick tour, Xiulan finally lies on the bed. She needed to relax her back and neck since the luxurious tour made her neck stiff.

"I don't want to be a nosy person but who are you meeting tonight?" Xiulan suddenly asks while she relaxes her body on the bed. She looks at her husband and waits for his answer.

Hongqi is in the middle of changing his clothes and his delicious abs are on display. The abs are quite distracting but his annoying smile caught more of Xiulan's attention.

Hongqi has that vexing expression and Xiulan quickly rolled her eyes at him. She knew he'll start teasing her. "Nevermind."

He laughed at her annoyed reaction and quickly buttoned up his shirt before answering her, "A client related to weapons. Making sure my security company will be top-notch." Hongqi smiles at his wife. He didn't want to worry her. He must answer her truthfully but still vaguely.

"Weapons again. You're making me anxious as usual," she mentioned and worriedly frowned at him. Weapons mean bad news for Xiulan's vocabulary.

"Don't worry, this is not dangerous." he went near his wife and kissed her forehead. "Just ask the maids if you have any requests."

Xiulan only looked at him with a deep frown. She doesn't have the energy to track him in case he gets into trouble. Italian mafias are very dangerous and they always end in a blood bath. She really hopes that the husband will take care of himself once a fight starts wherever he goes.
